The breading was light & fluffy. The inside was pure white catfish fillets with no "mud lines", green beans that had bacon cooked with the beans that can only be had from what we call "bacon grease"! Yummy! They came with hush puppies, coleslaw; all the standard fare for catfish dinners. The staff was so gracious, warm & friendly. They also had the Salad Bar & Buffet that everything looked delicious. We both got a 1-trip salad bar & the vegetables were very fresh & full of taste and not freezer burnt veggies either!
