I would like to start by saying that my family owns a nail business in another state, so I hold the highest of expectations for nail salons. That being said, the owner has the most PHENOMENAL customer service I've ever witnessed in a nail salon! They make each customer feel special and pay close attention to detail, sanitation, and make sure you are happy with each step of getting your nails done. 10/10 would drive an hour back out here to make this my new go-to nail salon. read more

I have been coming here to get my nails done for almost a year now. I love it! Their specialty pedicures are wonderful (I love the lavender one) and the whole environment feels clean and classy! They provide complimentary beverages, and Hannah and Todd are such genuinely kind people. I had one instance where through no fault of theirs (I'm a clumsy person) I broke a nail the day after I got it done. I went in and they fixed it free of charge! I had to beg to see a menu of what kinds of services they offered with prices. The manicure only lasted 2 days before the dip powder started to chip. I also had to wait a long time whenever they were plenty of techs available. I gave them two stars because of the atmosphere and the rapport they seem to have with their regular customers. After reading the reviews I was expecting to walk into a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. I came in and walked up to the front desk. I stood there waiting for 3 minutes and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help. The guy walked around didn't even look my way when he was standing at the front desk! Matter of fact no one said anything. I felt so unwelcome. I turned and walked out and took my money elsewhere. First impressions are everything. Beautiful new salon! I had a shellac manicure (by Sandy) and the basic spa pedicure (by Rose). Both were done very well. The whole staff is extremely friendly. The owner even came and talked with me about the salon's focus on comfort and safety. Couldn't ask for more. I will be coming back for sure. read more

Jenny the lady who did my pedi was awesome! She did a great job and held a conversation with me the entire time. I also had dip powder nails and wanted them taken off with getting them painted as well. The French tips I got pained on my nails were awful, I came home and literally repainted them myself and was more satisfied then what the lady did. I gave this place a shot because of the reviews but I don't think I would be returning. read more

I liked this place a lot before. The past few times I've gone in, the service has been mediocre at best. My feet are rough when I leave and today I was extremely upset because my toenails were cut crooked and the paint looked terrible. It's been a few hours and the paint is already starting to wear off like I told the guy it would in the first place. I asked him for two coats of polish because I know one coat would come off quickly. He didn't want to do that and besides that he used design polish and didn't clean up afterwards. I let the lady at the front know I was not happy with the service performed and all she wanted to do was waste more of my time re painting my toes. It should have been done right in the first place. My feet should be smooth as well and they are not. Service has gone downhill and I will not be back, I'll get another pedicure tomorrow at a better establishment, screw this place and their high prices for crap service. read more

The people there are always friendly and very attentive. The manager is very personable and is constantly walking around to insure that everyone is comfortable and happy. They provide good quality services, as well...ask for Summer! read more

I will never go to another nail salon after discovering this gem. Best pedicure I have ever had. I think Snow spent about 45 minutes on a wonderful leg and foot massage. Kimberly did a fantastic job on my dipped nails. I never felt rushed and they were able to get both services done in an hour. I will be a repeat customer!!! read more

Not bad. My pedicure looked good enough, until they started chipping the next day. I did return the following day, and they fixed a couple, but still didn't last. For the price, I would have hoped they lasted a week or 2... They do have 2 children's chairs, but not kid friendly at all. read more

I try to go during slower times and have always been able to sit down right away, but you might want to make an appointment during busier times (e.g., weekend afternoons). RUN don't walk! Bypass with confidence that you made right decision! There are many, many more spas & salons around this area that are much better. Horrible service, new employees trying to perform new techniques as well as simple pedicure with polish. My polish literally melted off! Manager blamed it on parrafin treatment not being washed off enough. It was never washed off just wiped. So after spending 2 hours there, my polish had to be redone elsewhere but AFTER my event. Tech cut my toe when clipping nails & tried to not "tell" me, like I couldn't feel that! My legs broke out in a bad rash so I also inquired about the brand or type of lotion the used. Manager would not answer any questions. He kept putting me off until the owner would contact me by August 4th almost 3 weeks later! In the meantime, Drs weren't sure if it was an allergic reaction to a chemical they used to clean or lotion. It is not worth risking your health over a pedicure or manicure. Poor management & ownership. read more
