I called every department multiple times trying to get connected with the service department to check on the status of my car and they would say they would call me right back, yet I would never receive a call back. The service department never answered the phone. I am very frustrated with my experience here considering it is already a large inconvenience to not have a car, and on top of that I am having to get past poor customer service and no communication with the dealership. One man even got some dog bowls out of his truck for me to use. They were all so kind and helpful. They performed the work very fast. They got my car around 2 or 3 on Friday, had to order a new radiator, and it was ready on Monday by 4pm. It wasnt the cheapest work but seems to be quality and I would go back. Everyone was so nice which goes a long way these days.

I had a minor collision (major to me!) in Tennessee, and USAA insurance gave me the name of this body shop to get an estimate. They ran through the systems and parts needed and gave me the estimate, but I still heard a disconcerting noise. The owner Matt Julian went under my truck and found a bent heat shield, which he bent back into place. I thank them for taking the extra time to listen, to believe me, to understand my concern, and to persist in problem solving. You won't be sorry for trusting them with your vehicle--and your worry.

First, I purchased from out of state. I have in writing that the vehicle needed to tagged and titled in my state. He assured me he handled this. It has still not been handled and I've received no paperwork regarding my tag and title. Second, a test drive was never offered when the truck was driven off the lot, and he was informed of a serious wobble noticed on the way home. He lied and told me it just needed to be driven, then stopped responding. All six tires were bad on a vehicle he told me had NEW tires. I know because I just paid to immediately replace them. Third, he promised the truck delivered with a full tank of gas. When I brought to his attention the truck did not have a full tank of gas, he offered to Venmo me $50, but never sent the money. Fourth, He lied to me about the truck being DEF deleted by Ford. It's only half deleted and will cost over $1000 to finish so as not to destroy the engine. I truly thought I could trust this dealership. I was dead wrong. Don't get taken like I have. See Google review for proof. Edited to update I spoke with Shane, the sales manager, who informed me they will take care of my plate "because we have no choice," but they will not honor the rest. Complaint forwarded to the AG office of TN Consumer Protection Division.
