Even on busy nights, it somehow still felt personal. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the vibe has changed quite a bit. The drinks just aren't as consistently good as they used to be, especially considering the prices now. The chilaquiles were incredible -- full of flavor, fresh, and so comforting. The coffee was delicious too, the kind that makes you want a second cup. The restaurant is warm, welcoming, and inviting, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. However, the cook is decent and pretty quick. I like the music that's played on the juke box. This last time was probably it for me, though due to the customer service. The owner refused to allow the group with a service animal remain in the bar. First she is violating ADA rights and secondly, she could have addressed this in a more civil manner. The lady in the group was trying to have a calm conversation with the owner but the owner continues to be out-of-line. After observing this, I and other customers were highly uncomfortable and decided to leave. Thank you for your attention.
