The tri tip was definitely the best of the bunch! A good amount of meat and was flavorful/warm. Unfortunately, the other two sandwiches were very disappointing. Both came out super tough/hard bread (we got sourdough). It was towards the end of the day, so that could have been the reason. The other issue was that my sandwich, the Bruno was supposed to come with salami, but it didn't come with any. Would try again, but go in store this time to make sure everything is made correctly.

For the leg of lamb, I think most people get a whole leg of lamb. That was way too much for me and I think the butcher thought I was confused when I asked for less and asked me what I was doing with it. He ended up saying he could give me a half leg of lamb and I agreed. Thar was about 3 and a half pounds (bone included) which was the perfect amount. I seared it and then braised it and the meat fell off the bone. Delicious and the price was pretty good. I was cooking my first pork chop and decided to come here to get it. Their pork isn't labeled as Berkshire or Duroc or anything but that probably keeps the price down. For chops, they had boneless, bone in, and double cut (which was also bone in). I mentioned I wanted it to be about 2 inches thick and the butcher said to get the double cut.I got 2 beautiful thick pork chops for $6.99 a pound so about $18 total. The regular cut bone in pork chops were the same price though obviously smaller. I brined this overnight and reverse seared it and it was great. The chop was a loin chop- loin and then a tenderloin nugget- not a pure rib chop. Cooked really nicely and was tender which I think was partially the overnight brine and also their pork. They do sell some vegetables and grocery supplies if you want to just make a single stop. They also have a deli with some sandwiches that looked good and prepared foods. I was very focused on buying the things I came in for and getting on with my day both times but I would like to take a closer look in the future as it looked good. The chipotle coleslaw was a fan favorite. I thought Mark's carving service was a great way to elevate the experience and I liked that he asked each guest which part of the brisket they preferred. Just three yummy looking morsels. We know one was Baklava. One was Turkish Delight. We're not sure what the third one was. I reserve my sweet tooth for ice cream, so I didn't personally try these, but she said that they were all super sweet. Service was reserved, but friendly.

The only downside is that it can be easy to accidentally over-order if someone adds something you were already planning to get, so I recommend reviewing your cart carefully before submitting. Since this is a skewer restaurant, you probably won't get super full from just ordering skewers, so I recommend getting some main dishes as well if you want to feel satisfied without spending too much on just meat. Service was pretty quick and the skewers came out in a reasonable amount of time.
