My niece took me to the local fun spot in Nocatee but it was a bar and not a park like the name. It was my kind of place with strong drinks and great pizza. Not overly busy but a lot of laughter and commotion coming from one of the tables with drunk guys arm wrestling. The fully loaded pizza was so good and the waitress who doubled as the bartender was making sure everything was perfect at my table.
Well tonight we went about 2 hrs from home just to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary. I know, I know...why so far? I dunno, except I'd been wanting to try a place I'd seen on the food network like FOREVER....so I asked my husband if he was up for the ride and away we went! Approaching this restaurant from the ginormous parking lot, it's all twinkly and appealing...inside their doors? Even more appealing and sparkly! Definitely has that welcoming feeling and although there's basketball games on the tvs and an older fella in one corner singing and playing guitar (which, btw, he was pretty darn good)...you might have to talk a little louder to be heard over the music...but with their lights dimmed, it has that intimate vibe going for it. There's outside space as well...lit up and pretty. This place is definitely different and very much pleasing to the eye. Their menu is eclectic but from what we tried, absolutely DE-licious! We usually try a good smattering of food when I'm wanting to do a review, but over the years, our appetites have shrunk quite a bit...most of the food goes home in containers...tonight was no exception. We started out with the avocado fries, P B & J wings and my hubby wanted his Philly Cheesesteak eggrolls. Everything came to us pretty fast...which we were delighted about because we were both STARVING! Delicious! Nice and hot fresh from the kitchen, everything with its own dipping sauce too. There was a type of either pico de gallo or salsa mixed with a ranch sauce that was out of this world when put on my avocado fries! That's something I'd get over and over again and never get tired of!! The PB&J wings were more like a nutty sweet type of wing. No discernible "jelly" flavor anywhere...more like a sweet sauce and pecan flavor than a PB&J flavor. I've had true PB&J wings...these were on the other side of the earth from those. These wings are good...just more like sweet and sticky pecan wings. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls excellent in my husband's opinion. Perfect, according to his tastebuds. I wanted a bite just to see for myself and the insides promptly decided to make themselves THE OUTSIDES but include my shirt in their escape. That's why a glass of ice water and plenty of napkins are a must for every table (many thanks to our waiter for that!!) and likely saved my clothing from permanent stains. Their different and delicious cocktails are definitely worth the try as well...I had two of them and their cactus pear margaritas are going to be a new addiction! I HAD to try their smash burger because it was there...like climbing a mountain of deliciousness...perfectly toasted bun...perfectly grilled meat (two patties), melted cheese, carmelized onions and their TP special sauce...best burger I've tried in a very very long time! My husband's footlong beef hotdog was cooked to perfection. One half with the sloppy Joe mixture and the fried banana peppers was his favorite. He's kinda picky about his taste in chili, but I'm sure next time he'll request both sides with the sloppy Joe. A great dinner was had by us both and anniversary #14 is on the bag. Next year...maybe we'll venture even further from home. If you're in the Ponte Vedra area, Jax area or even around St. Augustine...it's worth the time to try them. It's either this one or go to Savannah. I'll stay closer to home
If you love bar food, bingo, late night music, bottomless mimosas for brunch this is your place. Stopped in the other night for a drink with friends. We grabbed a seat at the bar & noticed it was bingo night. The guy running the bingo gave us some cards and a marker and said it was free so we played. Prizes include free apps, drinks etc. Sadly we didn't win. We ordered two apps and some beers- eventually. The place was pretty busy but we thought service would be faster at the bar, not so. Bartender was pretty indifferent but we weren't there to make friends. The fried avocado fries were really good served with a roumalade sauce. However, I really enjoyed the waffle fry nachos. It's supposed to come with chicken but I think the chicken just ran across the nachos without stopping. Still pretty good. If you want to break your diet and looking for some bar food and a lively crowd stop on in at this Nocatee location.
I was so excited to know that there was one located closer by since visiting the original location in Savannah, GA! We stopped here, at this location, late one night with some friends and it was so nice to find a place that served food and drinks later in the evening. Service was a little slow but in fairness there were only 3 or 4 front of house staff working that evening including the bartender. Now, this location has a slightly different menu than the one in Savannah but still has a few of their popular dishes such as the Treylor Park Nachos Grande, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, PB&J Wings, and Treylor Park Pot Pie! I always order the Treylor Park Nachos... it's a massive tray of waffle fries plus a healthy amount of toppings such as pickles, fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese with chive ranch & balsamic gastrique. I mean it's a meal of WAFFLE FRIES with enough for myself, to share, and leftovers for when I get home from the drive there! LOL! The Treylor Park Pot Pie is really good too. It's basically chicken pot pie filling in a fried burrito with some pico de gallo on top. My friends ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes... which she loved and was a first for me. Verdict: I liked them. This location is pretty good but it's still not quite as good as the original location; however, I would still recommend giving this place a try.
We love the atmosphere and convenience of being in our neighborhood, but once again, we were disappointed with the quality of food and service. The chicken was dry and over cooked, our waffles had hot sauce after asking for "no hot sauce," and we had to wait extensively for our food and for refills. I really want to be able to give this place 5 stars!!!
This was a kitschy place. We were in the area checking things out when my wife spotted the PB&J wings on their menu. They looked and sounded very appealing on the Yelp page. Looks can be deceiving!!! We arrived and met Ava, our server. She was awesome, super accommodating. We ordered the PB&J wings to start, then progressed to our entree: the Grilled Apple and Chicken sandwich and the Double-wide dog. First, the wings: The first bite was the flavor profile, which woke up the taste buds, but then the mush of the old chicken meat spoiled the entire experience. We brought the concern to the attention of our server, Ava, who promptly apologized and stated that similar concerns from other customers had been expressed. Our entrees arrived and looked appealing, except for the burnt chili on the double-wide dog I dove in on my grilled apple and fried chicken sandwich, wholly Sahara desert Batman! The Granny Smith Apple was dry and flavorless, the fried chicken was saltine cracker dry and had no seasoning, but did come with a cute dish of peach compote. Let's talk about the train wreck of a hotdog. So I get the kitschy experience, the whole TV dinner thing a catchy bit let's elevate the flavor of the dish we experienced as kids. The Double wide dog has sloppy Joe mix on one side and Chili on the other. Neither of which were any good, they were either old and stored in a serving pan or something, they tasted like they came straight out of their respective cans whether it was Manwhich or wolf chili! The highlights of the meal were the fried banana peppers, the hotdog itself and the bun. Super disappointing food. Let's make better mistakes tomorrow. By accepting that we will sometimes get it wrong, we can allow ourselves to learn from and imagine new opportunities in the world of food. Our hope is we can take the lessons from our Challenges and create better flavors profiles to guide you on your next culinary adventure.
I received exceptional service this evening from Brandylee and Molly, from the door a nice welcoming vibe, and easy to have a great time alone or either friends and family! I enjoyed the listening to The live music the musician has such a beautiful voice and talent. beautiful decor .... I cannot wait to visit again ... they have the best food everything was delish and this legally blonde made with cactus pear ( thank you Brandylee) excellent suggestion!
One of Clemson clubs favorite locations. Pizza is their hidden gem! I had the caprese which was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Fries also amazing! But everything is great! I also love the fish and chips! The service was quick even with our needy group! They do play music but it's not too loud to socialize ! Great place for groups
Close to home but just hasn't been a favorite for us. We decided to give it a try for brunch today and were reminded why we haven't been in a while. Food is just okay and service was spotty. $60 for two. I got the chicken and waffles which was good but it came with hot sauce which I had requested to leave off. Love the vibe of the restaurant and the music was great while we were there. Just not enough to keep us coming back.

Definitely a solid restaurant in Nocatee. If you in the area and want to try something homey, you should stop here. Their menu is very interesting and eclectic, poke bowl salad, peanut butter wings, fried bologna sandwich, to name some of the dishes. On our last visit we had the nachos which were tasty, although the chicken bits were a little too crispy for me. I ordered the fish tacos, they were really good and fresh, my daughter had the shrimp and grits tacos and she enjoyed them, only comment wish they had more grits bites in them. As I said, this is a solid restaurant, clean and good service. However if you are looking for boujee, this is not the place. read more

Don't let the name deter you. The menu is so fun. It's comfort food with a bougie flare. Brandy Lee was our server and she was very helpful with helping us decide on what to try. We ordered several things and then split them between the 3 of us. You have to try the Boneless BBQ PB& J Backyard bites. The peanut butter flavor and the peach jam was just a unique flavor together. We also tried the Fried Bologna Classic, the Meathead Pizza, and the Shrimp & grits tacos. We tried the Tire Swing and the Cherry Cola adult beverage and a few of the IPA's. I can't say anything negative about the menu or the service. We will be back for sure. read more

This placed has been highly rated by friends and I finally decided to make an appearance. From the look of the items on this menu, you can really identify the creativity of the food items. Many of which I've never seen or heard of in combination. With that being said, I was fortunate enough to get their pb&j wings which were different but super delicious. They are 6 wings coated in a peanut butter sauce topped with crushed cashews paired with a jelly dipping sauce. Super flavorful! Next time I'm getting my hands on the shrimp and grits tacos. Safe to say this won't be my last time here! Thankful for the awesome meal! read more
Yummy unique food, good service, and a great family atmosphere. We really enjoyed the food, especially the brunch choices. The Bloody Mary was good but not the best spicy I've ever had. I recommend the PB&J wings as an appetizer, they are very rich in flavor so I could only eat a few. A wonderful addition to the experience is the green space for the kids to play, get an outside seat and let the kids run! read more
I found out about this restaurant on a Netflix series called Fresh, Fried and Crispy on the episode in Savannah, GA. The food looked so delicious, I was about to drive 2 hrs to get some. They have a restaurant closer in Nocatee, so away I went the next day. Beach themed decor, friendly attentive staff. Caribbean music . I tried the Cheesesteak Egg Roll n the Grilled Apple Pie Sandwich, that I saw on the show. Damn, it taste better than the host described. The Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll was juicy to the last bite n the beer cheese made it sing, glory! The Grilled Apple Pie Sandwich was heavenly in every bite. Every bite had a piece of tender chicken, crispy bacon n sweet apple! The 77 Monte Carlo was awesome. A meaty sandwich between two soft, fluffy pancakes! They have a bar n TV for watching sporting events. Indoor and outdoor dining option. Go! You will not be disappointed. Bonus, they honor the military with a discount. read more

My wife and I are relocating from South Florida to Nocatee and haven't even moved into our new home, yet we've already been here 4 times. We've done Brunch, Lunch and HH Twice. The place was recommended to us and we recommend it to you!!! Service and Food has been on point every time. Lastly we will check out the late night scene, once we are a golf cart drive away!! We had a terrific lunch at Treylor Park. It's got a beautiful setting with seating either indoors in the air conditioned trendy dining area, or outside on the covered patio. The fish and chips were excellent, and the hot chicken and waffles was an interesting experience. The chicken is quite tasty, with a covering of hot sauce, balanced by a berry compote. While the flavor was excellent and quite unique, the temperature of room temperature waffles, with hot chicken, with cold compote was a bit challenging. Service by Lenon was quite efficient, and he kept the drink glasses refilled. Pricing overall averaged about $20 per person. We'll certainly be back, and I'll probably order something other than the Hot Chicken and waffles just to get a new experience next time. read more
I first saw this chain in Savannah where people rave about its food. It says it was hard to find seats and reservations are almost impossible. When I finally saw one in Ponte Vedra, I grabbed the opportunity to see for myself what the hype was all about. Personally, and this is all me and my experience, it was not what I expected. Our SERVER was 100% WONDERFUL. She took care of us. If you're into simple southern food with no extra flare or unique approach to food and service is important, this is your place. I enjoyed my stay and have tried their food. Menu is limited and I'm sure the alcohol will make a difference if you're into it. I will probably not come back and will try more trendy places. Three stars for me. read more
Sadly all good things must come to an end. My time in Nocatee/Ponte Vedra has been wonderful. So, my last night means dinner at some place new. First place that appeared was Treylor Park. That name had me chuckle and the concept was great as well: southern comfort food. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the hostess. I was seated right away and handed a menu. One side was drinks, food on the other. Simple. I was debating the fish and chips or the tv dinner. My waitress recommended the tv dinner because it's a little bit of everything and everything is good. (BBQ meatballs, Mac and cheese, collard greens, toast, and blueberry cobbler) So, I went with that. I also ordered a cherry coke (cherry koolaid vodka, Diet Coke, and a cherry). The drink came first and it was very tasty. Downside is, you can't taste the alcohol. Uh oh! (It was exceptionally good) My food came shortly thereafter. I ate a meatball and it was soft but firm, the bbq sauce was tangy and just the right amount of sweetness to it. The collard greens... as a guy from the northeast, I haven't had the chance to try them, until today. I took one bite and somehow had flashbacks of my childhood on thanksgiving where my Italian grandfather made this soup that had all sorts of things in it. It made me chuckle and it was great to cut the sweetness of the bbq sauce. To be honest, I would've just had those! The Mac and cheese was decent. But I think the acidity of the collard greens took away from the flavor of the Mac and cheese. Otherwise it was a solid Mac and cheese! The toast... well, it's toast. You can't mess that up. But it was great for a mini meatball sandwich. The blueberry cobbler... and a corner piece at that. It was sweet but not too heavy on sweetness. A very nice way to end an already delicious meal. When I return, they'll be another spot to visit for sure! read more
I was curious about trying this restaurant out after seeing it pop up in Yelp. We had some time during our last visit to the Jacksonville area to make the trip down to try it out for lunch. The name and some of the initial photos I had seen made this appear to be a dive bar/restaurant, when that wasn't the case. This location appears to be newer and well kept. We started with the avocado fries to try something different. We were a bit disappointed as they really didn't have much flavoring, so you realized on the dipping sauce. Their menu has lots of different types of unique dishes so it was hard to land on something to try for this visit. I went with the Mean Green Quinoa Salad. It was a great and generous blend of the different ingredients and the lime basil dressing was delicious. My husband had the Miyagi Beef Tacos. The flavor and tenderness of the beef was amazing. The addition of cauliflower on top added a nice crunch to the dish. (We'd both come back just to have more of this dish!) read more

First time won't be the last time. Atmosphere was calm and there was plenty of decor on the walls to distract you once you place an order in. Was with the husband and we sat at the bar as the restaurant was opening for the day. I ordered breakfast tacos and a cocktail. Jasmine our bartender was inviting, friendly and kind enough to recommend a few items from the menu. What we ordered: A cocktail named Legally blonde? Forgive me if this isn't it.. wrIting this review after quite some Time has passed since the visit. It was fresh light and delightful to have to kickstart my afternoon off from work. Husband ordered a Sprite. On to the food: chicken & waffle and breakfast tacos were our choices. Both met expectaction and was delicious! Chicken was fried to a perfect crisp and was tender and juicy. The breakfast taco had a strawberry relish? Different flavor profile as I tend to stay away from cooked fruit but it was pleasant to the palate. Sweet and savory for both dishes. Every bite was filling. I will add there was a bit of a hiccup in our service but it was corrected right away. The first dish, the fried chicken with the waffle was a tad underdone and still pink in the center (To add context the first piece of fried chicken was HUGE so it was an honest "I pulled it too soon from the fryer" mistake) forgiven :) Food came out in great timing and our first experience was great. Will be returning again with friends the next time we're in the area. read more

This is such a great place to have brunch/lunch! 1. Bottomless mimosas 2. Amazing food 3. Tons of sunlight / bright space 4. Exceptional customer service I came here for a lunch date with one of my best friends and we raved at how amazing this place is. I ordered the Treylor Park brunch nachos ( loaded crispy waffle fries with fried chicken tons of includes 2 eggs and gravy compared to the normal one) and she had the smoked Salmon flatbread... 10/10 will definitely get both items again. The bottomless mimosas were great, a great addition the our wonderful experience overall. Austin, our server, took great care of us! What phenomenal attentiveness and awesome customer service. We went for a late lunch on Jaguar game day, we were pleasantly surprised that they had a large projection tv showing the game. The staff was cleaning tables with disinfectant when we arrived, and the staff all wore gloves and masks. I ordered the apple grilled cheese sandwich and added a grilled chicken breast for $4.00. It was prepared well and served with homemade crispy chips and applesauce. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. My son raved about the fish and chips. The service was courteous and friendly and our meals were served quickly. read more
I heard about this place from friends. Decided to try it. Really nice place with great steampunk lighting and different style decorations. The menu fits the motif. How many other places have PB&J chicken wings? They don't have the normal beers you see everywhere else. Micro brews on tap. The waiter brought me a sample to make sure I liked it. It was a longboard lager. Not bad I decided on the fish tacos. 3 tacos, stuffed. Really quite filling and good. The aioli sauce was great. Good spice to it. Candyce had the pot pie. This is not you normal pot pie. Rolled into a burrito and deep fried with chicken, cream sauce and veggies inside. She really enjoyed it. Nightly specials for food and live band wed to fri and DJ on Saturdays. Interesting place. We'll be back read more

I give it a 4/5 only because the food didn't really appeal to me on that moment. The restaurant wasn't quite the vibe I was looking for that day but the drinks were pretty good. It's an older crowd and the location is in a shopping plaza. Not what I envisioned. read more

My 1st visit and it was more than I expected, I really like this place! This place is so unique and I love the décor, its comfortable chic and visually appealing. They have indoor and outdoor seating, in which, we chose to sit outside bc of the beautiful weather. The side patio has a beautiful outdoor view and if you are sitting outside in the evening you are bound to see a beautiful sunset. Another thing I like about this place is the fun free dice game they offer, it's easy to play and if you (adult) win you get a free alcoholic shot but be fair warned it isn't easy to win. Haha But it is great for passing time, and laughing with friends and/or family. We ordered: · Crab Cake Sliders $14: Seared backfin crab meat on potato rolls w/ Tajin tartar sauce topped w/ onion crisps, red peppers and chives. *Absolute best crab cake sliders ever!! · PB&J Chicken Wings $10: Crispy fried and tossed in a peanut/pecan butter and peach jelly sauce. *Great if you like sweet wing sauce · Illegally Blonde $10: Vodka, St. Germaine elderflower liquor, lemon, splash of grapefruit *So GOOD! The food and drinks were great, and hands down the best Crab Cake sliders ever! I love the crispy onions they put on the sliders as it gives the sliders a nice crunch but they also put a nice crisp to the crab cake as well... so Win Win! I really don't know if I can order anything else, may take a few visits before I give up those sliders. Haha The wings were crispy even with the peanut/pecan butter sauce, which was thick and sticky in consistency. I prefer spicy wing sauce but if you like sweet, then you are in for a treat as they were tasty. I loved the "Illegally Blonde" drink as it had the most refreshing flavor and so easy to drink. By far a drink I will order again, so if you enjoy vodka with a citrus twist she is your girl. :D I really hope they open a Treylor Park's in Jacksonville, as I would like to visit more often! If you're from Nocatee or plan to visit you must try Treylor Park, I can't wait to revisit! read more
At the Nocatee farmers market, I walked my way up to quite the appetite. Treylor Park has been on my "go-to" list for quite some time and boy am I glad we gave it a shot today! The rustic interior gives off a farmhouse/beach vibe with themes of wood, stainless steel, and baby blue accents. The menu is classic American with a southern twist. If I was hungry enough I would definitely try the bacon brownie or the chicken apple pie bacon sandwich, but the healthier me opted for something light. I started with the avocado fries which are wedges of avocado lightly fried in a panko crust with a chipotle aïoli on the side. This unique appetizer hit it out of the park, The light batter was flaky but not greasy, The avocado was very creamy and ripe, and the aïoli was colorful, creamy, and well seasoned with a mild spice and smoky flavor. The pair created the perfect appetizer to warm me up for a meal without being terribly filling. Again, the "healthier me" was ordering today so I got the poke salad. This thing was GIANT! I was brought out a ginormous bowl loaded with with pineapple slices, spicy cucumbers sesame seeds, slices of ginger, avocado wedges, pickled red onions, and ahi tuna all over a bed of leafy greens with a cilantro dressing on the side. after mixing this up, I took the most glorious bite of greens, fish, fruit and veggies and it was like a party in my mouth. The dressing was a perfect accompaniment for this dish and although all of the flavors already worked well together, the cilantro dressing just tied the knot. I never really order a salad when I go out, but this was one that I thoroughly enjoyed. There is a beautiful balance of color, flavor, and texture with this dish. The experience of every bite is fun and fresh. The servers were very attentive, the atmosphere was clean and the ambience was very "Nocatee." The menu is urban yet rustic, and they even have a beautiful outdoor patio! I would highly recommend Treylor Park for grits, chicken and waffles, or even their bar with craft cocktails! read more
Shrimp n grits tacos are perfection!!!! Big portions, yummy sauces, so delicious!!! Samuel is an amazing server and goes above and beyond for this establishment! $9 wine was really good as well! Can't wait to come back! read more

After reading the menu and hyping this place up in my head, it kind of fell a little flat to be honest. We ordered a specialty margarita 1 app and 3 entrees. Everything came out at weird times, and out of order, which was one thing that set the tone wrong. The most notable, my mother received her entree a good 10 minutes before my dad's showed up; and the gal didn't even put my entree order in... sad because I was looking forward to trying the shrimp and grits tacos. It's possible if the music was turned down just a tiny bit she would've heard my full order. The highlights; Fish and chips - the pieces of cod? Are HUGE and moist PBJ wings - great flavor! Sloppy joe - great take on a classic The lows - Banana crème brûlée - no banana flavor, disappointing Fried pepper rings - lacked flavor I'd give this place another shot maybe during the spring on the patio. read more
Drinks we're yummy and the server was super honest. Gotta try the pbj wings once needs the jelly!! The cheesesteak egg rolls are the winner with the beer cheese so crunchy and hand rolled. The fries are amazing skinny steak fries. Great place!! Lots of kids family friendly read more
