If you're never seen a whisky selection running over 300 and all the way to the roof (see pic), this is the place. The food is incredibly tasty especially the pizzas from V Pizza which is connected. And service e is impeccable. Ask for Alexis. She is the very best in making sure you are take care of. They also have a really cool trivia on Wednesday nights. All added up, one of my faves in jax Can't wait to go back there! Highly, highly recommended.

Great vibe, meatballs, drinks!! Always sit at the bar. Good bartender service and creative drinks. Love the bourbon choices. A great place to start an evening of restaurant and bar hopping.

It was my first time going to this location and boy it did not disappoint! We showed up on a whim on a weekend and had a bit of a wait which was to be expected however we were able to wait at the bar and did not wait longer than 20 minutes for a table for four. We started off our night by ordering some drinks which were all delicious, I ordered A champagne drink which was light and tasty. Everyone else ordered beers which they loved. When we sat down at our table I ordered a margarita drink that was absolutely delicious I cannot remember the name of it but it was very tasty. In fact I'm not sure you can go wrong with any of the drinks here at Julep. For dinner my husband ordered the wings which he was obsessed with and would not stop talking about for the entirety of our drive home. I had one of the wings and I will say they were very good however I am not a big wings fan so I let him enjoy most of them. We also decided to go big and order the mac & cheese pizza it was also incredible and I do not regret one second of our choice. We could not finish the pizza so we did bring some home and it also made amazing leftovers. We will absolutely be back soon hopefully to try some new drinks and new food!

We stopped in for a drink after having dinner in a different location. This is no mark against V's Pizza which is attached to Julep. Next time we come back, we'll dinner here too. Lexi was our bartender. She was fantastic! Within moments of sitting at a fairly full bar, she asked us what we like and made some great suggestions. Crystal went with the "Big Buck Hunter" which was an Old Fashioned on steroids: Bourbon, cacao, orange bitters, amaro and saline. Fantastic smoothness and complexity. I stepped outside my norm and ordered a "Grip it & Rip it" with bourbon, blackberry, lemon and lime. It had the perfect balance of sweet and sour; very drinkable. I followed it with a very nice Old Fashioned. Overall, Crystal's "Big Buck Hunter" was the best. The bar is gorgeous, well worth the visit. Don't miss this place, a great gem out in Palm Valley

First off, the ambience is on point- very cozy and warm and the bar design is amazing! Loved the overall feel. On top of that, all the food was absolutely delicious. Our server Morgan gave excellent suggestions and she was on point with it all! Signature wings, meatball with marinara app, and Delle Donne pizza. Morgan was by far one of the best servers I've had- patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and cheerful! She was able to answer any questions about the menu and the restaurant itself. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

Good GRACIOUS, that bar! I've seen the pictures on Yelp, social media- but to sit at the bar and look up at over a thousand bottles, it really is stunning. We had dinner not too far away thanks to a Yelp event and wanted an after dinner drink and found our way to Julep Palm Valley and I will definitely be back. Lexi was our bar-mixologist-extrodinare and helped me decide what to order because it all looked so good. I love everything except tequila. I said bourbon and rum first and she steered me to the Big Buck Hunter, a bourbon drink with amaro, Cacoa, Orange Bitters and saline. I so love orange and chocolate and was already eyeing that drink. It was a bourbon hug in a glass, warm, cozy, delicious. John ordered the Grip It & Rip It- another bourbon drink with blackberry, lemon and lime. A drink I would also order in a heartbeat, I think he picked it so I could try it too. It too was wonderful. Not too sweet, the bourbon created a wonderful balance. John ordered a 2nd drink, but I held back. An Old Fashioned- any bar worth it's salt will have a good Old Fashioned and it too was perfect. Although we both agreed, my drink is an easy go to. And I will be trying to recreate it at home too! Lexi made the whole experience so much better. The guests next to us bragged that she makes the best cosmopolitans anywhere! Regulars, apparently. The bar slowly started to empty after 9pm on a Monday. I cannot wait to return here.

5 stars across the board for Julep! Great food, friendly stay, and tasty drinks make this place a home-run for a night out. It starts with their ovens and dough imported straight from Italy and you can taste the difference! Crust is light, not too doughy and the topping are carefully selected to complement one another. Morgan is our favorite server! She is always super friendly and attentive without being over bearing. If you do decide to add more toppings to one of their signature pizzas as we did, be sure to ask for the pizza to be "made with love" and they will cook the crust a little longer for a crispy under carriage and less "flop." The whiskey wall is a sight in itself with bottles stacked from floor to ceiling. Do yourself taste buds a favor and get the signature wings as well as the weekly special signature pizza (made with love)

Loved coming out to Julep on Christmas Eve. We were taken care of by Morgan. She was so sweet and attentive to detail while also making our family feel welcomed as they were visiting from out of town! Definitely a great spot for craft cocktails and delicious fooood. Ask for Morgan! You will be in great handsssss

And they've done it again! From the producers that brought you Sidecar and Flask & Cannon, Julep's finally here and touting the craftiest cocktails in Palm Valley, hands down! I have and always will love the craft cocktail bar concept with V Pizza in tow! It gets me every time, at every one if their spots! I order a cocktail and order my pizza at the bar, like clockwork! The menu is cool and the new drinks are impressive! I tried the Ambulance Chaser, a sip of the Coyote Moon, and then nestled back into the arms of the Pisco Sour that I love-- especially when it's crafted by Liam. Julep is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and you must check out light show when you get a chance! ;0) Great job guys, I love it!

Where else can you order a great drink and a pizza right at the bar. The place is attached to V pizza and it's a great combo. Service was great and friendly and loved the vibe.

Julep is attached to V Pizza so this review is for both- since we sat out back on the covered patio to enjoy drinks AND pizza. It's a little off the beaten path and probably not somewhere you'd ever find by randomly driving by, but it was worth the detour off the main drag! The highlight for me was definitely the drinks and the super comfortable patio seats. Along one wall are two seater tables with oversized wicker chairs and cushions. It was the perfect size to comfortably sit with my little dog on my lap and enjoy the beautiful weather and delicious cocktails with my husband after a long walk on the beach. (Which is only about 10 minutes away) The bar interior is impressive with stained glass windows, funky reclaimed light fixtures and a HUGE backlit bourbon selection spanning from floor to extra high ceiling. It wasn't busy for lunchtime on a Sunday and we had our pick of the many tables open both inside and out. Our server let us know he was also the bartender but he managed to keep up with everything pretty quickly so no complaints there. Partway through our meal I noticed a second server arrive to help out. We ordered cocktails and then a pizza. The cocktail menu is excellent and offers many unusual options. After one I couldn't resist trying a second one. The second one was called "What's Up Doc" and had carrot juice and a long list of unusual ingredients. It was complex and different. I could drink a pitcher full! The pesto mac n cheese pizza was just ok- it was bland compared to other V pizzas we have ordered at other locations before, and they aren't cheap at around $18/19 each. I didn't really get "pesto" flavor and thought it could use some pesto as sauce also or even some red sauce to jazz it up. We will definitely go back to the patio for more after beach relaxed cocktails with the pup and we will just order a *different* pizza. Oh- and their bourbon list is truly exceptional! It's more of a book than a list.

This picture doesn't do the bar justice.

I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. If the weather is nice, request a table along the side of the dining room for some of the best ocean views. The third-floor rooftop lounge was one of my favorite parts of the experience. It's first come, first served, so reservations aren't available, but there's plenty of seating with comfortable couches, high-top tables, fire pits, and a full bar. The views from the rooftop are even more spectacular. We started with the cornbread and the cheese board as appetizers. For our entrées, my husband ordered the Agave Braised Short Rib and absolutely loved it, while I had the Scallops & Grits. The food wasn't my personal favorite overall, but everyone has different tastes. For dessert, we shared the seasonal bread pudding--it was very sweet, generously portioned, and easily big enough to share. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Even though the food was a mixed experience for me, the beautiful setting, rooftop lounge, and excellent service make this a great spot to visit, especially for the views.

So we decided to just sit inside for an appetizer and drinks. I got a cup of she crab soup and a nonalcoholic drink that tastes similar to a pina colada. The she crab soup tasted good. I initially thought they added what felt like popping boba into the soup which made for an interesting texture. It turns out it was actually smoked trout caviar which is something I never had before. The drink was alright, but not worth spending $11 on a non alcoholic drink. I hope to experience the rooftop bar experience next time.

She was such a sweetheart, made us feel welcome, and honestly was one of the highlights of our night. We had a lot of fun because of her kindness and great service. Unfortunately, there were two issues that really impacted my experience. First, I had an uncomfortable incident in the restroom. I admit I forgot to lock the stall door, but I was the only person in the restroom, and an employee opened the stall door without knocking or announcing themselves. They stood there for a few seconds before closing the door and leaving. It was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. We did speak to the manager afterward, and she was very kind and handled the conversation professionally, which I appreciated. The second issue was more concerning. After our meal, both my friend and I became sick. She had the penne pasta, and I had the chicken tenders. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, the timing was concerning enough that I felt it was important to mention. Overall, Mandy's service and the manager's kindness were excellent, but the restroom incident and becoming ill afterward unfortunately affected what otherwise could have been a great experience.
