Good luck getting help here. Terrible. Welcome to Bizarro World. Someone wrote "a one-star review is too generous" for this place. I agree. You've experienced the efficiency of airport currency exchanges? Well, this isn't that. Awful customer service. I was given mostly evasive non-answers or brush off comments. Apparently, a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer was simply IMPOSSIBLE regarding whether a particular currency can be exchanged for USD. It's a very simple question. And, oh yeah: They HUNG UP on me during my phone call. The woman insisted that they had to make a xerox photocopy of each denomination of the bills to provide to their mysterious 'broker' (unnamed, and unavailable to speak with, even during his stated hours at their shop: 9:00-4:30, M-F). I never saw or heard of something like this in all my prior currency exchanges. She said their fee for doing a currency exchange was 5%-7% of the total amount (really? Not even ridiculously overpriced airport areas are this absurd). Give me a break. Stubbornly unhelpful, both in person and via phone. A repeated theme: 'You have to bring in' the money first. (WHY?) Just please ANSWER a SIMPLE QUESTION. On the phone: "I can't talk about this over the phone." (?) Well, she was asked the same question in person beforehand by my friend, with the same evasive non-answer. It shouldn't be so difficult to get a straight answer. [Her response to my polite incredulity: "That's our process."] Well, Kafka would have more to write about with this "process." Awful customer service from the two women there. They were both extremely rude and curt. Called ahead to find out information and person was so lazy she couldn't even give the correct information. I feel bad for anyone that has to be subjected to these two. You can tell they are absolutely miserable. A one star review is too generous. read more

Came in on a Saturday morning - 9:30ish - to get new plate stickers. There were a lot of people in there but everyone in line was nice and courteous. I found the reason for the long line- the two ladies working were doing an awful lot of gossiping to each other which is why the line was moving so slow and the lines stacked up. I got my business taken care of but I didn't expect to spend 30 minutes at the currency exchange :/ . read more

Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Called ahead of time to find out cost of transferring title and ask specifically what I needed to bring. Drove there and was told I needed more paperwork . Told the young lady behind counter that I called ahead of time and did not understand why i needed more papers . She had a bad attitude and could care less.Drove there again with the rest of the papers they requested and was told again they could not transfer title and that I needed more info. Left pissed off so I called the corporate office and luckily talked to kim. She agreed I was right and that they had all the info needed to transfer title. Went back a third time and they processed the transfer- then told me it was $200.0 more than I was originally quoted on my first call. Thank you to kim for your help but I would not go there again. Staff very unprofessional- young Hispanic girl stood there eating while looking at my paperwork. Older hispanic lady could have probably figured everything out if she got off her ass to help.
