I can't say enough about Tri-County Carpet Care!!! Five stars is not enough. This morning at 5 a.m. my dog was skunked after she followed me outside. She was in the house before I could catch her stinking up the carpet in my bedroom and an area rug among other things. After calling and speaking with Tammy I was feeling comfortable already. I did not was to call "the cheap ones" for risk of smelling skunk for weeks. Within ten minutes she called me back to say Jerry would be at my house in less than 40 minutes. What? I couldn't believe it. There he was. Jerry was professional and had a great sense of humor (something you need when your dog gets skunked). I thought while he was here he could give me an estimate on two area rugs and my teenagers room as well. What a reasonable price!! But here is the best part, bedroom carpets look like new (we were thinking of tearing them up) and my area rugs are perfect. He got out old stains from our sick old dog that we were hiding under the sofa. My house smells wonderful again. In fact, better than before the skunking. My only issue was he didn't have enough business cards on him that I could give to my friends and family who don't yelp. Thank you so much to them! They have a new very loyal customer!!!! read more

We were putting our house up for sale and had never had our white carpet cleaned. We have a 5 year old dog who has lived here with us, well, for 5 years. Need I say more? My hope was to get the carpet just not looking terrible and to hopefully get some of the stains out. But instead Jerry got it looking new! It's beautiful! Our house sold in 5 days. Yes, five stars is as good as it gets, although I would rate this company a ten. Tri-County Carpet Care, including Tammy and Jerry lived up to all of the hype in their favor on Yelp. Searching for a new carpet cleaning company, Tri-County popped up on Yelp as a local option. LIke others, after reading the reviews, I decided to get a bid. In every instance, initial phone call with Tammy, timely meeting with Jerry and follow-up emails to arrange an appt., all of my communications and interactions were perfectly positive. There was a time over the weekend that I thought I might need to cancel a Mon. afternoon appt. as I wasn't feeling well so I emailed Tammy. Several times she replied telling me they'd hold the appt., and I could confirm early Mon. morning, etc. Fortunately, the appt. and cleaning came off as scheduled. We have a two-story home, with seven rooms needing cleaning. Jerry arrived on time and with efficiency and very little noise, vacuumed, sanitized and cleaned the carpets and two rugs in two hours. I was impressed. No smells, no fuss, just in and out...that's it. Given previous bids, I felt the cost was very reasonable for the effort and how nice everything turned out. Jerry assured me all would be dry in a few hours. To my surprise, the carpets are just slightly damp...not the really wet feeling we've experienced with previous carpet cleaning companies. Given the tremendous options we have these days, timely service and finding trust-worthy and dependable people must be a concern when opening one's home to service contractors we do not know. I would definitely call on Tri-County Carpet Care again and feel very comfortable passing on their name to my friends. If you're a realtor and the need arises to bring in a company for your clients, I highly recommend Tri-County Carpet Care. We waited far too long before getting our carpets cleaned - I was dreading the process because last time, the people we hired took all day, charged more than the estimate, were not very friendly, and so on. But then a friend recommended Tri-County - and boy, are these folks my new best friends. When I talked to Tammy to set up the appointment, she was gracious and accommodating. My scheduling constraints were difficult AND time was of the essence, with just 2 weeks to go until my daughter's wedding, here at our house (where I also run my business, so can't exactly leave for the day). She patiently answered all of my questions, listened to my schedule issues and made it work in their schedule as well as mine. Jerry showed up on time (on the dot, in fact), quickly measured the rooms, gave me an estimate that sounded extremely reasonable, had it all done faster than originally quoted, was polite and totally off-the-wall, flat-out HILARIOUS. I mean, seriously, who expects the carpet cleaning guy to be a stand-up comic? But he was on the ball, quick-witted AND quick with the cleaning job. I was totally amazed that he also managed to move furniture on his own, and then get it back into place - the previous company sent 3 guys, now I'm wondering WHY??? He even left me a bottle of spot remover! I was thrilled - needless to say, I will be calling them again, the next time I need a carpet cleaner - and I won't wait so long between cleanings, now that I see how great it looks. I called these guys in crisis after my dog peed on my new area rug. This is a family run business. They fit me into their schedule that day and did a good job cleaning the spot and getting the smell out. He told me to call if their was discoloration after it dried and they'd come back and fix it. A few days later the father came out and worked on the discoloration. He went out of his way to give me advice on rug care. I will be calling them again soon to clean a couch . This review is so overdue! We had our carpets cleaned by Tri-Valley in June 2015, and will definitely be calling them again for the next job. Jerry came out to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and informative, realistic about what could be achieved in high-traffic areas on our (low-end) carpeting, and gave advice for our oriental rug. Jerry left me with a detailed quote for cleaning both carpets and a chair. I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. The fellow who came to do the cleaning was excellent - again very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in good time, and the result was better than I expected, on the carpeting. Our poor old chair could not be made to look 'good as new' - I already figured that, but Jerry had made sure I understood that when he came to asses things. At least it was truly clean by the time they were done! There was also a small red stain on the carpet, where dye had bled through from a rug that was sitting on top. Extra attention was given to remove all traces at no extra charge. We have a cat, and when our "allergic" company arrived a few days later, they hardly even sniffled - so I know that cleaning was thorough! I received a follow-up call afterward, to make sure I was satisfied (Yes). The price charged on the day was exactly what I was quoted. read more

I wish I could give them 10 Stars! My home is hard to access from the street so Tim had to use to his portable machine. Personally when I think of the word portable machine I don't think it's a strong one. Well that's not the case. I had some very heavy traffic areas and he went over them until they were spotless. Last year we moved into a house with over 1000 square feet of tile floors which had never been properly cleaned or sealed. After a year of dirty socks I finally gave Tri-County a call to come and deep clean and seal the tile and grout. Jerry came to my house and was honest about the price, which was going to be a lot, and suggested he do a test area to see what I thought. I just got my carpet cleaned today. We just had bought the house and the carpet looked horrible... There was dried up paint all along the stairs which was a result of a horrible paint job.... Who knows how long it was there but they got it out!!!!!! We also that had what looked like a fruit punch stain in one of the rooms... He got that out too! The carpet looks brand new and so glad we followed their 5 rating in Yelp. So glad we didn't replace carpet as we saved money and it looks great. Also... I can't speak highly enough about the customer service and care I received when I called Tammy from Tri-County Carpet Care last Friday! I was in a panic when green passionfruit tea spilled on my carpet, situated 2 feet from a gas fireplace that is used a lot! I tried getting it up myself and couldn't get it out. They were able to squeeze my house in and sent someone out the same day to work on the stain. He did a very thorough job and explained it was going to be about a 20% chance of it coming out but did his very best and spent much time on the stain and the carpet and stairs leading up to it. He gave me realistic expectations and no false promises, which I so appreciated! Tammy called me two days later and asked me how it looked, and if the stain was still present. She was truly kind and caring and their customer service was exceptional and truly such a pleasure to experience. I will definitely be calling them again when I need my carpet cleaned. read more

TCCC has cleaned our carpets and a very large area rug. The service and results were amazing. I was even more impressed and grateful when Tammy returned at call I made at 6 a.m. this morning after discovering a flood in the kitchen and dining room. She called back at 6:30 a.m. and said she would call me and let me know what time Jerry would be out to look at the rug and what could be done. He was here by 9:45, dried the carpet as much as possible, left 2 commercial grade blowers and a de-humidifier to finish drying thing out - including the wood floors. I have many allergies and asthma and Jerry made suggestions about the best way to clean our carpets - including using probiotic cleansers - and they were spot on. This is not only the best carpet cleaning business around, but also seems to employ the nicest people on the planet. We have used them to clean our carpets and they were able to get out stains that no other company was able to get out. They are extremely thorough and put companies like Stanley Steemer to shame. Tonight, we called them at 9:00 PM because our son spilled a quart of paint on our carpet. They not only answered the phone, but had Gerry at our house by 9:30 PM to clean it all up!! He was so helpful and friendly despite the fact that we had interrupted his Saturday night. He completely cleaned up the paint stain and all is perfect again.
