Her response was "well good thing nobody in a wheelchair is coming in." I declined to make an appointment for a drop off of my items. Beyond the online presence, my in-store experiences have also been disappointing. On more than one occasion, employees have failed to greet or acknowledge me, and I have stood at the counter waiting for assistance while staff members walked by without engaging. Although many staff members appear to be high school students, which is not inherently problematic, a basic level of attentiveness and customer service is expected and doesn't go unnoticed. I've had horrible experiences with employees that left me baffled and extremely disappointed, barely palpable and non-memorable interactions that were negative or neutral, and a very small number of genuinely pleasant exchanges with certain employees. The pricing is standard for T.J. Maxx which means expensive and quickly adds up. Overall, I'd still recommend checking this location out for the fun of finding something cute and unique.
