Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare! STAY AWAY! They were referred to us in March/April 2017, by our insurance company for water damage. All seemed well at first. People seemed nice, office staff was nice. Then the work began, or not. Tony, was the foreman. The crew, unskilled laborers, came only on weekends to work. Almost nothing was done. We were living in a hotel for 2 1/2 months. We did much of the work ourselves. Trash was left in our house, they borrowed our equipment, left piles of trash and debris on our porch (for weeks), and did not complete the work on time, but we had to move back in. That's just the start! They did horrible work! We have had a forensic engineer inspect our house, the CSLB inspector, and 3 independent contractors. NONE of the work was done to industry standards. (Their expert said it was. That's not sketchy...) Our kitchen floor is totally uneven, our cabinets are not level, the counter top is cracked and chipped. Our wood floor is hollow in multiple spots, our bathroom floors are uneven. You get the idea. There was more, but I'll stop here. We've tried for 1 1/2 years to get them to do the right thing. read more

I honesty don't know why this business got 4 stars. I would have given them 10. We recently had our floors redone after a leak in a pipe ruined the wood. Tri tech was hired to store out ALL our furniture while the floor was being repaired. Not only did they take the furniture, they took our refrigerator, oven, packed up all the belongings inside cabinets, removed the art from the walls and took detailed pictures of where everything was so when the brought it back they knew were to put it. This can be a stressful project in the best of circumstances. But David and his experienced crew of men and women knew exactly what they were doing and it didn't take long before I was able to relax and let them do their job. I recommend them highly! read more

Attitude of the guys doing the work is right, and a lot of their work-- temporary woodwork in particular-- is top-notch. The problem is, not all areas of their work are up to the same standards. In particular their cleaning of damage leaves a lot to be desired, and while you can't blame the employees for all of it, the boot prints and whatnot they left in areas after they "cleaned" was not professional. The equipment they use for cleaning was also inadequate... they'd go over an area once, then twice... ... then I'd point out all the spots they missed in their first two passes. I can only shake my head. Again to their credit the employees are solid, they wanted to do it right, but their equipment just wasn't up to the task. And don't trust their in-house ratings. They ask you to fill out the customer survey form while looking over your shoulder the whole time. How's that going to lead to an honest answer? read more

Fantastic We had some pretty significant smoke damage and remediation needs after the woolsely fire. Tri tech was terrific. They were always on time, very respectful of our privacy, our home and our neighbors and got the work done in an efficient timeframe. Everyone we worked with was kind, polite and professional. Tritech was quick to come out to my home and set up dryers for the flood but I have been waiting months for them to complete the repairs. They keep lying to me about when it will be done, just don't show up and then make excuses about why they weren't there. This cycle has repeated over and over again. Don't get involved, find someone else unless you want a simple repair to take forever!!! read more

If I could give this company, Tritech,less than one star, I would. Their service was the most abominable I've ever seen in my life. At the very beginning, a sweet coordinator contact you and makes you feel like she's going to take care of everything but once they send out the contractor, it's all downhill. My contractor was Alen Haghverdi. He was not only unresponsive to me, but he was unresponsive to my insurance adjuster. We would sometimes wait as much as three weeks for the answer to a simple question. After six months of having a job referred to him, they still had not started. There were excuses about delays caused by everyone else, but them, including; a structural engineer, that they had to subcontract to in order to get someone out to my house, and then the drawing she was to complete in three weeks, took two months. I was under the impression that would include their submission of application for permit, but that took another two weeks. And then they blame the county on delaying the permit process one in fact, I found out that they did not submit the application until more than a month after they said that they did. And, they wanted to charge more than $20,000 for drawing up a plan that did not include everything that it was supposed to include. They left out a complete patio cover, submitted the drawings with the wrong type of fireplace, and never took into account that the chimney needed to be moved in order to be up to code in 2023. If you're thinking of using them, run as fast as you can. At this point I am 9 months after a tree fell on my house and I'm having to start all over again with another contractor. read more

I am so pleased with working with Tri-Tech. They have been so on top of stuff it's making my nightmare much easier to handle. I had a bathtub upstairs leak and caused water damage that has come through into my kitchen. Amy from Tri Tech called right away to set up an appt. to get the guys to come and dry out the area that was damaged. She sent out Jaime and Derek and these 2 guys are fabulous. They were so on top of things and very knowledgeable about any and all questions that I had. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having any type of restoration work done. With efficiency and speed, Manny and Boni turned my flooded bottom floor and walls into dryness. They were professional, set up equipment and monitored it daily, knocked out wall parts and made sure everything was neat and clean when they left. They set up an amazing plastic humidifier wall in my bedroom, added a zipper and I could move from humidity into an air filled room easily.....I would highly recommend their services. read more

Boni and Adam were the two men who came to my house to check on a leak issue that we were having. They came right at the time that they said they were gonna be here and were super friendly considering it was early in the morning! They did a full and thorough inspection on all the problem areas. Our house flooded 12 days ago. Our insurance company sent Tri Tech to assess the damage and start mitigation. Jaime and Miguel arrived within a couple of hours and got right to work. Jaime explained their process and updated us regularly as they worked to dry everything out. Our next step is restoration. We plan to have Tri Tech handle the project because we have been impressed with Jaime's dedication and professionalism. Wouldn't wish this experience on anyone but, if you do get flooded, trust the great crew at Tri Tech to bail you out' Update: we are now 16 months into restoration. It has been and continues to be a nightmare. They are completely disorganized. Most of work has had to be redone due to shoddy workmanship. We were out of the house for 8 months and they couldn't manage to get the job done. Now have been back in our for an additional 8 months back and trying to live through construction. They come out a promise anything but rarely show up. Every promised completion date has sped by and they just don't get the job done, We can't wait to get our lives back but it doesn't seem it will be anytime soon. The latest hiccup is the need to remove and replace hardwood floors again because they purchased and installed sub standard wood. Like I said, they were great in drying out the house, but DO NOT use them for reconstruction! Yet another update; now 18.5 months since flood. No progress made which means another Thanksgiving celebration to be planned and held amidst the chaos and construction dirt. Expect same for Christmas. These guys are the absolute WORST! read more

Harry Haroian and Boni from tri-tech did an amazing job coming to our home. They represented their company well and ensured our home would be taken care of. They left a negative air blowing machine that filtered out the Smokey bad smell and shot out clean air. That made the home smell better than what it was and they also used a vapor shot machine so that the smell of smoke would go away and made the home smell like a fresh fragrance. My family and I had an unfortunate fire in our home October 30, 2019. Tri Tech was the first there the following day. Berenice has been my go to person through all this nightmare and I can't say enough about her professionalism and her compassion to me and my family. I really thought this whole process would be a nightmare but she has kept me at ease. She will contact me with updates e-mail or text and I appreciate that so much. Tri Tech Restoration has left my family and I without a kitchen for the past 6 months. What was supposed to be done in 2 months has now taken triple that time. All of the staff are lazy, incompetent, selfish, and all around rude. The way they have treated us is a joke. This is through insurance so I'm sure they're trying to milk the insurance without having to get up and do anything. Special shout out to our "contractor" from this company who was very rude, and brought no type of explanation other than "were on vacation" when we hadn't seen anyone in 3+ weeks. He is a nightmare. When they did the initial gut of our kitchen and bathroom, they just left a toilet, couple of sinks, wood, and nails all over our backyard. It's still there. Who wants to look at that all day everyday? Not us. I don't wish this nightmare on anybody. Choose a different company, unless you want to be without a kitchen for half a year, be strung along like puppets, and be lied to. read more

They were sent by my home Ins. co. and they immediately reported to my home to assist with the necessary assessment of the damage and necessary clean up work that needed to be done to keep me and my family safe. We just completed a marathon job with Tri-Tech. They did a great job! A flood destroyed our condo bathroom on March 31, just as Covid lockdowns were beginning. Then un-permitted work by a previous owner turned up during demo and code changes led to inspection denials in this older building. Through it all, Cecilia, our coordination, kept us informed and kept the ball rolling. Nick, our adjuster, was very helpful and clear. His estimates were well organized and reasonable. We were so pleased with them that we added on some additional painting and electrical work, taking the opportunity to upgrade the entire unit. I'd recommend Tri-Tech without reservation. read more

Tri-Tech Restoration is awesome. Gabby, Lucy, Harry, Adis, Hugo....the whole crew TOPS! The lower level of our house flooded on Labor Day. We have wood floors that we thought we could save if we got the inch deep water cleaned up quickly. We were wrong. The next morning the bubbling started appearing on the walls. Followed by the warping of the floorboards. We should have just called Tri-Tech immediately. Oh well lesson learned, time wasted. We made the call the following day and they were out there right away with heaters, blowers, suckers, you name it. Tri-Tech was responsive, instructive and efficient in getting the initial work started to prevent any further damage from the water. I have never had a flood experience before so was completely in shock. Harry at Tri-Tech helped us understand what the road would look like to restoring our house. He did a thorough walk through and noted all things affected by the water, way more than I would have thought! Throughout the drying process and the demolition process, every person I met on the Tri-Tech team (probably 4 people or so) was super helpful and very professional. Hugo and his paint crew came out and made the house look better than new, cleaned up every day making it as comfortable as they could for us to remain in the house during the process. The floors they installed were top notch and done in in two days. The whole first floor in two days! Whenever I reached out to Lucy or Adis at Tri-Tech, either phone call, email, or text - they were available, knowledgeable and understanding when it came to answering my questions. There were also a variety of small details, like drying out the closet and replacing baseboards. Tri-Tech always went the extra mile. Gabby (has a voice like an Angel) put together a timeline of completion they not only met but met early! If you experience something like water damage or fire damage, you will likely have your insurance company involved. It was amazingly helpful to work with Tri-Tech as they are set up to work with the insurance company and know the process. I had a chance to see Tri Tech Restoration repair an apartment that had caught fire. They were no-nonsense and changed what was really damaged and repaired what could be repaired instead of just changing everything completely. The apartment looks better than before and there are no signs of the damage now. There was a small incident so I called them and spoke to Lucine. She had a super friendly phone voice and listened to me and said she would call me back shortly. She actually called me back within an hour and said that they would take care of it. Most places would not have. They covered something that they normally would not have and went way above and beyond. Businesses are businesses and meant to turn a profit but someone at this place has a heart and did the right thing proving that sometimes "you just do the right thing...just because". read more
