Tri Tech recently rebuilt my Weho condo that was totally destroyed in a fire. It was an insurance claim and getting the adjustor to agree to pay was an uphill battle. Eddy, Tri Techs adjustor, handled it like a pro. He knew how to support each repair claim including when to hire experts. He got every claim to rebuild what I lost with like, kind & quality. Emil, the project manager was also fantastic. He was responsive to my concerns throughout the year long process. The results came out beautiful in both quality of materials and workmanship. Lucy was a great part of the team too. She always addressed my many concerns and kept the communication open among everyone working on the project. My second experience with this company. This was an insurance claim due to water damage from the condo two floors above us. They organized the mold and asbestors abatement, environmental company, painting walls and ceiling, drywall team, reframing and carpet clearning. I found everyone I worked with at TriTech very helpful and caring from Tom H the estimator, to Samantha Garcia the coordinator to Harry D another coordinator. In particular Harry P was extremely helpful and his team of Artur (re-framing, drywall..) and Alex, painting did a really terrific job. They were very understanding and helpful. I bought the wrong size bathroom vanity from Pacific Sales and it was going to cost me a 25% restock fee, but they helped me figure out how to make it work and I did not lose any money. I will be leaving two separate reviews. One for content and one for the dwelling. This review is for content. We had a house fire March 3rd, 2017 and are finally back in our home. The whole process has been extremely stressful and I hope no one has to go through what we did. I am impressed at the work that Teddy and his crew have done for us from the pack out to the move back. I know everything was not perfect and hiccups are to be expected, but the professionalism exhibited by Teddy and the crew is exactly how all companies should behave during a major crisis like this when your whole world is turned upside down. I was also impressed at how well items were packed and cleaned and brought back. There were several requests that we had of Teddy and his team throughout the many months including bringing items to our rental during the holiday's and helping us bring back items from the rental along with keeping items longer while we decided what to do with them. Teddy was supportive person and did just about everything we asked. He is all about taking care of the customer. I would highly recommend using Tri-Tech for pack out, move back and cleaning. For construction and dwelling, I have not yet finalized by review and will be coming back to post after we are completely finished. If you need to reach me for further feedback, please do not hesitate. We had a complete replacement of our home with partial structural replacement over a period of 18 months, I can tell you a lot if you are on the fence about using TT for the construction portion. read more

So where to start... Cant be more grateful. I bought my house a year ago, did a full remodel. Less than 6months all hell broke loose. I came home to find my house flooded that really sucked. I called my insurance company and less than an hour later Tri Tech called me back. Walked me through everything and sent out the crew that very evening. They came in at 11pm and set up all the fans and de humidifiers. Worked around to clock to make sure no mod sets in. Cleaned out my home, took out everything that was damaged including haul away and had it ready for my contractor to re build. Big shout out to Vigen and Adam. Always on top of everything and even gave me their cell numbers for me to reach them at Amy time. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does I know who to call. I really appreciated the job these guys did. They are well organized and really want your work. They were very competitive with pricing and even did a little here and there outside the contract. I went to their Burbank location to learn more and they have a whole house set up with walls cut open to learn how water damage and mold develop inside the structure. We have been working with Tri Tech for the past year and have yet to begin construction. The communication has been spotty at best and they have been unresponsive and irresponsible. We had them oversee the plan and engineering process and have gotten the run around ever since for our project. I will not name our contacts at this time but by weeks end if it is not better I will have to call out these representatives. We are very upset, living in a rental and our house remains untouched. The insurance has been covering us and they are frustrated as well. It has gone from poor to worse. read more

Teddy and Vigan got to our place as fast as possible on Friday afternoon to begin our water Damage assessment and treatments. Teddy, Jaime, and Armando came again on Saturday to continue the work, and Teddy and Jaime again on Sunday to try and get ahead of as much as possible. They have been very responsive and on time. In 2020, Tritech came out quickly to cleanup the mess from my broken water pipe. They then worked with my insurance to expedite payments/coverage so they could quickly begin breaking down walls and drying out everything. Removing custom wood cabinets. Mold removal too. My condo flooded from my patio after the heavy rain on Christmas. I came home from a vacation to find the carpet in my bedroom soaking wet. Sarkis was both quick and professional. His understanding of my stress of finding a drenched bedroom helped diffuse the situation. I was referred to this company by my home insurance. I began to work with Amy and later on worked with Britney who both were very helpful and took a lot of time to reach out to my insurance to get work authorized. Harry and Boni were the technicians sent to my home. They were amazingly helpful, efficient and pleasant. Their work ethics are exceptional. Harry pointed out a lot of details to me and explained every single part of the process. They were both so neat, covered everything to prevent damage to my property, just very careful with everything! What a great group. I cannot say enough about their prompt communication! When you call them, a real person actually answers, AND has answers. They walked us through our first mini disaster as new home owners and made a stressful time more tolerable. Vanessa, Eric, Kerry and Harry were all excellent throughout the process. Once the insurance piece was complete, Vanessa and Eric got our 400 sq foot guest studio put back together (new floors, drywall, paint) in 5 days! What I really loved was how at the end of of each day or so, we would get pictures of the progress. This was awesome, as we both work weird schedules and often weren't there at the end of the day. BEWARE!! I don't care WHAT your insurance company recommends! Had my bathroom shower area in need of a repair because of a busted pipe. Called my insurance company and was told to use them because they were close. Boy, what a joke! It all started good. The inspector came out, dressed nicely, in a company shirt and was thorough. Then, that was the end of the professionalism! I was assailed this "job foreman" HARRY: What a con artist! Went to their "warehouse to select some tiles". After over a week of "waiting for tiles to come in" when the worker arrived I realized they just bought some tiles that LOOKED like the tiles I selected and got them from Home Depot! I signed an order form to get certain tiles ordered and was shocked when I SAW the blatant fraud! It was too late for me to do anything about it as the tiler was already started on the project-and, it was close. So, oh well. It was just a pain to get then actually started on this thing I felt lucky that they were actually doing something! Oh, and let me tell you about the workers HARRY had on this project. None of them spoke English and I wondered, with the exception of the tiler, if he hadn't gotten them from I front of that Home Depot he just got my tiles at! The same people he had painting my walls of the bathroom, he tried to pass them off as plumbers! Again, what can you do at this point?! You feel like you are being taken hostage by this company! You just want the job done. I constantly had to call this company to check on what they were planning on doing and when. It was just truly horrible. I recently had to call them AGAIN because my tub started to slow leak - obviously an adjustment needed to be made to the stopper. Since this company hired out (thank GOD) a professional company to deglaze the bathtub, they pulled out the drain assembly to do that job. It was the job of tritech to reinstall the drain assembly, which they did, and finish the job in the bathroom. When I called to get someone back there to fix the leak, once again, was sent someone who OBVIOUSLY did not know what they were doing? What kind if company is this?! They use unskilled workers and non licensed people to do the job for them and CHARGE AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY! Well, it the guy didn't fix it properly. It still leaked. Upon calling the company again, the receptionist put me on a brief hold, and I was given to, lo and behold, HARRY! Who proceeded to tell me that it "was me who wasn't flipping the drain properly." And that "he sent out a worker as a courtesy since the drain assembly wasn't a part if their job scope"! EXCUSE ME?! Your freakin' people pulled apart my tub and are supposed to fix it again! Just insane! I am lucky that I KNOW what the hell I'm doing and realize that I can spit a person skimming from the top and cutting corners and ripping people off! STAY AWAY! By the way, Harry drives a nice, brand new, MERCEDES - wise up insurance companies. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! read more

I would go with another company if you had a choice. I choose this company because the adjuster Bill seemed very sincere and professional , but unfortunately this turned out to be a nightmare. I've been trying to get an invoice resolved for over a month and nothing. The company charges you for work that they don't do and when you question them about the work they send you a revised invoice and bump all the other costs up instead of doing the honest thing and credit you with the work they never did. The adjuster doesn't return calls and when you talk to someone regarding the invoice you are told someone will call you back but no one ever does. DON'T USE THEM read more

I had a recent water loss in my condo caused by the upstairs neighbor. While the situation was stressful and I'm a full time single working mom, Lucine Gasparyan handled all the details for me, arranged the emergency team and the construction, and made sure the job was done to my quality standards. She was always there when I needed her and was very responsive to my needs. She really is a gem and I was very fortunate to work with her during such a difficult time. She was extraordinarily caring, organized, and professional. While I hope I never need these services again I would certain return to Tri Tech and Lucine if the need arises. read more

We had water damage that proved way more extensive than we had expected, and they handled each aspect in a decent manner. They weren't from our city, so travel arrangements were sometimes difficult to coordinate, but other than that, we have been very happy with the results. read more

I gave Tri Tech one star but would give a negative rating of -10 if possible. One year later and we are still experiencing problems with the poor workmanship that was provided by this shady company. The flooring they installed in the kitchen is coming up after less than one year! We new it was a poor quality job from the beginning but did not realize just HOW sub par it really was!!!! I am sure Shant K will respond with some sort of nonsense but the truth of the matter is Tri Tech did NOT live up to their contract. I walk around my home and have to see the mistakes that were made in our flooring installation and it bothers me . I have let it go because we did not want to deal with this company again but now that the flooring and jambs are coming up I simply had to write so that others can be aware when choosing their contractors. read more

My expectations were completely surpassed from I had thought I'd be going through. My house caught on fire and I had the stress of paperwork, tenants, picking out every appliance.. it was a lot, but Tri-Tech was on very supportive, knowledgable, up to date with modern looks, and kept everything very simple for me to get done. A lot of the extra work was taken care by them with my mortgage and insurance too. I couldn't imagine having any other company to work with. We did our restoration last December on a small downstairs bathroom (no shower) after a leak from an upstairs bathroom found its way downstairs. We were very fortunate to have MJ as our contracting expert! He is easy to talk to, was always on time, cleaned up after every phase of work.
