He kept his promise today. He arrived, had all the paperwork ready to sign and then went one step further. He said he would drive to the dealership, get a check cut and return later the same day. He kept his promise and did precisely that. Now you might be wondering why we gave 5 stars. Yes, it was over and above what one might have expected. Well let me mention the back story. The owner of the truck, a friend of mine was 90 years old, in hospice care and expected to die soon. When Anthony heard the whole story, he not only offered to honor the original deal, but promised to honor that deal for the remainder of the month (25 days). Sadly, David passed away yesterday. But Anthony brightened the day of the widow Pam by dropping everything and delivering on his promise. That my friend is going beyond the next step in customer service. Anthony really cares and takes care of business. I will definitely be referring business his way.

The service is fast and responsive, even though DeLorean parts are hard to come by, as any DeLorean owner should know. They fixed the transmission as well as sorted out it's very complicated electrical system, due to all the props (Flux capacitor and such). Rob even has the shop phone forwarded to his cell so he doesn't miss a call. BTW most Delorean owners are never happy (referring to review by R.L.) because the cars are always broken. If you can't handle that fact, you shouldn't own a DeLorean. Just to rebut a previous review, the owner told me that DeLorean service takes a long time and it was a low priority in their shop. I was free to find a different DeLorean expert (there aren't any). No surprises here:)
