I stood there patiently for 10 minutes while they helped customers they were engaged with. One of the two people made eye contact with me, no greeting. After another 5 minutes the person who made eye contact called the next person in their line. I finally had to walk over and cut in on their conversation to find I needed to get in the regular line because their online pickup like was not active, nothing at the register to let me know. After another 10 minutes, I was helped, they pulled my parts from the "ORDER PICKUP" area. O' Reilly says they are "Professional Parts People" apparently that does not include Customer Service.

I found these guys and got a reasonable quote. We worked around my friend's doctor appointments and drove from Brentwood to Tracy one morning. We arrived, hobbled in, (I was on crutches from a foot problem, he on his walker) and were immediately treated like royalty. The took the keys and whisked the truck away. We wandered around looking and asking questions about a variety of products they carried and before we knew it they were handing back the keys, we paid for it and went outside to see how the new cover worked. The service is fast and responsive, even though DeLorean parts are hard to come by, as any DeLorean owner should know. They fixed the transmission as well as sorted out it's very complicated electrical system, due to all the props (Flux capacitor and such). Rob even has the shop phone forwarded to his cell so he doesn't miss a call. BTW most Delorean owners are never happy (referring to review by R.L.) because the cars are always broken. If you can't handle that fact, you shouldn't own a DeLorean. Just to rebut a previous review, the owner told me that DeLorean service takes a long time and it was a low priority in their shop. I was free to find a different DeLorean expert (there aren't any). No surprises here:)

We dropped my Dodge Ram 1500 at 7:30am and picked it up after work. He called and let me know everything found and repaired and how this compares to Dodge trucks and other makes!
