This piss-poor dealership scammed me out of $3k by selling me a car with a salvage title. After i…read morepurchased the vehicle, i went to the MVA and they informed me that the vehicle had a salvage title and i couldn't get it tagged. that's not what the dealership told me. They told me that all i needed to do was get the car inspected. They lied multiple times throughout this process. They try to cover things up by slapping "as-is" on the car. but if the car is illegal to drive, "as-is" doesn't apply. they wouldn't acknowledge that fact and the manager of the dealership, was uncooperative, and disrespectful. There's been no attempt to resolve the situation, either give them more money or go away were the options i were presented. The manager is rude and has no regard to his customers as long as he gets his money, and it's a shame. If you value your time and money, don't come to this dealership.

They made suggestions that were good. And the cars were clean and very well maintained. Triangle Motors charges very fair rental prices. One way I think they are able to do this is by restricting the number of miles you can drive. If you are looking for a rental car to drive to the Grand Canyon and back in less than a week, you probably won't be satisfied here. But if you need a reliable, clean car to drive around town at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you. One last thing. Businesses used to advertise that the customer is always right. The guys at Triangle Motors make you feel that way.

It was the cheapest car they had on the lot and I told him I was paying cash (not financing) so I was the cheapest customer they'd ever see. He still treated me like I was buying a fleet of their most expensive car. Then I Cedrick and Kyle (the financier) showed me the total out the door price. I was floored it was exactly as described on the Car Guru. It was the list price, the mentioned dealer fee, the state tax, and some minor fee that I forgot the name because it was only like $35. That's it though! No hidden this or that! The list price was too good to be true so I expected to fight over BS fees, but there was nothing hidden added. After leaving with the car, driving home my wife tailed me and noticed that I had a brake like bulb that had died. I drove back to the dealership and they replaced the bulb and topped off my gas before I could finish the complementary coffee I was basically chugging before I knew how fast the fix would be.

My lease was just about up (1 month left) on my Range Rover Evoque and rather than turn it in and break even I figured why not see if I had a little equity in it since I was so far under the allotted mileage. So my first stop was CarMax in Frederick, MD - top notch place and very professional but they offered me right at what the lease payoff was. I was pretty bummed. On my way back to the interstate for a defeated drive back to my home in WV I passed guy holding a Cash Money Cars sign. I said what the heck and stopped and asked for directions there, conveniently a few minutes from CarMax. There I met Tony, a very easy going guy and senior buyer who explained the process start to finish with no pressure and no BS. He gave me an offer within 20 minutes for more than $2000 over the CarMax offer. I told him I'd consider it and sat on the offer for about a week. I was just about to go ahead and trade my Evoque towards my new car but then Tony called and followed up and went through the process one more time - he said we could have it done in under 40 minutes. So I went there the past Friday, sat down and did the paperwork, and walked away with a nice check for my leased vehicle - all in under 40 minutes. And just an FYI, it's very rare to walk away TO THE GOOD on any leased vehicle, you are usually lucky if you just break even. I admit I was skeptical at first but without a doubt I would do business with Cash Money Cars and Tony again. Do yourself a favor and skip CarMax and go straight to these guys.
