As for the restroom comment - in one review there is always one or the other (from my experience) bar soap or pump soap available. I understand most people do not want to use bar soap that other people use. Illinois and Chicago rules require that handwashing sinks have soap, but they do not generally mandate wall‑mounted liquid/foam dispensers instead of bar soap for all public bathrooms. What Illinois regulations say * The Illinois Field (Kitchen / Food preparation) Sanitation Code explicitly states: "The soap shall be either liquid or powder" for regulated field handwashing facilities, which in that context excludes bar soap. However general (Public) the Illinois Department of Human Services state that bar "or" liquid soap are both acceptable, as long as they are clean. In Chicago food establishments, local rules emphasize that handwashing sinks must be supplied with soap and sanitary hand‑drying devices, and inspections refer to "soap dispensers," but they do not flatly outlaw bar soap in public restrooms. So if you have never been to China where most restrooms contain no soap at all and you are expected to carry your own soap. These conditions may be austere even unsanitary to your standards but it is not unsanitary to Legal Chicago's or Illinois's standards!
