I had the worst customer service experience at Prestige Subaru, Pleasantville. On Wednesday, I made an appointment for Saturday at 8:15am. I drop my car off at 8:10am, the manager said they will do a diagnostic to see why the TPMS Sensor kept going off/what work I should get done for my maintenance. The manager said the diagnostic takes an hour and they will text the video to my phone. If I do not respond to the video within 10 minutes, they would do all of the recommended work. At 12pm I had not heard anything, so I decided to call to check in. When the manager answered she seemed very annoyed that I called. She said that they had many walk-ins, so they hadn't been able to work on my car, and the diagnostic would be sent to me by 2:00pm. By 4:00pm I still had heard nothing, so I drove there to pick up my car. At that point they did 0 work!!! What is the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get serviced before you? I highly recommend that nobody services their car in Pleasantville!

Absolutely stay away from this place because they will sell you anything they can regardless of the hidden damages. The dealer had to send documentation over to them or probably I would have been charged for the module. mind you this whole episode took a whole week and they don't do loaners....so you are up $hitts creek if you need your vehicle for work.
