Hidden Gem ! I've always passed by this little pizza place and finally decided to give it a try , Mr.Eli was extremely welcoming and kind , this place really makes you feel at home , the pizza is a little pricey but MAN do you get what you pay for , the sauce is amazing , the crust is perfectly crispy , the cheese has the perfect cheese pull , this is hands down THE BEST pizza around, definitely worth the money and will be returning soon . If you haven't this is a MUST try !

Order out only. Friendly service over the phone when I called, friendly service in person. I was picking up my order about 8:30 p.m. Drove up to owner outside chatting with a lady seated at a small table chatting with her dog hanging out on a leash. My order was ready, I was given a preview sneak peak into the box and given the total of $22.80. It was a large, 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, sausage & mushrooms. Let the lady know I was a first timer and she said "you're gonna love it! Everything is fresh." Sounds good to me. Got home 5 min later and tried a slice. It was good. Fresh gooey cheese, there was a bit too much (I know! Who complains about that! Ugh! & I love cheese!) mostly because it overpowered that sauce that was so tasty sitting on top of the yummy, crispy yet chewy crust. Toppings of pepperoni, sausage & mushroom definitely didn't overpower that cheese. They were good and they were fresh. For my first time, I'd say this place made a good first impression. For the service alone, I will be back. Looking forward to trying those Sammie's I read about from my fellow Yelper's! Nice little neighborhood gem established in the 80's! They gotta be doing something right!!

I love this place. Just moved into the neighborhood and can't get enough Maria's pizza The crust is prefect, crispy and golden. The pies are never greasy. Do yourself a favor and get some Maria's pizza.

This hidden family run pizzaria was a great find. Pack your patience and prepare for a delicious fresh pizza. Crust is crispy and tomato sauce is light and tasty. It did take 45 minutes mainly due to peek Saturday 7pm rush and just mom and pop running the operation. I assume due to COVID, kitchen help is a luxury. Owner went out of his way to hand out sodas to those of us waiting and apologized... Now that's customer service!

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.

Needed to be a tiny bit hotter but if I was a local I would absolutely be going there just to place a to go order for soup on the regular. For me, the fish taste on the Cesar salad was slightly overpowering. As someone that doesn't like fish, that part was off putting to me. The pizza was phenomenal, carrots were amazing, drinks were delicious. The deviled eggs were also very nice. Service staff was super friendly though some things were missed when we first placed the order and we waited quite a while for the soup which ended up not being hot enough. My grandmother,…read morethough Irish, lived with an Italian family from the age of twelve when her father lost everything they owned to gambling. The family that took her in taught my grandmother all about Italian cooking, some of which she passed down to her daughters. Her spaghetti sauce, which she called gravy, was the best. My mother's sauce was just as good. Therefore, we never ate spaghetti out because we knew it wouldn't be as good. Last night, I was hungry for Italian food. Spaghetti was far from my mind. However, a super two for one deal on Door Dash enticed me to order spaghetti with Italian sausage from Albi's Vite Italian Kitchen. It arrived in two foil pans with plastic domed lids. There was enough food in those two servings for me to eat four meals! When I took the lid off, I could not believe how many slices of Italian sausage were on top of the spaghetti. The marinara sauce looked kind of plain and simple but was surprisingly flavorful. I was able to eat a slice of sausage with every bite. That combined with the chunky tomato pieces in the sauce made for a very satisfying meal. Was it the best spaghetti I've ever had? No. Would I order it when I visit the restaurant in person? No. But it was good enough to make me ready to try other dishes on their menu. I think they will most likely blow me away. The reheated portion I had for lunch today was even better! The pasta absorbed a lot of the tomato flavor. I think my next batch will be fried in a tiny bit of butter the way my mother did it when she had leftovers.

As far as the food, we had the fried mozzarella, which was essentially a log of cheese deep-fried and served over sauce. It was delicious, but the cheese-to-crust ratio was a bit heavy. The Caesar salad looked better than it tasted. It was very wet, if that makes sense, and the lettuce seemed soggy. Now for the Wagyu ragu. This almost made me have a seizure, and not in a good way. It was extremely salty and completely inedible, so we had to send it back. The waitstaff was very accommodating and agreed that the salt level was way off, so we replaced it with the carbonara. I'm not sure if that's what authentic carbonara is supposed to taste like, but I did not enjoy it. It tasted burnt to me and had too much pepper. I also didn't care for the shape of the noodles. Last, we had the Americano pizza. It was decent, but nothing to write home about. I just think that if you're going to advertise a pizza with meat on it, there should be more than one piece of sausage per slice. As far as the service, our server was fine. Not particularly friendly, but straightforward and efficient. The manager (or another server) was helpful when it came to replacing our dish. Overall, I would not go back. The location is great and the vibe is nice, but the food was a miss. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The first night I was greeted by a friendly host and sat at the bar, where Billy took great care of me. He recommended the Cotto e Salsiccia, and I'm so glad he did. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've had. While I was there, the cheesemaker let me try a bite of the fresh mozzarella they were making in-house. It was still warm and absolutely delicious. The next night I was feeling a little homesick after being away for work, and all I could think about was that pizza. I walked back in and the host greeted me by name. I sat at the bar again, where another bartender remembered me from the night before, and Billy came over just to say hi. It seems like such a small thing, but when you're traveling alone, being welcomed back like that can completely change your evening. What really impressed me was seeing that it wasn't just me. The guy next to me ordered two pizzas to go, and when the chef brought them out he smiled and said, "Oh, Jose! I thought this order looked familiar!" You can tell they actually know their regulars and genuinely enjoy what they do. The second night I ordered the Fontina e Salsiccia, and somehow it was just as good as the first pizza. Everything is cooked in the wood-fired oven--even the wings--and you can taste the difference. The crust has that perfect char, the ingredients are fresh, and it's the kind of authentic Neapolitan pizza that keeps you thinking about it long after you've left. I've eaten at a lot of good restaurants while traveling, but very few have made me feel as welcome as Dough did. Great food is one thing. Great people are what made me come back the very next day.
