The bbq ranch salad. Never disappoints!
    Sharleen S.

I just started working in the building, so I've been eating here at least 3 times a week. The food is seriously so delicious, and big portions. The people that work there are incredibly nice!! I've never had a problem there, whether it's with someone that works there or the food. I highly recommend it!!!

    Salad bar ($9.99/pound)

Trimana is located within one of the Warner Center buildings, which makes it convenient during lunch breaks. They have a full menu, with breakfast sandwiches along with burgers, wraps & sandwiches for lunch. Their burgers & fries are too greasy & carb heavy for my liking. When I pick up lunch from here (and it is on rare occasions that I do this), I opt for the salad bar as it's the healthiest option here. However, the salad bar is $9.99/pound, which is outrageous. They have fresh salad & toppings for you to select from, along with hot food options, such as ready made rice, pasta, chicken tenders & fries. It's convenient, but very pricey. Be prepared to spend at least $10-$12.

Come here all the time for lunch and the food is great especially their burgers. There is so much variety in the food which is a plus. Wether your in the mood for a sandwich, a salad they have something here for you. The staff is always great and helpful

The live band and background singers were amazing as well. There is plenty of street parking available. There's a chef providing food (I believe it rotates every week but I'm not sure). When I was there they had offerings like fries and wings. The garlic parm fries I tried were tasty and I wanted more. The bar was simple but the bartenders worked pretty fast. We ordered drinks 3 at a time so we wouldn't have to get up again and they were very efficient. I tried their margarita which was decent and not overly sweet. Don't worry I'm not a raging alcoholic, it was more so out of respect for the performer. They discourage walking around during the performances so everyone can see and enjoy no matter w The space itself is nice offering you indoor and outdoor space. The delicate hanging lights and plants are a nice touch, and the colorful lighting toward the stage area was very vibey. They also had hookah available, I'm not sure the cost. There's also a small digital Photo Booth at the entrance. The performances were great and so was the crowd. I'd love to come back another time and try more of the food and hear more live music. We sat outside surrounded by greenery, large umbrellas, and plenty of natural light. Even with a full patio, it still felt comfortable for a long lunch and conversation. I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon with a pistachio and coconut crust, roasted carrots, and cumin vinaigrette. The salmon was cooked beautifully, and I loved the texture from the crust. The roasted carrots added a little sweetness without competing with the fish. My friend had a salad topped with grilled chicken, and we shared an order of fries. I also had one of their cocktails, which arrived with an orchid garnish and felt perfect for an afternoon on the patio. Service was attentive throughout lunch, and we never felt hurried even as the patio stayed busy. Casaléna also offers valet, which I appreciated given the Ventura Boulevard location. I'd argue it was the same for some people going inside to stand and watch. We left on the first water break to go back home and watch the game. I just wanted to actually see the ball and the players. Mind you we saw the Mexico v England game here, but it was inside, next to some wonderful Mexico fans. Screen clearly visible. Service always fantastic. All that's good. This patio experience was the polar opposite for not actually having a visible screen.

The ambiance hasn't changed in the 10+ years I have been coming here. Huge dining area with high ceilings. And lots of TVs all around playing sports. The wedge salad was surprisingly large and loaded with bacon and bleu cheese crumbles. Excellent start. The pizza was a thick crust (my fav!) loaded with toppings. YUMM! And finished with the strawberry shortcake pazookie. Also really good. Tasty food, nice ambiance, good service and great value ($13 for a 3 course lunch!). Definitely coming back.

My girlfriend found the chicken wings to taste different from what she expected and wasn't fully into the taste. They tasted sweeter more than spicy, she said. I liked my $13 meal deal because the portion was enough for me to finish in a sitting. The chicken sandwich I got was crispy and inside was pretty moist (not juicy). The fries were alright, I liked them. Nothing crazy. We got the deep dish pizza to share and the dough was thick and there were plenty of ingredients on it. When we asked for cream soda, he immediately also said they never replaced the line for it for over a year. Like huh?? Overall, all of us didn't want to come here again because of the service, long wait from the kitchen with no communication or apology for waiting. He definitely did not make our experience good but at least the company we had with each other was great!!!
