I would give this restaurant between a 4 and a 5. Jazmin was our server and the place was packed. Everyone who worked there were friendly and kept our coffee mugs full. I had the Denver omelette, lots of ham, with hash browns and a Blueberry muffin to go. My husband had the ABC omelette with fruit (we share) and an English muffins. We both had leftovers. Prices were very good and place was fine. Parking is a bit dicey, you pull in but have to back out into an alley. I had to add a note that I had the leftover blueberry muffin. It was homemade and excellent with lots of nice moist blueberries. read more

By far my favorite breakfast spot in the valley. The servers are always nice and quick. The food is always served in big portions and at good prices, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the cafe overall gives a nice breakfast diner ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While there is street parking that's metered on Ventura, there's also a small parking area in the back alley that we opt for. I am very disappointed on this place. I came this morning after being on an airplane for 5 hours. I brought my dog, my service dog. The minute I walked in I was immediately refused service saying that "we do not allow pets here". Only because Luna did t have a vest. I proceeded to explain to him that my dog is not required to have a vest by federal law, then he ask me for papers which by the way IT IS NOT LEGAL for anyone to ask for papers or certification regarding a service dog. After I left I called them and I explained to them, that they need to educate themselves. At that point I felt so awful and humiliated that I left. Went to Bobby's down the street and tbh they were so much better and accommodating. Below I posted pictures of my dog, just as you see she's laying down right next to me, her handler. I recommend Nat's to educate themselves on the service dog laws and regulations. read more

lots of options on this menu however today i stopped by to try the "cinnamon roll" it was more of a sticky bun, very dense, kinda dry at the same time sticky. i'd rate it a 4/10 i don't even know if this really qualifies as a cinnamon roll but i wont be back, also waited like 10 minutes for our order just to be taken, even though it wasn't too busy for a saturday. read more

The valley is filled with all sorts of amazing diners and Nat's is definitely one of them. I drive up to the valley from West LA frequently for great diners and would highly suggest trying this one out if you haven't already. It's a traditional country diner with large sized portions and fair pricing. They have a very small parking lot in the back, but it was full when we arrived for Saturday brunch so we had to do metered street parking. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out quickly. Inside is really homely and fairly small. They don't have outdoor seating so if it's very busy, expect to wait a little bit for one of the inside tables. They have a fairly large menu, and it has all the classic options that you would expect. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and delicious. We also shared a Cinnamon Roll to start our meal and it was honestly really good. It did not have the traditional white cream cheese frosting, but I still enjoyed it. For my meal, I chose the Short Rib Benedict and thought it was terrific. The meat was really tender, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again. Overall a great diner and a solid breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. I plan to be back in the near future to try more items. read more

I ordered the Country Steak breakfast with Tater tots and a coffee cake muffin with a side of biscuits and gravy. The service was impeccable. My waitress Toby did an incredible job with my order. I'm so glad to have accidentally stumbled upon this place! We were craving breakfast and our usual place was too crowded. We got seated quickly here, no wait time for us, a party of two at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs with hash browns and the banana walnut muffin! It's so refreshing to hear them ask if I wanted anything "extra crispy". I've never been asked that before, and YES PLEASE! They are very quick with service here, our food came out in less than 10 mins. Everything made hot and perfectly executed. Pet peeve of mine is to ask for over easy eggs and I get them well done. Nat's made my eggs perfectly runny, hash brown extra crispy but not dry, corned beef hash was crispy and flavorful and the muffin was still warm from the oven, buttered and rich with flavor. Love love love their customer service! Our waitress, was so lovely and quick to refill our waters and coffee consistently without having to track someone down. Found our new breakfast go to! Sometimes it's more than the food because service counts. My wife and I are local to this restaurant and Nat's never disappoints. I enjoyed a delicious turkey sandwich on sourdough with a side of coleslaw and my wife enjoyed bacon, eggs with home fries which were outstanding, perfect for a beautiful Sunday afternoon. More impressive than the food was the service we received from Toby our waitress. She was friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome and that's what separates Nat's from your average restaurant. read more
