I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

This Los Alamitos location is their new location and when I got there, it looked like a random empty garage. No branding or logos, that's how new it was. Service: The tint installed was a Suntek Ceramic Tint for the 4 side windows and rear hatch glass. The technician did a fair job. I have a rear dash camera on the back glass and the technician was kind enough to remove and reinstall after the tint job but it wasn't aligned properly. Took about 2:30 hours to complete the job. Quality: So far nearly a year, the Suntek ceramic tint I'd say held up well. I did notice 2 things about the passenger side window. My car logo on the bottom corner was fading a bit and a very small spec on the passenger side window. It's not enough for me to be concerned about though. Overall: Nearly a year since the tint job was done, I'd say they have done a decent job for the price I was quoted for. Other shops charge double if not, triple the amount. If it was a bit cheaper or same prices when compared to another shop, than I would've given this a 2-star review. I decided to give 4-stars for the responsiveness during the quoting processes and the price. The tint job itself was okay.
