After the first workout segment, the final 30 minutes are devoted to another series of exercises, frequently incorporating barbells and other equipment. Yah think you in shape until 'Fitness' walk right up to you and say 'Come on In!' Was very IMpressed with their open and welcoming gym. AND I am not a go to the gym person, that's saying a lot! I will admit I was a wee bit shy!! LOL! All that changed when I walked in. Definitely, could use some of their cycling, strength training, for-real toned legs and tight calves....yes and yes.
