Girls night out favorite activity so far! My three best friends and I are definitely coming back again. We all got the classic package since we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying every moment. The staff are extremely professional, skilled, and friendly. It was such a perfect girly vibe for all of us to get our once-a-month girls night out experience. We loved how the accommodated us all at the same time and were all together in the same area. This is my second time going to a head spa. (First time at this location) service and cleanliness was amazing and would have gone again, but My main review is just the after or next day I should say. My scalp felt clean but The amount of dandruff I got after I wasn't pleased about. After reading a couple reviews I seen that they used Pantene and unfortunately it is a shampoo that my scalp doesn't do well with. I wish I would have asked before what products were used because now it just feels like a waste and will not be going back. read more

It was a very cute place ! The staff was very sweet and helpful . I enjoyed the spa , it was fine except for the fact that it can be a little bit of sensory overload , the water was running down my back and pooling in my ears so It started to get a bit uncomfortable but nothing that I can't get past. My only issue was with the hair drying , I have a wavy texture to my hair and she brushed the life out of my hair and just ran the blow dryer through it , it was SO FRIZZY . She continued to dry it and dry it and it just kept getting bigger and bigger . The blow dryer was held too close to my scalp multiple times . I did tell the lady helping me out that it was burning me and she tried her best but since she was trying to get my hair straight she kept getting too close and hurting my scalp. I don't think it was intentional I think the employees may just need a crash course on the hair drying part and how to tell different hair types apart. My hair looked awful walking out and i had to go home and wash it again because it was so frizzy I couldn't even tie it back . I feel like maybe they should ask about our hair type or if they're not experienced in variety even leaving it wet or loosely braided would've been better than walking out looking crazy . read more

I came here for the first time on Saturday to relax., and my expectation were beyond met. It was the most relaxing spa i have ever had, the products that were used smelled and felt amazing. I normally have sensitive skin and often avoid spas but all the products used felt calming and soothing to my skin. The workers were so professional and very caring, i wish i got the name of the woman who worked on me because she did amazing. Super caring and such a relaxing experience. Everyone was really nice here. It was my first headspa experience so I really did not know what to expect. It was very relaxing. The one thing I did not like was at the end it was the worst blow dry I've ever had. She took my hair out of the towel and blow dried it in a big tangled clump for 3 minutes with a drug store quality blow dryer that had zero Power. No styling products, no comb out, no big brushes. After 3 minutes she says thank you and left. I combed out my own half wet tangled mess with one of there combs and left with it like that. I came with 2 friends and their hair looked exactly like mine. We couldn't go anywhere after because we looked so bad. My advice...skip the blow dry it doesn't do anything except make you look terrible. read more

Went on 8/23/24 and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience! I took my mom for her birthday on a Friday afternoon, it wasn't busy around 4 pm ish. We waited a total of 3 mins before we were taken back. We both got the regular package, and there was nothing regular about it!! It seemed like a premium or VIP, they treat you with care and respect. The girls Trang and Lan really take their time and aren't rushed , you get your full 60 mins. The regular package includes a facial (w/ gua-sha and red light therapy), hair wash, and upper body message. They end the service by blowing drying your hair, when I tell you my hair and skin we're glowing. We walked out of there really refreshed and with amazing hair. Well I've never had a head/scalp massage, and didn't know what to expect, but I felt like I needed a little self care and didn't want to go the full facial and/or massage route, and so decided to give this a try. It's located in a typical strip mall, so didn't quite know what to expect on the inside but was pleasantly surprised. It had nice lighting, pink accents and soft music playing. I selected the 60 minute session, and it was very nice. I don't know what all the different utensils my girl used on me, but sometimes it felt like Edward Scissorhands (totally satisfying scalp scratching), and sometimes this motorized head massager, and then the multi spray halo water on your head and hair that gives you the chills. And then steam for the facial part, face cleansing, washing and a mask, and then neck and shoulders and upper back massage. And then finally a hair blow out. The whole experience was very relaxing and exactly what I needed! read more
