Staff is nice, the inside of Trinity Pardise is clean & decor is very cute. The outside doesn't look that great but it's nice inside. The only downside is they always change your appointment time. This is an incredible value. the treatment included a mini facial, massage of limbs, and hair scrub, massage, and conditioning. it was incredible. The kind woman assigned to me, Tracey, had the best technique and she was very symmetric in everything she did. If she scrubbed 5 times on the right, she did it 5 on the left. I know that might sound crazy, but I really appreciate that. We all could not stop talking about it. My hair looks really smooth and it feels great. We already talked about going back. Man oh man, if you haven't tried this. DO IT. Brought my sister in law and her twin as a birthday treat and let me tell you all 3 of us left super happy & in love with this place. We all did option one which is the basic since it was our first time and we absolutely loved it. Everything inside the salon is so cute & clean. They make you feel so welcomed and super comfortable, you even fall asleep during the service so fee nap lol. After the service they blow dry your hair & you scalp and hair feel so soft and clean . We loved the red light therapy and the scalp wash it was amazing all of it was so great. My mom and I had a little spa date together here and Lisa and Cindy were our ladies. We were so relaxed here! Although we had just come from a full body massage, our mini massages here were 10x better. My mom is picky about her masseuses and she thought Cindy did a great job! Lisa was gentle and great as well, I almost fell asleep. She also noticed I was cold and gave me an extra blanket which I appreciate. Our hair was smooth and felt luxurious after the treatment and styling. They took our time with us even though we were the last customers of the day. Everyone was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process from booking to the actual service. What an awesome experience! After the experience I felt like I need to do that at least every other month because it was incredible. I don't think my hair has ever been so shiny and SOFT! I couldn't stop touching my hair. I had Kim and she was incredible. Not only did my hair feel good but my skin felt good. The whole time I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I went with my mom which was a great way to spend the day together. We got the premium service. The vibe inside was so cute and thoughtful that really elevated the experience. My only complaint was nothing to do with the business but the other customers. There were two women who came in that were SO loud. Luckily it was prior to our service starting. But if you visit this place (which you totally should) please be considerate this is a spa and that people are going to relax. I did not feel relaxed at all. The water pressure was high and kept being all over my face. My scalp doesn't feel clean. My appointment with masseuse Chloe was satisfactory. Her demeanor and service was truly amazing! She truly knows how to enrich the experience by providing excellent customer service and being so kind and charismatic. Although my experience was satisfactory, there was a moment where the atmosphere was disturbed by a rap/hip hop song being played, I'm guessing, by the lobby. Although I like this type of music, this was a problem because that loud hip hop song was playing on top of the peaceful song playing to maintain the peace relaxing environment thus disrupting the experience,nevertheless, I was happy with my appointment. read more

This place was more of a massage place than a head spa. I booked for the VIP experience which is 1.5 hour session and was given a massage for about 1 hour of that. Massages are great but I go to my own masseuse. I did not go to a head spa for a massage. I kept wondering when the head spa experience would begin. I did not expect to have a body massage. I went in for a scalp head spa and refresh. It cost the same price with less amenities than other head spas. No initial scalp consultation. The shampoos used were generic. My hair was just blow dried at the end. No straightening. My hair is NOT straight. I had to just put it in a bun and go on with my day. It's a good place to go if you are looking to get a massage and quick head rinse. It is very aesthetically pleasing when you walk in. A lot of parking. Definitely has the potential to be a good head spa with more focus of the head/scalp services. I will not be returning. Booking online was very easy. read more
