First of all, our group of 6 had unforeseen traffic issues on the way to the spa, and they were so accommodating when I told them that most of us were running late. They quickly moved around the appointments after us without an issue. We were super appreciative of this! The treatment was so relaxing. My friends have curly hair, so before our session they asked her if she prefer air dry. My friend said yes she preferred air dry . They end up blow drying it still but my friend was taken by surprise and didn't say anything. Her hair was super frizzy afterwards.
