I initially came for a basic package but Cindy was doing such a wonderful job that I decided to upgrade mine to the 95mins one. I'd say she's highly skilled in what she does. Her hands beautifully relieved the unpleasant tightness on my neck/shoulders & she did use a lot of strength in targeting the right spots. They also give you a warm bean bag to place on your belly so I'd suggest using the bathroom beforehand to make your relaxing journey more comfortable. When she massaged my feet, I could feel them saying goodbye to all previous tension. She was also sincere & attentive throughout my whole session. Booked a classic with an added hair treatment for a party of 5 and everything went so smoothly! Everyone who was attending to us was so sweet and accommodating. The actual service was very relaxing and honestly so worth it because other places we were looking at cost a lot more but Trinity Paradise Spa was more affordable but offered everything we were hoping for. Our hair was so soft after the treatment too! I have a sensitive scalp and none of the products they used irritated or caused any flare ups so HUUUGE bonus! My husband and I did two VIP packages and I believe the price is justified by the amount of things that you get in the package. Hailey took great care of me and was very meticulous with all the massage and treatments. Everything was great and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or like I wasn't relaxed. Would definitely go again as a special treat for birthday, anniversary, etc. Side note: the blow dry is just a blow dry, not a blowout! So if you're like me and your hair is frizzy or doesn't dry nicely then don't schedule with something planned after or bring a hat! read more

They were very responsive in the booking process and were also able to accommodate a schedule change. I can't speak for everyone in the group but I had a VERY lovely experience! We did the VIP package and the service was wonderful and so relaxing! From the scalp massage, to the facial, and the shoulders massage too! They even did a foot massage which was great and different than other head spas! Side note the only thing we suggested to the manager was to maybe lower the bass of the music for the place because it was quite loud and makes it a little harder to feel truly relaxing. After you check in, you sit in the waiting area and they offer you drinks. I appreciate that they ask you if you want to use the bathroom beforehand since it's an hour service. The massage was so great that I was falling asleep! The scalp massage was my favorite. After they washed and conditioned my hair, they take you outside to the chair and they blow dry your hair for you. The whole service was great and didn't feel rushed at all.
