Trinity saved our bacon again. Hit a curb, ruined two tires. Midnight, raining, lightning, waited four hours for a tow. Had the car towed to Trinity. Trinity replaced the tires and it was ready next afternoon. Plus they gave me a ride to pick up the car. You can't ask for better service than that when an emergency happens. They gave me a quote over the phone so I brought the vehicle into them. The next day they call back and say it's gonna be $300 more. This doesn't happen in 2026 with computers for quoting jobs. I had to go pick the car up to bring it someplace else and they still charged me $80 for analysis. Do not recommend them whatsoever. read more

I swung by Trinity for two things. To order tires and see if they could get my car on the alignment rack due to it being lowered. All of the mechanics were absolutely amazing. They were staged at different areas around my car to ensure it would clear in all areas and not scrape. Now, it was not my intention to have the alignment performed today as I had intentions of doing this when my tires came. However, since they took so much time and care to carefully get my car up, I was happy to let them do the alignment. After the alignment, the mechanic shared that it is their process is to test drive the car after the alignment to make sure everything is good. He asked for permission before taking my car out onto the road of which I greatly appreciated. We have used Trinity for all of our services and they continue to impress us every time we are there. I can not say enough about the level of service I received today and the cost of the service was fair as well. I will be back next week for my tires! read more

I can't and won't recommend Tinity Tire & Auto in Jefferson GA, for any automotive repair. My truck wouldn't start Sunday 9/22/24, so I had it towed to Trinity Tire & Auto, I left my key in the night deposit. I stop in at the shop around 8:15 this morning 9/23/24 and described the issue to the person behind the counter and he took my other key fobs and said he would have someone check and call me once he had someone check it out. I received a call from Trinity at 9:25 approx 1 hour after I left their shop, the starter was diagnosed as the issue, I ask how much the bill would be and given a price of approx. $650.00. I then asked if this was a new starter and the representative stated it was a manufacturer starter, I told this as meaning a new starter. Then my instinct kicked in and I call two local Ram truck dealer and ask what the price for a starter was, when I provided my vin.# to the dealership the parts guy said he just received and was selling a re-manufacturer starter to Trinity for the same Vin # as my truck, well good he then told me the Retail price of this starter was $140 long story short, they charged me $255.00 for a starter that I know they paid less than Retail price for and charged me for 1 1/2 labor hours to diagnose the issue, for which he may have had 30 minute in diagnosis time, at $150 labor rate. I called a few other shops in the area, and no one would have changed more that $450.00 for the same repair. I will actively be sharing this story to warn people away from use Trinity Tire & Auto of Jefferson GA, I hope this review helps someone from having to deal with this less than honorable business. read more

They are friendly, and come across as knowledgeable. I took my niece's car in 7 months ago for a brake noise. They said all brakes are good, but the backing plate was bent. They straightened it out and sent me on my way. I complimented them, and posted a 5 star review. Move forward 6 month and 5000 miles. Brake noise was present again. My daughter hit a pot hole while driving this car, so it was likely caused by that. Trinity said all brakes were badly worn and unsafe to drive on. They quoted just shy of $1000. Trusting them, we said go ahead. Now my Son-in-law's car is there for the second time in two weeks. Went in for a steering issue. They said it was just a belt. Next day all coolant was on floor, now it needs $1400 worth of work. It's been there over a week for them to allegedly get the right parts. It's a Camry. Toyota has a program for ordered parts to be delivered "next day". Our trust is now challenged. read more

I went for regular tire rotation and oil change. The new owner said her mechanics said I needed brakes. Upon a second opinion from another mechanic it turned out that my brakes were in fine condition and I actually went almost a year before needing brakes. Now they won't honor the Michelin tire warranty so I would not recommend them to anyone. She said there would be a shipping fee for new Michelin tires and that they aren't a Michelin dealer. read more

Took my truck for an estimate and repair. Jason seemed helpful. Told me that he would call me back within a couple of hours. Called him back 3 hours later, he told me that they were about to look at it as they have been busy. Jason said that he should have the estimate and would call me back within half an hour. Two more hours go by... I call him back and ask what time they close, as I already knew they were after hours. Jason told me that he would not leave for the day until he called me back. Guess what... he left for the day without calling me back. I drive down to get my truck with my spare set of keys as I'd never given them permission to keep my vehicle overnight and go figure. They locked it in the garage. Next day I go in to get my estimate. Admittedly, I'm already pissed off at the poor service and disrespect shown by Jason, but when I walk up as it is beginning to rain, and I see my truck with the back window rolled down, sitting outside, I become livid. I will never go back there and I will recommend to all of my friends that they refrain from doing so as well. Horrible service. read more

The owners/operators offered poor service to me when needed. 30 minutes prior to closing, they sent me down the road BECAUSE it was 30 minutes until they closed. Fortunately, another shop was open 2 miles away, and they performed the 15 minute repair that I needed. The service bays were completely empty, so its not like they were too busy. Above all, I've found the owner/operators at Trinity to be honest and competent. They have even steered me to less expensive alternatives when they could have easily added hundreds onto my bill as has been done at other auto service businesses. Not the cheapest tires or service around but given the choice, I'd rather spend my money in Jefferson than send it to Arkansas. My only criticism is that there is no quick way to get a rotation and balance. You'll usually find the service bays filled (which is the sign of a well run business I guess). read more

They didn't seem to concern over issue with tire. When they examined my tire they blamed me for hitting a pot hole which caused a bubble in my tire. What bothered me the most was Jason was a wise ass and said we should have bought road hazard. Car is 8 months old, don't know anyone who puts that on new cars?!, FYI, there is a lot of pot holes on the road, I'm suppose to dodge every single one??!! read more

I had tires put on my challenger. My car drove smooth when I dropped it off When I pick up my car. The car is vibrating it is not driving well at all . I brought my car back to have it corrected it a brand new car it needs to drives the way it supposed to. The way it did when I dropped it off. I Pick up my car and it is driving worse than it was when I dropped it off that morning. So I spoke to Jason he said he was the manager. Hoping to get this resolved. after going to this company for 10 years never having had a problem in the past . Think hey easy fix talk to Jason he will take care of it. Shhhh was I wrong. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he was so disrespectful and rude to me on the phone. For absultly no reason. So between the way he talked to me and having the work done horribly I will never spend one cent of my money with this company again. I'm honestly shocked by what happened and highly disappointed. I found Trinity Tire very expensive . I had a complete brake job and the next day, my truck wouldn't stop. I took it back and it was a different problem that cost more money. I bought a pair of Michelin Sport AS for my BMW 530i. One of them had a hop/lobe in the tire according to BMW dealer and since they were close I took it to them since they are a Michelin dealer. As soon as I mentioned that I got them at Discount Tire the owner became very rude and said that he would not take on some else's problems. I was confused and responded that he is taking care of Michelin problem, not Discount tire. He then began to ask why I didn't come to him in the first place and get even more aggrevated when I told him all that was irrelevant. In the end, stay away from this place and take the time to go to Athens to get tires as their are many options with better service and support. read more
