Just got home from receiving my 90 minute massage from Ed. One word describes my experience-AAAhhhh!! I walked in and Ed proceeded to talk to me for several minutes and I was concerned because I thought that time would be shaved off from my session time. It was not. He offered me water and took my history. At no time was he inappropriate or was i made to feel uncomfortable. Pressure was just right and he eased off when it wasnt. Is an absolutely phenomenal massage therapist. I have a long history of concussions, sports, related injuries, and I was run over by a car at one point(yes, a car) ***She helped me more in one session than any other of the (also excellent) therapists were able to in 90minutes.*** K.J. I found Triospa when I was looking around for a regular massage therapist. After a couple of great massages I started buying a 10 pack and go regulary. Ed is a fantastic masseuse - he listens when I tell him about problem areas and is very responsive to my comments to make sure I have the best massage possible. He is very versatile and makes the enviornment very relaxing - I love deep work but Ed has also worked around my knee surgery - no problem! I had my first facial ever. And I'm glad I picked this place. I requested for the Signature Facial. Kathy did everything as described on her website, there was a bonus hand massage where she covered my hands with a warm mitten. She seemed very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything she was doing. I felt very relaxed and slept like a baby that night. Tidbits: I liked the private feeling of the location. The spa was located in a cozy suite with dim lighting. She takes credit card which is important to people like me who like to use plastic. The parking lot is small but I found parking. I really like TrioSpa. I was hesitant to try them after getting a staph infection from a previous spa that I had tried for the first time; however, after reading the reviews, I felt a little bit more comfortable. I used a $10 off coupon on the website (definitely check their website for deals if you're a first timer!) and it was a great facial. I told Jocelyn my concerns and she was very attentive and hygienic. The second time I came in, I got Kathy, and she was equally great. She's very responsive over email and I like how she really got deep in there to do extractions. They were both very good about asking how I was doing throughout the visit. I definitely plan to come back. I think the facial cost is very reasonable considering that some other places charge more than $100! read more

My girlfriend and I got massages and both were fantastic.I got a NMT massage from Meghan and she worked out all my issues and gave me advice to avoid future pain. I get massages all the time so believe me when I tell u she knows her stuff. My friend is not a big fan of massages but came along cause I insisted. Went here for a couples massage with my wife. A very relaxing and nice experience. The masseuse (Bina and Megan) were very professional and provided excellent services. My wife and I have just returned from our first (but certainly not last) visit. Our massage therapists were Vivian and Karen, respectively. Simply put, we both agree that these were the best massages we've ever experienced. Their attention to detail was stellar. My wife had a bit of shoulder pain that was addressed and quickly relieved by an acupressure technique and we both were swaddled in blankets and hot towels throughout, making these the coziest massages... evah!!! I was looking around for a good spa for my first facial. After a lot of research and yelp reviews, I found Trio Spa. Their reviews were great so I contacted them for an appointment and I was scheduled for the next day. When I arrived, I filled out a paper with a little bit of background on my skin care regimen. I explained to Kathy my areas of concern, she was very knowledgeable and very informative. I learned a lot by talking to her. She didn't push products on me, and I never felt obligated to buy anything. From start to finish, everything was PERFECT! I went ahead with the pumpkin peel facial. (smells great, and feels even better.) Kathy always asked if I was ok, and it was very relaxing. I had always heard about the dreadful extractions so I was a bit nervous, but they didn't hurt at all. I have been to at least three spas in California: One in San Diego, Laguna Beach, and San Jose. Out of all of them, the best quality massage given to me came from the one with the cheapest price in San Jose,Trio. I have to give a shout-out to Karen for hooking me up with the hot stone treatment (highly recommended). Me and my girlfriends came here a few days ago after we planned a last minute girls day out. They were very accommodating and were able to work their magic and fit us all in during the time we needed. I got Karen and she was fabulous. I'm very impressed with her detail and thoroughness to ensure my comfort. I'm a hygienist and understand the importance of making someone as comfortable as you can. She asked the usual about pressure and where I want and don't want to be worked on. I'm very happy that she offered either lavender or eucalyptus to be placed in the area where my face was down. I always get a runny nose during massages because of the pressure against the sinus, but she beat me to it and mentioned that it could happen and if I wanted an oil to help. I picked eucalyptus and it was REFRESHING! no sniffles here. The bed was heated. And she mentioned she knew us ladies were going out so she was going to be careful not to get much oil above the neck. She even had hot towels at the end to wipe ourselves off with. Wonderful service! And btw, her hands are super soft!! The only suggestion I have is to wait to vacuum at night. I don't know if they have any control over that since it is a shared building, but it did disturb the relaxing music and mood a bit. But I would still give them 5 stars! Had a great massage with Brittany today. I emailed Kathy late on Saturday and she was able to get me an appointment the next day which was wonderful. I feel great and Brittany really focused on areas I told her really needed it. "Kathy" one of the receptionist she is hell Rude and very Dishonest. Never never Opt TrioSpa because you never know you loose your money with them. My flight got cancelled and then delayed and despite of this also i called as soon as i landed that too 30 minutes before appointment that i will not be able to make it please cancel the appointment because i just landed but KATHY she spoke so much rudely with me.She said My Trubates will not work in future now. I said that its very difficult for me to come right now because i have just landed and still waiting for my baggage to come and i had no idea that my flight will get delayed by one day.But :Kathy" she was very very Rude. I cannot for the life of me remember my therapists name, but she was amazing - asked what issues I was having and tailored the massage to meet and fix those issues. It was much less painful than the last one I had at a different place (another trubates deal). and Kathy is great, she makes you feel very at ease and is really easy to talk to about anything.
