I live out of state and grew up in the area--this spot opened after I moved to the east coast which is a BUMMER because it is amazing! Every time I'm home I try to visit this cafe. The breakfast is always out fresh and hot. You can't go wrong with any meals. They don't take reservations online, but you can check wait times or order online. We came at 9:00am on a Friday morning after Christmas, and it was about 75% fully seated. It's a bright cafe, with your classic clean diner decor and music playing. We sat right away and were offered coffee and water. I got the mocha madness smoothie which was the perfect sweet coffee I needed, it's not quite a smoothie texture (not as thick) but more like a coffee with crushed ice. My fiance got the triple berry smoothie which looked colorful and delicious. Their espanol skillet is my favorite, but they have amazing sweet meals. My fiance had the banana cream waffles and raved about them. Our friends got the two eggs and meat with turkey bacon and the Santa Fe Benedict and enjoyed their meals. I've previously had their crepes too, which were phenomenal. The service is very quick and attentive. You pay upfront at the host stand. We enjoyed all of our meals and time at triple berry. As always, I highly recommend it and will be back!

We came here for a weekend breakfast and at 8:30am on a Sunday we didn't have to wait for a table. They have an outdoor patio that wasn't open and two main areas to eat, the main area on the left and a smaller area on the right with a bar. The restaurant became full at about 9:30am. We were impressed by the staff, almost as soon as we sat down we all had waters, hot coffee and got our orders in quickly. The portions were large for the price and we appreciated the taste without the food being salty. We had enough food for leftovers.

Great customer service, family friendly, reasonable pricing. My daughter loved the biscuit and gravy. Waffle was ok. Huge menu with lots of options. Will try it again.

A little disappointed with Triple Berry. We'd heard rare reviews so we stopped by before our Chicago Day Trip, and it wasn't what we expected. The interior is modern but very cramped, every table and booth was full and the wait was about 30 minutes. Our server Cynthia was good. We didn't see her much because of how busy it was, but when she was there, she was friendly and funny. My suggestion would be to hire more servers-- I don't think they had enough that day to make ends meet. The food was slow and mediocre. My Iced Caramel Macchiato was the best thing we ordered, it had the perfect amount of sweetness and coffee flavor. My Santa Fe Benedict was okay, nice portion but the hash browns were overcooked. My Dad didn't love his Two Eggs & Bacon with a Pancake at all. The men's bathroom was locked the entire time so I had to use the women's. Added on to the frustration.

OMG, where have you been hiding all this time and why aren't you closer to the city?!?! So we came here on father's day as we had dropped off my in-laws at a family party close by and my wife had stumbled along this place. We had thought there would be a substantial wait since it was father's day but we were seated right away. The dining area is very airy and large so it was perfectly fitting that we were seated accordingly. Their menu showcases a typical brunch offering with a fusion of Latin flavor. The food is AMAZING! It can compete with the best of brunch locations in Chicago. I ordered the chicken carnitas skillet with a side of the tiramisu pancakes. The chicken was flavorful and made the dish. The hash browns were crisp but not overcooked. The eggs and salsa topped off the dish. The tiramisu pancakes were fluffy, the cinnamon and hazelnut spread flavored the pancakes to perfection. The coffee was also SO GOOD. if we're ever in the area again, we're definitely going to return to try more

Had brunch with a friend today. Huge portions. Tasty food. Decent service. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. It was very good.

Stopped into have breakfast here after an appointment in the area and this place did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is not huge but they do have a good amount of booths and tables plus some extra seating at their breakfast bar (stools). We waited only a couple minutes to be seated as it was busy but the servers seemed to be on it with their tables. I had the cinnamon French toast (not listed in their Yelp menu page but present on their physical menu). These were tasty! Not overly sweet and just the right amount for me where I finished three of the four slices and my husband/mom ate the last slice. My husband had the 2 eggs and bacon which he stated were okay, nothing fancy. The star of the show was my mom's Santa Fe Benedict which was so full of flavor! The chicken carnitas were seasoned very well and it all pulled together with the hollandaise sauce and the pico de gallo. Almost wished I had ordered her plate instead! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

(too saucy....) and the pierogis (not enough flavor and too oily, but not at fault of kitchen staff). The menu has tons of variety too, and their specials change out so regularly i cant keep up! The drinks ive gotten there have been phenomenal so far, and the mocktails dont make you feel like youre missing out on any fun. In addition to the Food, the service is positively delightful. Our server last time i went was also the bartender, and the other staff were kind enough to step in and help him with our orders, and he himself was more than helpful enough. The interior of the resturaunt was beautiful with wonderful lighting and a very cohesive layout, but i do have two complaints: the tables are very small and the booths are very low. When you order at a tapas resturaunt, you dont really get just one or two plates at a time, and when a solid quarter of the table is being occupied by the standup menus, the water glass, and the decorative flowers, it gets crowded very quickly. Overall a 9/10. Definitely a wonderful place to go with friends, family, or even on your own!

The girls they hire to work here can be VERY rude, the food is not great, I think this is really just a place people get together and drink at so the environment isn't very relaxing. It came with a soup. He picked the French onion soup and for 99 cents more you can get it baked... so he did. He loved the soup and would definitely order that again. He didn't really care for the taste of the sauce and the texture of the chicken. He would order something else next time. It was supposed to come with bread but we had to ask for it. I ordered the 2 pancakes with 2 eggs over easy. It was delicious and I would order it again. All the desserts look so delicious. We ordered a square of chocolate peanut butter fudge but it was not very good. Definitely don't recommend it. It was sweet and rich and could have used a little sea salt sprinkled on the top. Definitely did not taste like peanut butter... maybe more of a maple syrupy taste. We will be back again.
