We were fairly confident in our decision, and the Mendoza was delivered the same day to our home nearby. The delivery went smoothly, but we had not measured our kitchen space (cubic ft/width) before choosing a fridge. The owner at Mendoza helped us work out the issue, re-measure the fridge space, and worked with his son to find us a replacement fridge that matched our size constraints. He told us that he's been in the business for 16 years, and his professionalism and humility reflect that. I went back to see the kitchen and NOTHING had been cleaned and there was water all over the floor. Myself and a co-worker cleaned it up. I was told to give it 24-48 hrs for ice to be made. The following morning the icemaker started smoking so we unplugged it and called them. Another man came out and fixed whatever was smoking and told me to call if it didn't make ice and he would replace it. It barely makes small cubes so I tried calling, never received a call back.
