Wow total waste of money. My kids had a terrible time. One hurt themselves and we couldn't even a refund for the bowling. Dissatisfied

we were there for a second x early march b party wave pool was broken no waves,spa was also broken no relaxing bubbles also broken guess same pump the egress gate from the spa to private/guess rooms was paddle locked no easy back and forth to expensive motel/6 like run-down rooms.lol bumper cars only 5 outta 5 were op bumper boats? pond half empty critters taken over it looks like a discont' ride sky zip line also was closed for repairs only 25 or half of the go carts were running they have two start areas each hold 25 cars i've been on that track with 40cars at once virtual screen gun ride also had issues only 4 seats out of 8 were op outta order i guess 4 bowling lanes were down at least a doz arcade game machines including sought after skee bowls out of order powdered scrambled eggs with tasteless overly cooked bacon on the free menu i can see this place all but folding after a dismal 2025 summer' we will never return unless the entire park has a makeover read more

Nice place but needs a cleaning and freshening up. The Raptors were dusty - yeah dusty in a water park, go figure- and the entire place had a feel of needing a good deep clean. The resort attached was meh and used thin cheap hospital sheets and bedding, not recommended to stay at. Staff at both places were helpful and friendly read more

This was such an awesome trip for my kiddos 3rd bday! First of all the hotel staff is incredible! So friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms are dated but clean, spacious and have everything you could possibly need. Breakfast could use a little beefing up but it's not awful. Now, let's talk about the fun stuff!!!!! OMG!! There's so much to do it's insane! Definitely get the passes, it's so worth it! My kids loved everything from the putput to the go karts and ropes courses, the arcade and bumper cars! The staff is literally completely made of teenagers and I don't know if over ever dealt with better service! Super friendly, helpful and extra awesome with my kids! On top of all of that we had a blast and got to enjoy the smiles on our children's faces! If you want to take your family somewhere you can feel free and normal again, this is the place!!!! Such a nightmare of a place on the weekends. Very fun on week nights though when it's slower. The kitchen and food situation needs to be adjusted for sure. Nobody wearing hair nets, changing gloves consistently or washing hands. Definitely need some health inspectors to stop by cause I was disgusted with my food. Not to mention it had a hair in it and tasted terrible. Other than that, fun place just avoid weekends and buying any type of food here. Not worth your money. This park wasn't really a highlight of our trip to Coeur D'Alene, but I do recommend this spot for a dull or rainy afternoon as a time-filler on your vacation. The glow in the dark putt-putt golf doesn't really glow, and is rather small, but for $4/person it was entertaining enough. We didn't do the high ropes course indoors, but it looked like the highlight of the activities that they offer! Id recommend it for ages 4-12 because I think they'd have a blast, and again for under $10. We did the go-karts which were fairly fast but just a pretty standard course... not disappointing or impressive. Overall, the price is right!! Good place for the water park side and laser tag, but never would eat there again after our experience today. My sister ordered a pizza, when they started to eat it, the dough was still raw so she took it back and asked them to remake it. She noted someone came out from the kitchen to look at who had sent the pizza back then disappeared back in o the kitchen. I walked by the he kitchen opening a bit later and heard a kitchen staff sneeze REALLY loudly and someone in a playful, humorous tone bless them. As my sister was worried they'd spit in their pizza, my stomach dropped and I worried they'd just sneezed on her pizza. I went and told her what happened and she asked for the manager. The attitude she received when from the employee who went to get the manager and the eye roll I witnessed shocked me. The manager was nice and so was the other cashier working the front as they processed her refund, but we will NEVER eat there again. The attitude and disrespect was very disappointing. read more

This review rating is specific to the Raptor Reef for the Triple Play Amusement Park. I received a bunch of certificates for free admissions to the Raptor Reef Indoor Water Park. Who was excited? This guy! I brought about a dozen teens/kids out here but here are some prep time: -Prepare your own lunch - I bought some Walmart sandwiches, pop, chips and water. Now note that there are no food allowed inside and at the same time food inside is expensive when you take about a dozen people. So, I took a cooler with food etc and during lunch time we stepped outside: by the parking lot is a strip of grass - so we sat there in our towels and had a picnic lunch under the sun. It was nice and comfortable. - Parking lot is free and has lot's of space. Entering: Check in desk is to the left when walking in. Once you've checked in - they will give you a wrist band for the day. The wrist band allows you access to the Raptor Reef. Note: the immediate area by the check in has bathrooms, concession stand and a bowling alley. Heading towards the Raptor Reef. It is a 2 door entrance. Heading downstairs leads you to the arcade and lower entrance for the R/Reef. Here is the dimensions based on their site: "Raptor Reef; this 25,000 sq foot facility features a wave pool, children's lagoon with a 2-story play structure complete with slides, water guns and a tipping bucket. Guests can lean back and relax in the indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi or ride one of the three amazing slides one banking in at over 390 feet." Overall impression: Raptor Reef is a load of fun for kids and teens. Note that it can get very stuffy in there - it literally feels like a sauna on the upper level (which has benches for people to seat).The teens and kids I took absolutely enjoyed the experience. There are seating areas for adults on both levels and if you want to jump in - help yourself. Teens Highlight: The tipping bucket: which collects water and unloads it from a 25 ft high platform. This place is so much fun. Even as a 37 year old I enjoyed it with my little nephew and brother. The high ropes course is actually a challenge and a bit scary if you don't hold onto your support rope. They have a virtual reality video game which was really fun, go karts, bumper boats, bowling, water slides, mini golf, and other cool unique games and stuff to do. And the hotel attached to it is actually not too bad, not the grandest rooms but they are clean and comfy. Great place to go with kids and still fun for grown ups too. read more

Triple play should be ashamed of themselves and the behavior of their employees. We were there with my young daughter and a couple of her friends for an afternoon of what we thought would be fun. We spent $200 for bowling, drinks, and other activities for my daughter and her friends. We were planning on ordering pizza after bowling. While bowling, my daughter went to open her birthday gifts, (there were only 4 small gift bags). There was not a cake or any decorations , only the small bags. An employee came over and very rudely scolded us, including my daughter and her friends, and said that "presents were not allowed". Mind you, these were young girls and only 4 small gift bags. It took less than 5 minutes for her to open her gifts. I went over to discuss this privately with the employee, letting him know that he upset a little girl on her birthday. He flat out very rudely replied "I don't care". We were there spending money, and were treated terribly, not to mention the damper this rude employee put on a young girl's birthday. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treated us. We have been there many, many times, and have spent a considerable amount of money there over the years, supporting this business. The bowling alley looks high tech but none of the technology worked , they cut our game time in half and I had to ask 4 different times for someone to come help or reset our game . HORRIBLE. Tried it a few weeks ago with my six month old... and a couple bigger kids and I will NEVER go back. The kiddy pool is cold, not warm enough to be pleasant for baby. She hated it. Nothing for her to do anyway. So I stood on the edge of the wave pool to watch my bigger kids and got yelled at by a lifeguard for being in the wave pool with my baby. On the edge.. ankle deep. Yet they had no problem not yelling at the couple making out sitting on top of each other in the hot tub full of kids... or the other guy next to them with a bunch of beer cans. There are NO benches anywhere to sit with a small child while you wait. Downstairs or outside. The rules in the water boats are stupid and then they don't follow through anyway. Ultimately we threw a couple hundred dollars away on horrible service for the night. Nope. They aren't getting my money again. read more

The park is great but I am giving this place 2 stars due to my sons birthday party. We had payed $365 for 8 kids and two adults, water park access and cards for the kids to play for 3 hours on certain activities. It also included one hour in the party area and this is where the problem lies. The party area itself is fine. The issues is how unorganized the staff are. Keep in mind they give us an hour to eat the pizza we have to order from them, cake we brought as well as open gifts. Well we figured we could pull it off and we could have if we didn't spend 50 minutes of our party room WAITING for them to make and bring us our pizzas. Keep in mind we had reserved this a month ago so they knew what we ordered. So that gave us 10 minutes to eat and eat the cake. Now they also shorted us 4 goody bags which I had to remind them multiple times we needed more just to be told "oh yeah I will get those." By the time they gave them to us our group was in the water park swimming and the staff told us the birthday boy could spin the party wheel which they had failed to inform us about. Basically, the park itself is cool as well as the arcade but think twice about throwing a birthday party here unless you love stress. read more

Took my crew from work today. Had to treat them to good old fashion fun. Had a blast. Go carting, laser tag, bowling. Didn't get to try the put put. Got to use it as a treat/team building event. Had so much fun. Service was good. When a kid was separated from a parent and looking for his dad I called for a triple play worker and she IMMEDIATELY handled the situation. Good job! My crew and I couldn't believe a parent could lose a kid. But I guess it does happen. Go carts - tip if you get a slow cart that is being passed, use your left foot to hold throttle down and use right foot to press down on throttle cable to right than switch back to right foot on throttle. Cables stretch. And these need adjustment. Maybe something the crew could work on. laser tag. Tip- if there laser is aiming towards you use your other hand to block it haha! Usually I don't do reviews, this seemed note worthy... my wife and I decided to spend our Anniversary weekend with our 2 kids (2&4) at Triple play. I couldn't really find much on their website about their facility, so I decided to call. When talking to the receptionist, she was very friendly(as was all of the staff) and she was able to answer all of my questions. One of the most important ones was how much is it going to be for my 2 year old? I was told children 2 and under are free. I thought cool! So we book our room through their site, $280 package that includes 3 unlimited passes, good for both days. Now for the disappointment... when I am told that kids are free, I expect her to be free to do the things she is tall enough for... I.e. Wave pool, and little tikes rope course. We only visited the water park so that's all I can review. The water park consists of 4 slides, a wave pool, hot tub and kids splash area. The attractions are fun and great for multiple ages. Staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is mainly air quality. We had to leave after 2 hours due to burning eyes and trouble breathing. I suppose this is an obvious downside of an indoor water park but we could not get past it. Also, just a a tip: bring your own towels. You can rent towels but they are scratchy and $2 a towel. read more

I spent the day here with my brother and his family to celebrate my nephews birthday. We had a blast. My two nephews ran all day from activity to activity with my brother, my sister-in-law, and I in tow. There is a lot to do from laser tag to bowling to playing in the water park, go-carts, bumper cars, and of course the arcades. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm sure there are things we didn't do. It's a great day trip and a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. I'm not sure how much in total my brother and his wife spent, but it seemed very affordable for all there is to do. The only issue I had personally was all the screaming and yelling. But it wasn't too big of deal. The kids were having fun. Overall I felt like a 40 year old child I think I had as much fun as my nephews did. Definitely worth the money and the drive. read more

We did the waterpark only. $75 for three of us for the day and we spent about 3.5 hours riding the slides and hanging in the pools. My (tall) 6-year-old has a blast and could ride all the slides which was a nice surprise. It's definitely an older place and kind of small but it wasn't crowded -- we're were there Memorial Day weekend. We played at the arcade for a little bit afterwards and it was relatively cheap to play most games and the card/ticker system is cool. All employees we encountered were super nice. Well worth the cost. We'll go back for sure. read more

And be leery when you buy a stale 20$ large pizza, because when they make your order wrong the first time, they absolutely will do nothing to take care of you, not even refill your pitcher of soda that sat around getting flat waiting on their incompetence. When you enter the Waterpark it is quite fun for the kids. However, when they are constantly being berated by some lazy life guard who nests on her podium never taking her whistle out of her mouth. Highlight of the trip was the Arcade, because there was the only place I felt customers were honored. While we were down in the arcade, every now and then the fantastic arcade workers would slip my kids extra coins into their machines, just being a genuine sweet hearts. Don't spend 600$ on a stay here like I did, because I came out of it feeling duped. read more

This is a review for the Triple Play facility, and not the attached Holiday Inn Express (I'll review that separately). This kid-focused house of fun for all tweens and under, was a blast. The waterpark was well designed, with three different water slides, that go outside the facility to maximize use of space. They were fun to go down, and the lines went pretty quick. The wave pool was a fun attraction when it was time for a break from the slides. For younger kids, there's a great play area that has two little kid sized slides, and water everywhere. When people got cold, it was time to sit in the large hot tub. That's where most of the adults spent their time, when not going down the slides, of course. The hot tub extends outside. Laser Tag was a hoot, and you get a score card when you're done. That lasts for 10 minutes for each session. Seems about right to me. You put your name on a call list, so that way you can keep on playing arcade games or mini-golf while you're waiting. The wait usually isn't long, even at the busiest usually no more than a half hour. The mini-golf and the bowling are with black lights, so that's a fun twist. But, the mini-golf is nothing particularly special. The climbing wall isn't all that big, but it's level with the second story, so that's just fine considering the age group of the target audience. The arcade is relatively small, and I got bored there after about 3 hours there. The food wasn't that bad, but nothing to go special here for (naturally). We had the footlong subs (which were pretty good. Not Subway, but fresh bread and toasted, so I couldn't complain). The kids had the kids meals ($5) and the fries were tasty, the chicken fingers were a bit greasy, and the dessert was a piece of candy. The staff were mostly young, high-school to early 25ish. Everyone was in a pretty good mood, and service was usually pretty good. We did not go on the Go-Carts or the out-door water park, since it was still winter. We got in on a package deal that was mentioned on the website, and that was definitely the way to go. read more

We didn't eat or go in the water park, which seem to be the worst of this facility's qualities. We did the mini golf and it was awesome! It seemed to be well maintained and was challenging but not impossible. We really enjoyed ourselves and would have loved to come back. Heads up: on Mondays they have a deal where you can pay $15 and do anything between the hours of 6p-9p. I was so excited to take my family here when the weather in Coeur d'Alene wasn't cooperating with our plans. Sadly, it was quite the disappointment. The employees were extremely nice but the institution itself was just sad and dreary looking and DIRTY. We wandered around and played a few games in the run down arcade (which had multiple games in disrepair) and my 3 year old excitedly ran over to a play structure much like the ones you find at some fast food restaurants. As he played I noticed that there were HUGE chunks of dust (we're talking the size of a mans fist), gobs of hair, random debris, etc in every little crevice and hanging off the bottom of the structure itself. It was horrifying and I'm no clean freak. Needless to say we cut our visit short and went off in search of something to do where the management actually cares to provide patrons with a happier, tidier experience. Ick. read more

I have never been to a triple play before. This was a great experience. The only reason why 4 instead of 5 stars is that a lot of the games in the arcade were broken or out of order our first day. The water park is pretty amazing. It was a huge break finding this place during our pcs travel from WA to CT. We stopped for 2 days for a mini vacation. Our 4 yr old loved this place. Triple Play and Resort Hotel & Suites If you are planning a trip to this establishment I definitely DO NOT recommend going or staying! Even if you go to play DO NOT stay in the hotel, this will save you a lot of money and back pain. Just for clarification I paid $650 (not including food, drinks, arcade play, etc.) for a supposedly upgraded room with 5 two day passes for all the attractions. Here's a breakdown of why we recommend spending your money elsewhere. We had looked at the listed times of the water park and indoor attractions and planned for such. Upon check in the person running the counter overheard us talking about when everything closed and then informed us that there was a sponsored adult party that night so everything would be closing an hour early. This adult party was not listed on the website so we had no idea this would be an issue with our trip. The bowling alley was impossible to get into due to some kind of tournament being held there so our "everything" passes didn't really help us in that aspect. Most bowling alleys will post if there is a tournament running. The staff in the whole facility was rather rude and seemingly unimpressed if asked anything and gave wrong answers to things which we found out later. We were using the hide-a-bed in our room which we asked the desk about bedding for. They said all bedding was in the room. We found out that night while making the bed that we were missing a blanket which we needed because the room was freezing. Asked the front desk for a blanket which they said would be delivered. An hour later we asked the desk again which we were informed they took the blanket to the wrong room and where now out of blankets so they would try to find us something. More then two hours after asking for a blanket we finally received one. The two queen beds in our room was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. All of us using these beds woke up sore and stiff the next day. Friends that showed up to play with us ended up paying less for their passes between the two days then we paid for ours even with the "discount" received for booking the special room package with the hotel. In short save yourself a lot of headache. The amount I paid for 1 night was within a minimal amount of what I just paid for a 3 night stay in Las Vegas plus airfare for the same amount of people and my kid had a lot more fun there. The astronomical amount I was charged for poor service, outdated rooms, and overcharged discounts was extremely disappointing. read more

I went with two families both with 2 and 3 kids respectively. We went after 6 and paid $28 for all you can play and it's worth the money if you play a few of their many attractions. The game area is horrible though. The games are very expensive and they don't work correctly so it's near impossible to win tickets or prizes. Great place though. read more

Spent a few hours at the water park with my 7 and 9 year old. Both are now tall enough to do the slides at Raptor Reef by themselves. The employees are pushy and rude. They told my kids they couldn't use the slide anymore because they were too slow getting out of the way. They are new to the whole experience and a little afraid of water. When I confronted the Manager (Michael) he was a POS about the situation and wouldn't listen to reason or consider a second chance after having talked to my own kids about the right way to get out of the pool. Way to ruin the fun for my family. Triple play needs to stop hiring children for lifeguards. We left hours ahead of what we planned due to his attitude. read more

The bowling alley has just been remodeled. It is awesome! A few lanes on one end have disappeared for more new attractions. It is much more modern with new interactive games to play with the kids vs the normal straightforward bowling games/scoring. For instance there is an angry birds themed game with objectives to target specific pins. Seating area is more comfortable, huge big screens at the end of the lanes to watch sporting events (I was there over the weekend so football was on), new modern LED lighting and more. Automatic bumpers pop up for those who need them. I am quite impressed with the new setup. There have been a few changes at the wave pool. First of all, it doesn't make waves anymore, and the lifeguards no longer let you take tubes out into the pool to float on. Everything else seems to be the same since our visit a year ago. How are you going to sell an unlimited pass to a kid that wants to ride go carts, only to find out he's not tall enough. Then they tell the kids if you get wet on bumper boats, you can't do anything else until you're completely dry. Irritated by the entire experience. I would highly recommend not eating their food, do not waste your money!! I work hard for my cash and wasted over 50$ to feed my family. We ordered a hot dog, nachos, fries, and chicken nuggets. To put it mildly it was absolutely horrible, if you read this and still order food you will find out just how right I was and you'll be disappointed as I was. The nachos hardly had any cheese, the nuggets were flat and like rubber, the fries were cold and greasy, and the hot dog was greasy cold and a stale bun.
