    Beach pizza

What is beach pizza? Amazing to me, but I was told divisive opinions abound. You walk up, not to a window, but to the entire establishment. It's right next to an amazing arcade, and it would still be hot if you wanted to eat it on the beach. I was too full to eat any (lobster roll at Brown's), but we got slices to go. The sauce is super sweet. The cheese is pretty minimal. My husband pointed out that you can add cheese, it looks to be a slice of provolone. If you are in Salisbury and you don't try this, you didn't really go.

Doesn't look like too much when you past by this place, but it's a must visit! There's quite a few within a few mile radius so it's easy to spot. I ordered the cheese slice which was pipping hot and I had easy access to the paper, salt, garlic powder and red crushed pepper to add to my pizza. The sauce was sweet, not too oily or mushy! The crust was probably my favorite as it was crisp and thin.

The pizza was awful. There was a charge for extra cheese and now I know why. They barely put cheese on it. It was undercooked and the sauce was sweet and they put way too much on. I even put it under the broiler to cook it longer and that didn't help.

Pizza is highly subjective.....I know that. This just wasn't for us. The side crust is lovely, though the bottom is rather cardboard like. The sauce is far too sweet for our tastes. We ordered the double cheese, and the photo is that depicted. Essentially a slice of cheese melted on top, which slides off in the first few bites leaving you with bread and sugary sauce. On the plus side, the service was very friendly (downright chipper). Glad we tried it, but we're all set.

Beach pizza at its best. Nothing like it. They also make amazing pastries, Bismarck's being my favorite!

Best beach pizza! It's our Friday night ritual with the kids. Get a slice with extra provolone and you won't be disappointed.

This is the best pizza north of New York City. If you prefer a sauce that isn't so sweet go to the other place

Second to none. The one and only. There is no other like it in the world. It's the crust. It's the cheese. It's the sauce.

Oh my God - there is no better bang for your buck (2$) than this double dough. It is not Chicago-style deep-dish; it is...... ....you know that Far-Side cartoon, where the two gorillas are sitting on the ground, leaning against the tree, with a huge pile of banana peels next to them? And one of them says, "you know, I really love bananas.....I mean heck, we all do - but for me I think it goes so much more beyond that" THAT is this double dough, for me. So....Walk around and choose an ice-cold 4-pack of a juicy hazy double IPA; ask the staff for advice, they're experts. Bring a driver, because the urge to have some immediately is overwhelming - and if you do....you won't be driving distracted......you'll be driving transported. It isn't safe. At home, pop it in the oven (ON A RACK !) at 350, just to keep the crust as it was when it left their oven.....Take out one of the mugs you keep in the freezer, fill it.....gently. The ideal pairing? The ideal entertainment pairing? "The Old Man" with Jeff Bridges, Season 1 Episode 1..... enjoy all three....then ask yourself: " what did I do to deserve this?" And: " when is season two coming out, and how can any pizza be this good?" Absolutely fiendish, in the best sense of the word. Patrick

Tonight I ordered the garlic cheese bread and as I was eating I felt a hair in my mouth and spit my food out... sure enough a long dark human hair was baked into my food. And for anyone who will say it was probably just my hair, I have short blonde hair and this was literally cooked under the cheese. The last time I ordered from this location I showed up to pick up my pizza only for them to say they gave my order to someone else and I would need to wait while they remade it which added another 20 minutes into the time I had already waited since originally ordering. I understand that mistakes happen but two times in a row from the same restaurant, and this time having someone's hair in my food is so unsanitary and gross it put the nail in the coffin that I will never order from here again and I will never recommend it to anyone either!

Living in Portsmouth NH, very near a place well known for its cheesesteak subs, I began a quest…read moresome time ago to find the best cheesesteaks in the region. Southern Maine to Northeast Massachusetts was to be the "zone". It took a long time and a lot of calories, but our search came to an end today. To be the perfect cheesesteak, we required a soft roll, high quality meat that wasn't a frozen, chopped product, , enough cheese to taste but not overwhelm the meat, and fresh, not frozen or canned toppings. I'm a mushroom and onion guy while the wife prefers peppers and onions. We also sought just basic, good fries with them. No seasoning or the stucco product a famous chain used or maybe still uses. Port Pizza, located in a semi hidden spot in the far end of a strip containing market Basket and Marshall's met all of our requirements to perfection, and then some. I believe this is the best cheesesteak on the seacoast, and I've tried far too many. Their service was excellent and friendly, and it appeared they genuinely appreciated our business. The restaurant, with maybe a half dozen booths for seating was clean, especially the restrooms. There is ample free parking and there is excellent HP access with not 1 but 2 ramps, plenty of width, and access to those same restrooms. Overall, 4.9 rating. Worth the trip to find, and you won't leave dissatisfied. Side note: We intend to return for what appeared to be the perfect thin crust pizza, but that's a visual opinion, not from experience, yet!
