We got late funding because our credit union not inputting the correct features on the KBB making it the LTV guidelines not match. In other words, they said "we won't let you borrow more than what the car was worth." Armando and Travis, great doing business with you. Def better than the shady dealership who wasted my time and gas..

This was every stereotype of the worst car buying experience anyone could have potentially had. The…read moresales team initially contacted me about a vehicle I was purchasing that had arrived but then was accidentally given to someone else. This was frustrating, but they tried in good faith to make it right. The closing/finance team was atrocious. Armando tried to fast-talk his way into every upsell and markup possible, would not take ownership of multiple typos, numerical mistakes, and inaccuracies in legal DMV paperwork, trying to fast-talk his way through it, blaming others for giving me inaccurate info, and making multiple mistakes despite blatant/flagrant errors. When asked for a supervisor, he got his friend/colleague, a younger, red-headed gentleman who presented himself as a supervisor/manager and who had a terrible attitude and dismissed me with his arms crossed. When an actual manager arrived, they did make some efforts to make things right by having a supervisor review the signing paperwork with me - ultimately even more numerical and objective errors were found in paperwork review (incorrect contract/purchase date submitted to the DMV!). If you find yourself deciding to purchase a car from this dealership, be incredibly wary of the finance/closing department. Scrutinize EVERY DETAIL and EVERY LINE, as they will use the terms "standard, included, mandatory, free, optional" in every manipulative and deceptive way to get you to say, "screw it" and push through to sign paperwork. Dealt with them lying to my face and trying to get me to like it for 5 hours. If you get the younger, red-headed/sandy haired guy or Armando, just assume they are lying to you and scamming from the handshake onward. 0 stars, negative stars if possible.

He was professional, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated his honesty and efficiency. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days but Thomas definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend working with him if you want a great service experience!

I bought a used Tesla from this dealership in February because I needed a vehicle immediately and…read moredidn't have another car. It was late in the day, the sun was setting, and I did the best inspection I could under the circumstances. At the time, I noticed the plastic trim on the outer side of the driver's seat wasn't sitting flush. Before moving forward, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any other damage I should know about. He told me, "Nope." That turned out to be false. Since buying the car, I've discovered issue after issue that appears to have been hidden, poorly repaired, or temporarily covered up. On the drive home, I noticed a windshield crack that only showed when headlights hit it. The next day, I found deep circular scratches all over the hood. I later noticed the rear seat upholstery separating near the door. Then the passenger window switch popped out of its housing, and when I opened the door panel, the internal housing was clearly damaged. That was not normal wear. That looked like prior damage that had been covered up. Later, a plastic trim piece in the trunk simply fell off when I opened it, again showing signs of a cheap cover-up rather than a proper repair. Now, the driver's headrest has started wearing through, revealing what appears to be previous damage that was concealed before sale. Tesla does not sell the headrest separately, meaning this could require replacing the entire seat. I understand that used cars can have wear and tear. I also understand that I should have inspected the vehicle more carefully. But there is a big difference between normal used-car wear and multiple hidden issues that appear to have been patched, covered, or concealed just long enough to get the car sold. What bothers me, is that I directly asked if there was any other damage, and I was told no. Based on everything I've found since, I do not believe that was an honest answer. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. At minimum, do not trust their word, do not inspect a vehicle there at night, and do not assume anything has been properly disclosed. In my experience, this car had multiple issues that looked covered up rather than repaired, and I would not want another buyer to end up with a lemon car.

However, I would suggest that if you're purchasing a new or used car and you are getting a warranty or paying for warranty, make sure that it's not Century automotive Service. When it comes time to honor what's on the warranty, they do not honor what they promise. We paid $6000 for our warranty on a used vehicle or air conditioner has a leak now and they will not cover it.

Had a couple of issues with the car. Was told to tell the finance company that the dealership had repaired them even though they hadn't so the financing would be approved. After that was Done They said they would address the issues. But After the financing was approved, the issues were not addressed. Go figure probably a great place to buy a new car. If you're going to drop 80 grand on a new Corvette. But as far as used cars go, I'm neutral on that. Also, the windshield had a chip in it, which I fix on my own. They wanted me to come back in two weeks, but being that I live in Chico, it would've cost me more to take to drive there to fix it myself. And when I had the car detailed, I was offered a free tank of gas as well but because of time constraints and lunch breaks I didn't get that either. Oh.
