I will say she was not extremely friendly and seemed a bit impatient as we looked through the drink menu. Perhaps she was having a bad night. The fresh ground flour adds a ton of flavor and they got a decent char on the bottom and rim. The prices weren't terrible and 1 pizza with some booze fed both of us. My only gripe is that they go heavy on the cheese so the (excellent) crust can't hold up to the weight and wetness. That's made a bit worse by they fact that they use a high-moisture mozzarella so there's a lot of grease that can soup the whole deal up.
