I usually don't leave reviews but the way I was treated today was completely unacceptable. I was treated differently by the staff than white customers, the workers had an attitude with me the whole time and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. The way the staff spoke to me was also filled with micro aggressions, which is not appreciated. I guess you need to be white to be treated nicely by staff, would not recommend coming to this location if you are black. Staff was overall very rude and I should not be able to hear their private conversations from where I'm standing, just rude and loud. And I found hair in my chipotle chicken club as well, just an overall waste of $17 and I will not be back. Plus it's always a long wait time for a flatbread and a smoothie, just overall unacceptable. Beyond juicery and eatery is better and more worth the money anyways. read more

I am a delivery driver that gets tropical smoothie multiple times a week and I get the same smoothie no matter which location. This particular location made my smoothie and it didn't taste anything like what I ordered. It tasted like water and peanut butter and that's it. I ordered the Bahama Mama and added peanut butter. I taste no pineapple or any other ingredient included. It's not smooth and has so many ice chunks. I tried to drink it but it was so off in flavor I just threw it in the trash sadly. $11 wasted at this particular location. read more

I'm currently eating the best chicken pesto I've ever had from tropical smoothie. It's absolutely phenomenal and full of everything it's supposed to be full of. Lately I've had my differences with tropical smoothies around here but wow. Top notch top notch top notch ! The food is tasty, filling and hot! I ordered this Apple kale slaw as a side order, I've never had it before so as I was driving I try to pull it out of the bag to check it out. As I do this it flies all over my car. Down the seat crack of coarse and all over my seat and stuff. Honestly it was pretty funny, but after closer inspection of why it flung open, I noticed the cap..... The cap isn't even the same size as the slaw container! Like why would you give me this pretending like it fits. Good practical joke on your customers. I love coming to Tropical Smoothie, especially this location. The workers are always friendly and eager to take care of guests. I've tried a few smoothies from this place, ranging from fruity smoothies to nutritious breakfast options. The serving size is a set size that is just the perfect amount to keep you filled throughout the day. The smoothies range from $5-$6 dollars which is not bad at all for a nutritious, filling treat. This tropical never disappoints. I prefer going to this one over the one by my house half the time because the staff is fantastic. Jess always is super attentive and kind! Makes the best food too! Every time I come in everybody has good energy. During hard times yeah they're gonna be slow on making things, but it's because they're short staffed and have further health procedures that they have set in place that personally make me feel a lot better about picking up a smoothie on my way home from my "essential job" as well. I appreciate everybody who works here, they're all really kind and I personally have never had a bad experience from this location in the last four years I've been going there. It's a smoothie. It's fresh. And it takes a few minutes to get it so you know it's fresh. My favorite is the detox island green and they don't add any sugar to it - which they do to all the rest. Pros: -MASSIVE VALUE - the price you pay and the size you get is fantastic. - kids size for my 2 year old is only $2.49 and she is thrilled with it. Cons: -if you're comparing to a cold pressed juice it won't feel the same (not sure if you would but I find some people feel it's not as good as a smoothie you'd get from more of a boutique shop) which isn't really a con just something to note. -drive through can take a minute or two but nothing horrendous. read more

I just ordered a chicken bowl from door dash. It was A big bowl of lettuce with six small pieces of dried chicken and very little else. I paid twice the normal price to get it delivered and now I have no dinner. They said they would give me a refund through DoorDash but they can't do it right now. They wanted to 'give me partial credit for next time I went in'. The second time i called the guy hung up on me after i asked to speak to a manager. These people are extremely rude and unhelpful. I always go through the drive in, my order is taken and I am on my way to the next window. If you're looking for something fast don't order much. The more you order the longer it takes due to everything being made on the spot. With that being said the food and smoothies are always delicious! My smoothie has only been wrong one time but my food is often missed due to requesting no tomato. No big deal but if you're allergic to anything I would indicate. I have tried to use a gift card here twice and both times they told me there was nothing on my gift card when I had a receipt saying that there was $25 put on the gift card.. I ended up having to pay cash. One worker was very kind about it and offered to even pay for some of what I ordered. The other workers in the back were swearing about stupid things like taking trash out to the dumpster. With there being a completely open window to see what is going on in the back, hearing the workers swear was very clear and seemed very unprofessional.
