I Don't Know What's Happening. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe has gone down hill:( It doesn't seem like anyone there cares. I ordered a Flatbread grilled chicken with provolone and pesto on the side.... asked for extra toasted. Love this place! I could literally survive on just their smoothies but their sandwiches are delicious, I can't resist!

I was really needing a quick early morning coffee but decided to stop and get a Acai berry smoothie. I'm so glad I did!! The location in Edmond is normally busy but today hunty, no cars in lot!! Yassss!!!! Instead of the drive thru I got out and walked into the smoothie shop. It's in a location with window to floor glass and offers great bright sunlight into the cheery decor. I browsed the menu and decided to try a Chipotle chicken wrap, jalapeno chips and of course Acai berry smoothie. Sandwich was hot, fresh and declious!! Smoothie had the desired fruity blueberry taste I desired. No coffee today...smoothie won me over. In the event you desire coffee they actually had a smoothie with coffee in it or other added boosters. The cashier was friendly (not overly) but patient and polite. She probably was thinking about her Christmas eve and when she was leaving. This breakfast meal was a great start to my busy day. I was not planning to make a complaint though I wanted 25 minutes in the drive-threw for my order. After the cashier came to the windows 4 separate times I was given my order. I was given the wrong side and was given the jalapeño corn after advising only to find once home that the corn tasted of mildew!!! My Caribbean Jerk wrap was served cold (the cheese wasn't at all melted) and the wrap hardly had anything in it, literally. It had mainly to rice maybe 5 small pieces of chicken and a little sauce with no or pineapples or lettuce! The wrap was also cut in half with no extra wrapping so as I'm trying to eat in the go it's falling apart, though I didn't ask for it to be cut and there wasn't much in the wrap. Good food, clean environment, nice service. I asked for a chicken salad much to my surprise there isn't a salad on the menu. Instead, the salad was served on a sandwich of toasted, whole wheat bread. I go in and I'm immediately met with a bunch of flies, which is absolutely disgusting. Then I go to order, and it seems like all the staff had an attitude. I place my order and it took a good 15-20 minutes. I got my smoothie and it was really watered down, along with it being WRONG! I asked for the Mango berry cosmo, and it tasted like it had kale in it. When I asked for the manager, she came and had an attitude as well! She also didn't try to fix my problem, borderline rude. This location is usually slow but the food and service is good. Today I did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:15. I waited in the drive through until 11:40. I almost have to drive off to make it back to work in time and had to scarf my food. Some of the veggies looked wilted and they forgot my chips but I couldn't afford to wait any longer. I walked in and all of the employees were sitting down playing on their phones. I had no problems with them being rude to me however, the smoothies me and my friend got had no flavor, were watered down, and just didn't taste good at all. i ordered a peanut butter cup and i couldn't even taste the peanut butter in it. So I'd give them a one but quality is typically pretty good however, I have eaten here a number of time prior to and post CCP. Timeliness has always been an issue at this location be it drive through or dine in. Well the latest visit has proven to be nail in the coffin. Arrived to see the now open sign proudly displayed only to find that you may neither dine in nor wait inside for your order (even though multiple people were) or for that matter even wash your hands as they've closed the bathrooms. After ordering just one smoothie because we wanted to appease our kids who insisted on ordering one to split at least. We've waited now near 30 minutes. In our vehicle. Discussing asking for a refund at this point. Drive through is backed up far enough now to block our exit. 35 minutes and now we have received it.
