Today was another scorcher with record heat so was craving a cold smoothie. Hunted on Google around me and found a Smoothie King in East Fort Myers. Plenty of parking out front and it had a large outdoor patio area with a huge seating table. Inside was much smaller than some of the other locations but had several tables. We ordered the Peanut Paradise with Whey Protein 720 calories at $7.29 with only one large size. It was prepared in less than two minutes by the staff. It was freezing cold, mixed perfectly and great tasting. They also sell cookies at the front counter in addition to wraps and small sandwiches for under ten dollars. The carribean jerk chicken wrap is my favorite which I ate in the past at another location. The store and bathroom were very clean. read more

If you order a Baja chicken wrap, or any wrap you only get lettuce, which you cant take off for some reason on Uber eats... everything you asked for EXCEPT No chicken!! Everytime I've ever ordered a wrap, it never came with a single sliver of chicken. When I ordered my wrap to go. I bit out of it 5 times, no chicken. The cashier was really friendly! We had a quick chat about being vegan because I ordered the Chia Banana Boost which is my Favorite!!!!!!! I also got a Chipotle flat bread with no bacon and vegan meat! She explained to me that everyone that day was getting the vegan meat and that it was really popular that day. I explained to her that I'm in the process of going back vegan! All and all, my experience was a good one! There were other people there as well and no one waited for a long time before she brought out their smoothie or food! I would most definitely return if I'm on that side of town again. I had never noticed the tropical smoothie in the little shopping center by my house so i stopped in to give it a try. When i walked in the restaurant was nice, bright and clean. After the person ahead of me put in their order the cashier disappeared to the back (presumably to make it) for about 5 minutes. As I was about to leave they popped their head out to ask if I had been helped. After having some time to review the options I ordered the cuban sandwich. When I bit into the sandwich it had a nice crunch and it came with a decent amount of pork. I wish the whole thing had some more flavor though. It wasn't bad, i've just had better. I've had good experiences from Tropical Smoothie before; I must have just come at a time when the staff was spread a little thin. I'll definitely stop by again and give them another try read more

This place has really gone down hill. Has always had a burning plastic small inside, which you can also taste in the food. The employees are a mess. Keep having you repeat your order to them, then they serve you the wrong meal. Took forever, so I asked for a refund but they were able to get it out quickly. Honestly, I didn't even want to eat from here after I saw how it was ran. Complaining, using bad language, running outside a few times while I was there. One person was using gloves but I don't believe the others were. Just didn't seem very sanitary or safe to eat from. read more

I ordered my smoothie ahead of time on the app. I chose to do curbside pick up. No where did it say specifically where to park. It asked for the make and model of my car and color along with telling me that gps would be tracking me so I didn't have to notify them when I arrived. Yet after waiting for 10 min for my drink, I went in only to be told If I was parked on the other side they could see me from inside the store so they didn't know I was there. Yet their app says it tracks my arrival? Maybe put designated signs up if you want me to park somewhere convenient for you. read more

Food was ok - smoothies were great! Wait time was horrendous - very disorganized. Got two of the three food items I ordered, had to wait for the last item an additional 10 mins, only for them to bring me the wrong type of wrap. Had to wait at least 20-30 additional mins for my smoothie, while people who ordered after me got their smoothies and food items ahead of me. Had to take my wrap back 2 times because they gave me the wrong one, then gave me another one with ingredients I specifically asked to be taken out, and then they finally got it right the third time. I would really like to divide this into two separate categories, as the stars are skewed for both the meal and smoothie. The smoothies were very good - 3 star worthy. Choices were plentiful and the option to add extras was decent. Incentive to discount smoothie with an order of a meal was taken advantage of (an additional $3.50 for the smoothie). On the food side - 2 stars: it lacked me wanting to run back to this location. Order of the "pick two tacos" (Cilantro Lime Fish and Smoked Jalapeño Chicken) shared by two people and a Tzatziki Steak eaten by one person. The fish taco made the consumer's tongue swell immediately from an over bearing of spice. The Chicken lacked any of the smoked or hot flavors that should have been on it. The person with the Steak, who is highly sensitive to spice, took one bite and could not finish the meal. Not once was she told the steak was the same mix that Tropical Smoothie uses to make its spicy steak meals. The ingredients listed on the board do not mention any type of spice mix. It was even to the point that she asked if it was spicy and was told no. She ended up speaking to the manager and wanted her money back, but that was not an option. In the end, she received a coupon for a buy one get one smoothie. Although she took it, this should not have been acceptable. Will I go back? Maybe for a smoothie and probably not for food. read more

This tropical smoothie never fails to mess up my order. I ordered my food online in an attempt to get it quicker, because I am in a rush and have somewhere to be. I get there, and it's wrong. But the ticket is printed correctly? I went up to the counter, only to get confused looks towards me, instead of an apology. Last time I came here, I ordered online ahead of time, and it took 40 minutes for them to make my 2 smoothies, because the staff misplaced the order ticket. Moral of the story, don't order online. Their Thai chicken wrap is super good. Fresh, crunchy, slight hint of spice and tastes great, obviously. I also had the detox smoothie with no sugar added. I'm not sure what normally comes in it but I do know that mine came with pineapple, ginger and lots of greens blended together. I'll be back for sure. read more

I went during lunch time and yes there was a line, but what do you expect. The line wasn't bad, it moved fast and there was roughly 6 people in front of me.
