Tropical smoothie has been a very nice and enjoyable food option for my wife and I, for more than 5 years. Whenever we are on the go but don't want to have fast food. We get a chia Banana boost with peanut butter smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap! We love that we can order, on our way to the store, pick the food and smoothie up and keep going. Had a bad experience at this location. My smoothie tasted good, exactly as I expect from visiting many other TSC locations. That's the only reason this experience gets a star. But the service was horrible. I ordered online and arrived at the time my meal was quoted to be ready (15 minutes after ordering). There weren't any items in the online pickup shelf so I sat at a table in plain view of the employees. For the next 15-20 minutes I watched some of the employees throw ice at each, throw ice into the different ingredients, and put ice down each others clothes. My meal took over 30 minutes to prepare because of the lack of focus. Another patron had apparently received their smoothies already but waited the entire 15-20 minutes that I was there for his food and had to ask for it. By the time that I did receive my meal the wrap had gone cold because it had been ready at least 10 minutes before - I could see it sitting on the counter but didn't realize it was mine. It's not like this location was slammed with a lot of orders either. The staff never checked in with me, not a word was said to me, and there was never any initiative to complete orders. I have been to numerous TS in different cities and states. I have never had any issues. On a recent trip, I went to this location and my experience was terrible from customer service and food quality. I put in an online order around 7:15 pm. The food was suppose to be ready around 7:25 and I arrived TS around 7:35. Before I walked in, I wasn't sure if this was open because most of the lights were off. I walked to the pickup shelf and the 3 smoothies I ordered where there. The quesadilla & wrap I ordered were no where to be found. After a few minutes, I asked the 4 TS employees who were sitting at a table playing on their phones if my wrap & quesadilla were still cooking. One employee got up and said that he thinks the kitchen is closed and a refund could be issued but he will go check with the manager. The manager came out and said that he could make the food and it would only take 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later, I got my food. While I waited several customers walked in and they were told the kitchen was closed so they could only buy snacks. I asked the employee what time the place closed and he said 8. I was a bit confused because on the TS app and Google it says it closes at 9pm. When I got to my hotel, the quesadilla was fine and the wrap was flattened and burnt. I don't know if flattened & burnt wraps are the new way but I prefer the old way. Short of it, avoid this location until they can bring it up to standard. read more

I've been here a couple times and there's nothing bad to say. It's clean and quiet. The employees aren't bad. The one today was friendly and nice! The smoothies are pretty big for $6. They have food for a quick bite too. You can add add-ons in your smoothie for an up charge. They offer Uber eats. Each time I've been here, I've been in and out! I'm pleased. read more

My friend and I came in and ordered in front of two people, but we ended up waiting 25 minutes before we got our food because nobody was doing anything. You can see in the back from the waiting area and everyone working was just conversing and not doing anything and texting on their phones. After waiting 15 minutes, the person who literally took our order came out and asked if we needed anything like we had just walked in. we said we were waiting on our food and they said wow that's crazy and went to the back. Then five other people proceeded to come out and finally started making our food which still took about 15 minutes. Our order was handed to another group and then the worker took it from them and gave it to us. What in the ....?? I don't want my order after someone else has handled it. Plus they are not attentive to when you are placing the order, we order one of the smoothies as a junior (it was the kids size) they charged us and gave us a regular size which is not what we wanted. Tieing in on their lack of attention to details and service their equipment has the incorrect time stamp on the receipt. Any trying to understand what we ordered and why it was so much would have been easier if they gave me the correct receipt. First and last time at this location. The workers didn't look like they wanted to be there and looked unhappy. Not faces you want to see in customer service. read more

Slow service. Super slow. Smoothie was ready 15 minutes after promised time and that was only after my husband had to to in and ask. My teen daughter had been sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes. He said both employees looked less than thrilled to be at work and in customer service. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I was the first in line to order two drinks. Shortly after a crowd came in. Instead of going through the line and making the drinks IN ORDER of the line. He proceeded to make TEN drinks before making mine. Simply because "others order the same" so he was batch making. His attitude was also awful. After asking politely if mine can be made first because I just see the fruits sitting in the blender on the counter waiting, he responded rudely and started to bang things around and smash things. What could have been a maybe a 15 minutes wait time turned into 30 minutes. The other lady who rung me up, in charge of food was very kind and efficient. However, just this experience alone with the other worker made it an unpleasant experience to the point where I am very upset. I've been here multiple times and everything is great. I've noticed there have been some new teenage hires and I am very impressed with the quality service they provide. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we were immediately greeted with a "hello, how are you?" from a boy working there. However, when we got to the register to order, a girl (I think by the name of Destiny, thats what my receipt says) came up. She did not say anything at all. She just looked up. No "hello, what can i get for you?" Nothing. She just stared and waited for me to I guess tell her what I wanted. She did not even smile or talk the whole interaction, just stares. When I did tell her what i wanted, I asked for my smoothie to be extra blended. Then we waited almost 20 minutes for the smoothie to be ready. Definitely the slowest Tropical smoothie I have ever been to. Not to mention, my boyfriend asked again for the smoothie to be extra blended and of course, it wasn't. I understand having bad days, but I also have a customer service job and treating the customers this way is not a way to keep customers at your business. Please do better for the next customers. Customer service here is horrible! I ordered with the app and I will never return to this location. My drinks were being held behind the bar, even though I ordered mobile. I waited and waited by the pickup area and was never acknowledged. I tried to get their attention and was ignored. I was directed to the main line which was almost out the door. When I received my drinks, they were definitely melted. There's no point in ordering mobile at this location since you'll have to wait in line anyways. read more
