9/13/2025; around 1 PM I encountered a very friendly cashier, but during the ordering process, I received my sandwich without the smoothie I had ordered. I clarified that I have not received my smoothie. What I perceived as the manager got irritated and told me they were working on it. I sat down quietly for 5 minutes. My smoothie had not come forth. I got up, went to the counter, and checked on the process of my smoothie. Come to found out, my order to make to smoothie has not been attended. A worker realized it and informed me that it is about to be addressed. So I sat back down for another five minutes, waiting. I got up to the counter again to check on the status. The employees at the blenders are working away, and I'm just standing there. Finally, the same young lady, stop she was doing, went to the blender that was making my smoothie, took the pitcher off the mechanism, pour it in a cup, put a lid on it, and handed to me. My family and I order from this restaurant quite often but it never fails, almost every other order is missing something. Tonight we didn't get any of our sides. I called the restaurant back and they suggested I bring my receipt and they would give me my sides. I explained we had the food delivered for a reason, we couldn't come pickup the food. I then advised we order often and every other delivery is missing something. She told me they try to be more careful and suggested maybe I can go through the delivery service to try to get a refund. I advised I ordered through their website not a third party. She said yeah but the third party would have to handle it. I told her the third party isn't the problem. The restaurant is. Have been here a few times and it's just okay. Disappointed by the wait time and the açaí bowls aren't as good as other smoothie places. If you must go here, order through the mobile app. Do not order in person because they prioritize the mobile orders. Just spent 10 minutes standing, waiting for someone to take my order. Meantime, several mobile orders came in after I had gotten here (you can see them pop up on the screen). When I asked them to prioritize my order because I got here first, I was informed that no they couldn't because the mobile orders were placed before they could take my order. So.,. lesson learned. I came in one night , it was a staff of maybe 4 teenagers , and one elder. The woman was extremely helpful & professional . She engaged in friendly conversation the entire time. Take this review into deep consideration before ordering from this place. I regret every minute i spent Interacting with this specific chain. Not only will they not allow you to refund your order after canceling- but the food is mid. Bottom of the barrel quality if i have to be specific. Might as well eat the food out of the garbage or make it yourself. Not only did i have to go 30 minutes out of the way because they wouldn't allow me to refund my order. I went in today craving a smoothie, the gal at the checkout counter saw eyeing the cookies and picked out the best looking snickerdoodle and said it was her favorite. (It was delicious) When my order was ready, the other gal ran my smoothie around the counter for me since my big pregnant belly was probably going to get in the way. When I heard they had smoothie bowls now I was beyond excited because I only go to Jamba Juice, which has one location and the buoy bowl food truck, which is hard to find. I was so excited because I thought I might be able to get a good smoothie bowl pretty much at every tropical smoothie. Then I saw how little açaí it had in the bowl. The açaí isn't even blended with anything. It is nasty. The granola taste like the nature valley hard granola and the fruits are soggy. I can't believe a popular chain would allow such rude people to work for them, and not one, but all 3 that we encountered. To laugh in the face of a guest when telling them we got the wrong food is beyond rude, and two of them did this, like it was a joke. The food was disgusting, they refused to bring curbside to our car when we checked in, didn't answer the phone, didn't label smoothies so we knew which was which, and the food was terrible. DO NOT ORDER the shrimp quesadilla. You'll get rubbery microwaved shrimp (no bbq) pineapples (no pineapple salsa) and the entire thing must have been just slapped in a micro for a few seconds. Whatever location I go to, I always get the same thing: detox island green smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap. Absolute worst customer service! I walked in this evening super excited to order my smoothies. After 15 minutes of waiting, no one acknowledged my presence. Typicallly, when a place of business is busy they take the time to let the customer know they will be right with them. Needless to say, the 3 young females working neglected to greet or even speak to me. As previously mentioned. 15 minutes go by( I know, why did I wait that long? In my mind I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as I noticed they were working on mobile orders). I finally asked one of the girls if I was going to be helped? Well 2 of the girls gave me a blank stare like I was crazy. I turned to look at the one and only other customer in the store and she was shocked too that I got a zero response. Even after all this NONE of the females apologized, they didn't say anything whatsoever. I was astonished at their rude behavior. I ended walking out as this establishment will NOT be gaining my business. I left disappointed and came straight home to my teenage daughters and shared with them my experience. Because after something like this I never want them to treat a customer the way I was treated. I understand that times are difficult and the food industry is experiencing lack of employees. However, this was not the case here. This was lack of etiquette, lack of manners, and lack of customer service. Clearly I'm not crazy or overreacting as the majority of the reviews are regarding the same reason. Note to the owners, you may want to have a talk with these rude girls. I was very excited for this location to open! However each time I go my order is either not ready and they do not start making my smoothie until I'm there, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time or the smoothie does not taste right. I was at this location today, and horrible doesn't even begin to describe my experience. The cashier that helped me (name on order was something like jazz) told me my order would be right out. 20 minutes I'm still waiting. Watching her make online orders for people who aren't even in the damn store while I've been waiting. Finally, she approaches me. She had no record of me placing an order. Then had the nerve to tell me I probably ordered from a different tropical smoothie. (Yea.. I ordered with her... At the register) she told me she was making it now. Once again, watches her make 2 other smoothies before mine, then when mine was done in the blender, she STILL set up the other orders before mine. She treated the customers with kids differently. We all had to wait over 20 minutes and our orders numbers got "lost". The manager needs to teach the cashiers, door dash orders do NOT come before people who have been waiting for a half hour. After about 5 minutes of waiting, someone finally came from the back and said the system was down. Ok, understandable on that front. Unfortunately, the employees seem to have ruined this location, which is apparently pretty new - which is a huge shame.
