Pretty ok lunch, just average. We ordered the pair two lunch - the Japanese noodles with grilled chicken and the lemon Parmesan broccoli. The broccoli was very good. The grilled chicken was not very good, no seasoning and just meh. The kids Mac and cheese was good. Our order was ready when promised, the pick up area was a little confusing - there was a sign but our food was closer to the employee area so I waited for someone to give it to me. Not in the mood to cook? Want pasta?? Specifically Mac and cheese? Look no further. This spot is my go to for a consistent Mac and cheese! My comfort order is to add meatballs. It looks like they just ramped up their menu and now have some Korean inspired noodles. My friends who tried those dishes said they were decent- not authentic by any means but it's a good quick meal. Pro tip for here would be to always ask for extra sauce on the side! I took away some stars because service here is not always consistent- more often than not I have ended up waiting for 20+ min on an online order. Yeah, alright. I wasn't expecting this one to have a high rating, but I'll give it one for the simple fact that our food was GOOD. It was filling, packed with flavor, and made for a wonderful lunch experience between shopping. I got the shrimp scampi, my girlfriend got the plain, three cheese tortellini pesto. We both enjoyed it, although hers looked and smelled so good that the next time we went I got the grilled chicken three cheese tortellini pesto combo. First time here. My daughter loves anything noodles and we came across one while we were in town for the weekend. I have mixed feelings about this place. We immediately noticed how hot it was in the restaurant. They have an extensive menu of pastas, proteins, and veggies. You can pretty much make your own or go off the creations on the menu. For my family of four our total for lunch was $72. When I saw that it made my stomach hurt. I was appalled to be honest. Considering it's a order at the counter and eat type of place. I didn't love the pad Thai and the shrimp was not very good. I wouldn't order that if you love pad thai. I did enjoy the side of Mac and Cheese. We ordered the potstickers for the table and they were meh. They were cold and less then flavorful. We asked a worker about the air conditioning and she said they had just gotten it fixed. But it was pretty brutal in there. The thing about this place is that when you order your noodle dish you the have the option to add your protein and then a side and drink. It adds up very quickly. It was my first time at Noodles & Co so I ordered some take out from this Brier Creek location during a week night. It wasn't crowded so I easily ordered from the menu board inside with no wait. I had the Penne Rosa pasta dish (spicy) and had them make the pasta gluten free shells which I appreciated that they offered. The dish is pasta in a tomato cream sauce with mushrooms and spinach. The mushrooms and spinach were small so they weren't overpowering in the dish. It comes in two sizes so I ordered the small one which was fairly small and would feed only one person or a child. You can add chicken, meatballs, etc. on top for an addition charge, but I did not. So I added a side of the cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread also comes in 2 sizes so I ordered the small one (3 small pieces of bread). The pasta is definitely spicy where my mouth was burning after. Despite that, the flavor is yummy and the ingredients are fresh. The garlic bread was decent though small. This place is best as a lunch spot due to the portion size related to the price. read more

A nice place for vegetarians and carnivores, as well as gluten free peeps to meet. Friendly greetings, and I like that the nutrition values are right out in plain sight. I ordered the zucchini romesco bowl and should have added additional veggies. The broccoli in it was a bit sparse. As everything is made to order, I would have added spinach and perhaps some tofu. I'm pretty sure I only come here during the fall because that's when they have their Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese which is my favorite thing. I came looking for it during the spring and they said they don't keep the ingredients year round so it's definitely a great fall comfort food. Tonight was my first time at the briar creek location and parking was very easy. The employees were nice and my food came out really fast. I must admit I always get the regular portion instead of the small so I can have enough for lunch the next day. While I find the place somewhat interesting, I also find it somewhat limited in menu selections. I brought my bride and tween here for dinner on a very busy thursday evening. After the experience was over, I found myself to be a bit concerned as well. The food wasn't bad, not spectacular, and maybe a little pricey. The young lady at the register wasn't allowed to ring up a beer, so we had to wait for someone with that authority to come up and do that. Apparently, the place is short staffed, too, because the only person in the house who could ring up the beer was spending their time doing dishes and had to be pulled away from that. Seating for 3 or more is very VERY limited. Most tables are set up for 2, all of the booths were taken, the areas where any tables that could be put together were already taken, so we had to choose a bar style table up front by the entrance, or sit at a "bar" like area and most of that was taken too. The table we were able to choose was still dirty from the previous guests who had used it, either that or whoever cleaned it off just did a poor job of wiping it down. We asked for the table to be wiped down, however, the rag used to wipe it down at our request was looking like it had been used to mop a floor; it was that yucky. Extra napkins were in order so that nothing going in my mouth touched the table top. We'll probably try it again on another trip to Brier Creek. I'm thinking our visit was a bit of an anomaly based on how busy the place was and the date (hint - the 4th). read more
