They were all very focused on doing end of day closing checklist (2 hours before closing) that they weren't paying any attention to customers in there or helping out making food so we could leave. At one point the manager was talking to another employee across the front area about getting her "a** beat" as a kid if she didn't wash dishes correctly, while they were talking about closing and trying to leave early. To say I was uncomfortable the entire time is the understatement of the century and honestly I don't think you could pay me to go back it was that bad. Eventually they comped the food -- which still had not arrived -- but still charged us for drinks. The attitude from staff also became noticeably rude and dismissive. The most frustrating part was that multiple employees walked past our table, saw four empty glasses, and never once offered refills or even an update.
