We paid more for a ONE WAY to the cruise terminal than we paid for ROUND TRIP from another cab company. Would not deliver us to inside the Cruise Terminal (not a taxi fault, the Port is charging all cab companies to enter) so we had to walk with 4 bags to the ship. Would not have taken this if we had been notified would not go all the way to the ship.

I had to yell for him to stop the van. the van was filthy, with no AC, 2 long cracks in the windshield, the check engine light was on, the temperature read 101 degrees, (which has to be a violation for a service vehicle) then he stated the air would be on in a minute when there was clearly no air. When he cut the AC unit only heat blew out burning our feet and legs during the 1 hour ride. it was so hot one of our family members got faint and almost passed out and i ended up having an ashma attack and had to to go to the emergency room. We had to ask him to roll down the windows to get some relief. By the time we arrived at the airport at 12:30 we had to sprint to catch our flight. In addition, 2 members of our party stayed an extra day and was to be pick up by Herbert Foreman's tranportation service. Which he failed to do, by the the he called them hours later they had already been forced to take an uber to get to the airport. 3rd warning save yourself the aggravation and stress and book with any other company but not HF transportation services. The woman who answers the phone at Island Breeze Shuttle was rude from the second she picked up. She had a attitude about everything I said. Instead of being kind she was condescending. If she is a owner god help us......I couldn't remember the exact date of my booking, and instead of helping me, she acted irritated and completely dismissive. After giving me attitude, she finally agreed to search by my email address. Then she made a comment, saying that in all her years she had "never heard such an asinine comment." Completely uncalled for. When I told her I didn't appreciate how she was speaking to me, she hung up on me. This is not how you treat customers. I own a shuttle business myself, and I would never treat my clients the way this place treated me. If this is their idea of customer service, I can only imagine how the actual service would be. Beware--you won't get the service you expect here. I tried supporting a local company, and this is what I got in return. Terrible experience. One star only because zero isn't an option.

Thankfully, a helpful driver from the 10am shuttle tried to assist by contacting the company to bring the original driver back, but it took over an hour for the shuttle to return--right in the middle of peak traffic. This caused unnecessary stress and put several families at risk of missing their flights. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We will not be using this shuttle service again and would strongly advise others to look for a more reliable option.

He was very helpful with the luggage and we had a very pleasant drive to our hotel that evening. On our return trip, we left the cruise port, walked about a block and he was there within minutes. He picked us up and took us to a hotel near the same airport. He was on time, he was very professional and fun to be with! We highly recommend Galveston Limousine and we especially enjoyed Mike!!
