Came in with my 2016 370 z and I messed up the transmission to the limit, Mike was super helpful…read moreand helped me with an expensive job! I totally recommend this shop... my car difficulty is 5/5 and these guys handled it with ease. Super affordable as long as mikes there. 5 starts easy

I had an awful experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car…read morein to have the transmission rebuilt. The owner called me and said it was the worst possible scenario and would cost the highest price they charge. I trusted them and paid the full amount, hoping to have a reliable car again. The car drove once and then wouldn't start. When I called to report the issue, they immediately tried to blame me--saying it must have been something I did. It turned out the computer programming (which they outsourced to another company across the street) was done incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket to tow my car back to them, and the owner refused to reimburse me, arguing with me the entire time. They kept my car for another full week. When I finally picked it up, it started--but the A/C no longer worked, even though it was working perfectly before. When I called, the owner dismissed it and said it was just a "coincidence" that it went out at the same time. Every time I brought up a concern, he backpedaled to avoid responsibility. Later, a mechanic inspected the A/C and said it looked like parts were broken--right around where they would have installed the battery. On top of that, the incorrect programming kept frying my battery, and I had to buy two replacements. When I got my car back the second time, the brackets for the battery weren't even reinstalled--they were just left on the floor of the car. The final straw was when I noticed greasy, oily handprints all over the inside roof and visor above the driver seat. When I called to ask about it, the owner responded sarcastically with: "You're upset about a little dirt inside the car?" He was incredibly rude, did poor-quality work, broke things, and refused to take accountability for any of it. To this day--five months later--my car still isn't fully repaired. It continues to have issues, but I'm too afraid to bring it back to them even though I have a warranty through their shop. That's how little trust I have in them now. I ended up having to take out a second loan and buy a new car because I had already paid everything I had to fix this one--and they left me with an unreliable mess. This place caused more damage than repair and has zero professionalism or integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

When I tell you this place saved my life I mean it. My finance and I were on our way to Sedona from…read moreCalifornia when my Jeep broke down due to the transmission being done. We were miles away from home in the middle of the road and had to tow my car to the nearest transmission place, and thankfully it was this one. They didn't have appointments available but they still squeezed me in and where able to give me an answer the next day and by the end of the week the parts to my car where ordered and by the following week we were back in AZ picking up my jeep. Everyone was extremely kind to us and made sure we felt safe and in good hands. Honestly if my car ever has problems again I'm running straight back to PV to get it looked at because that's how amazing and good they were LOL. I would recommend this place to anyone, everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful !

Finally after Prescott Valley transmissions mis-diagnosed my transmission problem, costing me $347…read morefrom them and $668 from another garage that put in a new ECM, which PV transmission said was the issue, it wasn't. I brought it to another Transmission shop and it was just a connection on the wiring harness. I found this out after bringing it back to PV transmission and they said I now needed a new transmission, which was BS, the new harness fixed the issue. They don't stand by their work, lie about their mistakes and lie about what they told me. The wife is very well versed in lying. These guys are a joke. The owners wife actually denied everything, stood by the new transmission lie and made up "notes" and quotes I never saw. I have the original bill with the work done, none of her "notes" are on the original invoice. Please save your self some money, go some where else. I have already steered a lot of friends and family away from their business. I will keep doing that as a public service.
