Since I started seeing Jamie regularly my skin has never looked better! Every time I have a facial with her within days I literally have people complimenting me on how smooth and beautiful my skin looks!!! She did her normal magic... several cleansers, scrub, peel, toner, serum, microdermabrasion, then I got the extra special green light therapy to help calm the redness. This all started when I made a seemingly benign trip to get my brows done. "All done!" as she holds up the mirror -HOLY HELL!!! I literally almost fell of my chair how is my skin this bad?! I literally have huge pores, serious skin congestion, uneven skin coloring, spots of hyperpigmentation... my skin is literally begging for a facial. Not even the best pigmented foundation can hide this. As I sat in the chair I frantically and thoroughly scoured the internet for the best facials and estheticians in Orange County. This is when I stumbled upon Jamie. And I am sooo glad I did. What lured me in was the Yelp deal advertised. It's a really good deal! I called Jamie and quickly received a vm call back saying that I can text her when I am free and she would find a way to squeeze me in. Maybe it's just me but I love texting as opposed to calling (maybe I'm just antisocial or whatever). Tru Skin Rituals is situated in an industrial type building with ample parking which I loved- I mean no one wants to be scouting out parking and parallel parking on Coast Highway on a Sat at high noon. I walked in and she was waiting right on time expecting me. She escorted me upstairs into a zen/spa room which was immediately relaxing. She evaluated my skin and I told her to just do whatever treatments she thought I could benefit from. I had mentioned to Jamie that I'd love to someday just wear tinted moisturizer or mineral powder instead of caking on foundation- a pipe dream I thought- I was shocked that she didn't erupt in hysterical laughter...never did I ever think that day would be today. I could tell throughout the whole process this woman has a way with skin. Through the steaming, masks, exfoliants, extractions and everything in between including thee best shoulder massage. She knows her stuff. It was also the way she worked on my face- I could just tell she had been dong this a long time. Since I have an upcoming wedding she mentioned that they have a whole Bridal Facial Package not advertised online to get your skin in tip top shape in time for the big day which I fully intend on taking advantage of. When Jamie held up the mirror I was SHOCKED. She is truly a miracle worker. I walked out wearing nothing but mineral powder on but it looked like I had HD foundation on that's how good her facials are. She didn't up sell and wasn't pushy which I loved. She couldn't have been nicer, seriously. She showed me some products she thought were cool but no pressure at all. At the end she gave me free samples to try.
