I would say this company is definitely a must do again in the near future For our catch up cleaning. Not only did they scheduled and take care of us over the phone for Our appointment in a super professional and nice manner but the two techs that came to our home and did a outstanding Job. Koda & Trey are a must for your Techs when your apt time is up. They made sure to do a 30 min courtesy check in call. When they showed up they were both polite and made sure to explain everything that they were gonna do for us. Koda showed us our inspection videos of our vents and explained that It would help to do our deep cleaning for our home. Our childern suffer from horrible allergies so they are now going to be able to breath in their own house thanks to them. Also as a plus they did our dryer vent that we asked to be tacked on and they were super fast about it! Now we won't have to worry about it for another 6-7 years, Trey was very Thorough about it and they cleaned it all up as well! Great contractors for this company. Josh, Dakota, and Scott came and cleaned the air ducts of my grandmas house. All of them had great customer service and were super friendly. It truly felt like I had a bunch of friends over working on the house. Josh went over before and after photos, details on what had been done, and also recommendations for the future. My grandma is very skeptical about having strangers in her home, but before I knew it her and the guys were laughing and making jokes. Definitely using them again in the future! read more

My appointment started off with a scheduling mishap an no fault of TruAir. I was somehow booked with 2 different companies for the same day/time by a dispatching company. Luckily Kota and Trey were the first to show. By the time they got there I was completely confused and quite honestly feeling uneasy. They quickly eased my nerves and got to work. They were both very nice and worked hard to ensure our satisfaction. Will definitely be calling them back when it's time! read more

I am writing this review because I think its fair to say I was definitely ripped off by this company. I had 2 men come in one had long braids. Long story short, I just had another company come in today and do a cleaning of my HVAC system. So I'd like to start off by how truair performed. I purchased a groupon for truair maintenance cleaning for two systems and full inspection. On September 18, 2022 and redeemed it the day I got the cleaning which was September 20,2022. Yes I know almost a year later. The groupon was $64, I thought I was getting a great deal. They came in my home connected their suction machine to 1 vent downstairs & ran it for 15-30 mins. Vacuumed my vent with the filter and proceeded to tell me that I had mold growing and would like to sanitize it with a nontoxic chemical in a steamer WITH AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $400. My husband and I decided it was best to do it because we have 2 babies and we have all been having allergies. So they did that to all the vents. And left. Did I mention above that I paid for 2 systems? They only suctioned downstairs and I have 2 different units, they never brought the big machine upstairs, nothing. Basically all I got was a 15-30 min suction of my downstairs, filter vent vacuumed with a backpack vacuum both up and downstairs, dryer vent cleaned, and a $400 "disinfect" which was basically a $5 bottle of chemicals and water in a steamer. What a joke. Today I realized what a terrible job truair did and how much they ripped me off. I had a company come in today that opened every vent/ return and cleaned them all out with a spinning brush with pressurized air, that way it pushes all the debris to the strong suction, put a strong suction in the upstairs and downstairs vent, blow out my HVAC unit, cleaned dryer vent, inspect my units, sanitize/ disinfect all vents, and replaced my filters for the same price I paid truair. All I can say is you get what you pay for, $64 groupon you get half assed work and 2 people who scam you $400 to wet "steam" all the dirt in your system that wasn't cleaned out. Probably made the "mold" worse. The company that came today took a picture of every thing they cleaned, guess what? no mold. I attached a photo of my groupon to show proof it was purchased and redeemed. Please please please DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If I could give it zero stars I would! read more

I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. My dryer was leaving my clothes wrinkled and taking forever to dry. It is relatively new so I was ready to go through the warranty process, after a little research I discovered it might just be the dryer vent. Dakota came out and completely saved me. Not only did they service the dryer, I went ahead and had my vents done since I have a new baby on the way, and I am constantly dusting. I cannot tell you how clean everything feels and fresh. I never realized how important it was to service these things. They sanitized everything in the end and my air quality just feels better. They were super respectful, and professional! Dakota and Tray were fantastic. They were polite and mindful. They were more than happy to work around me working from home and dealing with my dogs. They showed me videos of my duct work before and after the deep cleaning. The diffrance was night and day. I also purchased an electro static filter. Between the cleaning and new filter I have noticed a huge dirreance in the dust and dirt that would bulid up in the home. Before they came the amout of dust my dogs would bring in was unbearable I was having to dust EVERY 2 days. I had Tru Air come to my home to service my dryer vent. After they cleaned all the lint and debris out of the dryer vent they offered and full video inspection of the AC system. Come to find out my vents haven't been cleaned since before I bought my home two years ago. Dakota and his team were respectful, honest, and they did a fantastic job cleaning my Airducts. This was a very pleasant experience for me. I needed my air ducts cleaned and decided to go with this company. It turned out to be excellent service. Tray and Koda were very efficient and personable. They explained every aspect of the job. Both young men worked hard and did their jobs.
