They came out the same day and we contacted them; we were dealing with a home warranty company (which is a nightmare within itself) anyways; Kari (the owner) got approval quickly and was installing a new unit within a day. Super awesome! Everything up to this point was amazing! The new unit just didn't work properly; it wouldn't maintain temperature and it would just get hotter and hotter if the temp outside was over 95. They came out about 10 times to trouble shoot and try to figure it out. No one could figure it that out and then, here comes fall and winter so service and trouble shooting just stopped. Here comes spring and still dealing with the same issues. Again; they came out about 10 times, after all the trouble shooting and redoing of the duct work; replacing the coil, they finally ended up replacing the whole unit. After that was done, everything has been working pretty great. All of the techs that came to our house were also pretty amazing; polite; explained things to us. I have zero complaints about the techs. Now we are experiencing issues with our downstairs unit which is 17 years old now; so I reached out to Kari to see if they could come out to take a look. Her response was rude and really took me back. Mind you, I did post a bad review last year when we were living a nightmare and having them out several times with no fix to the issue. I honestly forgot I even posted the review, it was 10 months ago! She asked if my previous review was still up and if it was she would not respond to any work at our address. Seriously?? I would have been happy to change/update my previous review, but she didn't even try to ask me to, it was basically you take it down or we will not service your AC. It's really sad that she feels it's ok to conduct business in this manner. I'm not a hard person to work with and she acted as if she was doing me some sort of favor for going above and beyond for us, however; they installed equipment that didn't work, so they should correct the issue. We paid for a service and expected it to work. I love her techs and we unfortunately have to go elsewhere for our AC service needs, since she refuses to do business with us due to a review that I would have been happy to update had she simply just asked me to. I give 2 stars to this company for her rude behavior, but I give 5 stars to her techs, they really are all wonderful.

This company bought M&K who was the original AC company that installed our Bryan AC in 2015. The Technician looked at our system and was very knowledgeable about Bryant systems. He performed all the tests needed for a diagnosis. He said that the compressor was good and the expansion valve was good, but the fan motor was not performing as needed. He replaced the fan motor and acid cleaned the coils . Company refuses to take my calls for service after I spent $7500 for a new AC unit last year…read more The primary drain line in the attic was clogged. causing water to leack into the back up drain pan below the unit. The drain pan was not installed level, causing water to drip out and causing staing in my ceiling. The Condensate Overflow Safe-T-Switch failed to shut off the system. The primary PVC drain line wasn't installed to the correct PVC outlet. It goes out above a window on the second floor. It needs to be switched with the emergency pan PVC outlet that drains to the lower level of the house. I tried calling several times today. They must have my number blocked.
