This place is just like any other small used car lot, the place is full of snakes for salesmen…read more (Claudio & friends) I was sold a junk truck that had problems out the gate. I've heard from other drivers, that they too have had nothing but issues from this lot. The only reason they are still in business, is because they'll approve anybody to get financing through there in-house lender "transport funding". That's how they were even able to convince me to get a truck here. There trucks are way overpriced and refurbished fleet trucks. But again, they were the only ones that would approve me. I was turned away by other truck lots because I didn't have a CDL and because I had no experience. Which in the long run was the best thing that coulda happened to me. Unfortunately I stumbled in to this circus (Arrow). I wish I never had. I strongly advise anybody to please save your money and head to the hills before throwing you money away here at this lot. This lot ruined me financially and I was just trying to provide for my family. After its all said and done, I attempted to even return the truck at a fraction of the price that they sold it too me for, but ofcourse they knowingly sell junk, so why would they buy it back. I have had the truck for over a year and a half now. Luckily I have it paid off, but have only put 10,000 miles on it. How can someone be profitable when there equipment isn't dependable. I promise you this is not a post from a disgruntled customer, this is just a warning to others to do yourself a favor and stay away.

I bought a truck for around 37k 2013 Freightliner I was told by the dealer the front windshield was fixed the but a week in it rained it started taking in water badly so that was fabricated the truck broke down a week and a half of running the turbo went out and thank God I fell under the buyers assurance window of 60 days or would have paid for turbo which is very expensive and they say they run these trucks through several test and check out the truck that it works half way decent but that is obviously not the case in my experience and also the tires were about 9 year old recaps sold on the truck so definitely look for that if you decide to buy here they will blow on you like crazy and mess up your truck I had a blow out as well about a week in from start of putting the truck to work after I bought the truck and had to buy a whole new set of tires that set me back $2000 dollars because I couldnt risk the others blowing and the check engine light came on within a week and and a half of hauling loads and I paid $900 something for that and they seem like nice people from when I met them the product itself is not satisfactory in my opinion and I don't think you should tell buyers false information nor sell trucks with 9 year old recaps tires some where in that age range blow outs can cause alot of damage to your truck and others on the road if something is not fixed just say it's not fixed. I also have receipts for all that was stated I have to tell the truth because I know how hard it is when you invest sometimes your last dime to get into the business and all these unnecessary expenses when the truck was suppose to be checked out before I bought it by select trucks so hopefully this helps people who are trying to buy a truck and some things to look for good luck to all my fellow truckers the best of luck to you. Call me 903-752-6760 if you need proof of receipts

He invested his hard-earned money into this truck, believing it would help him grow his business and build his future. Unfortunately, it has only been a few months since he purchased the vehicle, and the engine has already gone out. It's extremely disappointing to see someone make such a major investment and be faced with a problem this serious so soon. People work hard for their money, and when they purchase a vehicle, they deserve honesty, reliability, and a quality truck they can depend on. I hope Sales Trucks of Houston takes situations like this seriously because behind every purchase is someone's hard work, dreams, and livelihood.

Mak Djahanshashi the branch manager at the Fontana location is a crook who falsified financial…read moredocuments to get a sale. Our deal was btw both the Fontana location and the Houston location where the truck was to be picked up. Mak, purposely falsely represented to Dakota Financial that we had secured insurance for the vehicle we were attempting to purchase, however we were unable to obtain insurance and he knew this. He bought a basic policy and submitted to Dakota Financing unbeknownst to us a policy that literally was good for only 30 days and only allowed you to drive it off the lot just so he could close the deal. We told him we were not moving forward as insurance couldn't be secured that was affordable and that would cover us long term. The finance company has been made aware of the fraudulent activity authorized by Mak and they immediately requested and have since received their funds back. Mak is refusing to refund $10K downpayment despite the agreement not being cancelled per their contract "b/c we decided to not move forward or found a better deal"; this was a deal that collapsed b/c we could not secure insurance to fulfill the terms of the finance company. We have made several attempts to recoup our money and the folks at the store are giving us the run around and ignore calls. When told that we are seeking legal representation and that the company will incur legal costs Mak texted and told us to call customer service for refund. To-date it's been a 2mos with no resolve. Mak ignored calls and the customer service manager Meagan, who he told us to call, has not resolved the matter after several attempts. She stated that she can't assist any further and apologized as she couldn't get any of the higher ups to take the call, that being Nazar Zadran who refuses to resolve the matter. It is my understanding that Diamond has changed the name of a few of its locations as Mak's location has been known to conduct shady business such as this. This is the 2nd review I am leaving and will be sure to post this on other platforms should this be ignored as well. Nazar the regional manager is just as guilty of the shady practices, to think they can keep 10K is absurd. Juan Navar a branch manager agreed and knew what Mak had done was shady and attempted to assist, just as Megan did but it was obvious that Nazar made it clear he was not refunding the money and that they were to no longer talk to us. Nazar and Mak are the bigger issues here. The contract they have in place goes against the Unfair Trade Practices Act/Consumer Protection Act/Deceptive Trade Practices Act. These people are crooks I would advise anyone not to do business with them and to read their reviews at all locations of similar occurrences. We will be getting an attorney.
