We brought it in & all they had done adjust something - didn't install any of the parts we had paid for. So my husband said just return the parts & give me a refund for $600. Basically $200 for the time spent returning them. JR said they couldn't. Bill said why not? There is a 90 day return policy. JR said they threw away the box. Bill asked why would you do that? It took awhile but he finally said they were using it as a display. REALLY? Hard to believe.
