What a disappointment customer service is horrible!! I went their to put my dog down was charged a lot to do it they rushed our family through the process and acted as if this wasn't a family member rude and inconsiderate during the process .. That was the first time there I felt maybe I was just emotional because of the circumstance so I brought my other dog there to get a blood draw to check for cancer as I called back after two weeks and not hearing anything I called to check for results the lady on the phone was rude and inconsiderate to me asking for results.. she placed me on hold but never put me on hold and I I could hear her bad mouthing me being very snarky to her coworkers about how I'm calling in wanting results she exclaimed to them she would keep me hold on hopes I would hang up and stated doesn't she get we will call her when we have the time! I then said hello I can hear you ...then was hung up on as I tried to call back I was sent to voicemail ... called the next day and asked for manager to explain what I had encountered and was told I would get a call back i did by the veterinary she said my blood results were inconclusive and they would have to retry again and they would give me a discount I already paid $400 for the first inconclusive results .. I was disappointed in the treatment I was given and the way my dog was treated.. never spoke to a manger to resolve the issue customer service is terrible!! Maria Calderon is the manager there and left me message never returned a call after I did and was given a letter for client termination!!! So be warned this place does NOT respect its clients and is aggressive and very rude to clients and pets would recommend never to go to this place they take your money and shut you out it's a hole in the wall dump for dogs!! Don't take your pets here!! I would give no stars read more

We took our dog to Dr Rodriguez and they were so busy with emergencies and other clients that we had to wait awhile, so they offered us to leave our dog there and go home til she was done with x rays, etc. Even though they were so busy, the staff and Dr Rodriguez made us feel as if we were the only clients. She took her time and even did a couple extra things to check our dog was okay before we left. Love this place!!!!! read more

I noticed Friday evening when I found my cat hiding beside the washer. This was unusual I picked her up gave her a hug and I thought she would be all right. I woke up Saturday morning couldn't find the cat anywhere I finally found her inside the kitchen cabinet Looking awful and she had respiratory issues. Call true blue . hey call True Blue Veterinary Hospital They have been taking care of my dog Jack's and my cat Hillary since they were babies. I called them right away on Saturday and the very best they could you see my cat on a Monday at 2:20 in the afternoon. I explained to true blue that I worried she would be dead by then.... Hillary passed away about 10:30 AM on that Saturday. True Blue Veterinary Hospital I will never give them my business again horrible horrible horribleth didn't give a damn about my dying cat. read more

We were greeted the moment we walked in by very kind staff.They saw Brutus within 10 minutes.Dr Cox and his assistant were very helpful and knowledgeable about Brutys issue. Brutus loved everybody there. The price was very reasonable. I felt that they were very honest and compassionate, which was very important when it comes to our little ham. read more

Very disappointed-I have taken every pet (personal and fosters) I've had to this vet at some point and time for routine appts in the past 11 years. Today tried to get my injured animal in and they wouldn't see him, said maybe tomorrow. Called Westside Animal Hospital also in Newman, mentioned cat vs dog injury and boom they made time. I had to give a one star rating to do the review but I wouldnt even give it that much. I called because i had a 4 week old stray kitten that was clearly in distress and needed to be euthanized. The kitten is going to die but I didnt want to have him suffer any longer than necessary after trying for two days to turn his fate around. They quoted me a price of $129.00 without cremation services. Thats obscene ! Its a.stray kitten that weighs anout 1lb. Now both of us will.suffer . I couldnt allow the kitten to suffer so although enraged over the price I called them back and they then told me they had no openings. OMFG My first opinion was clearly they put money over the well being of the animal now its clear that the well being of the animal. doesnt matter at all. Another reason why I llove animals more than people. . Clearly they did not take the oath seriously because there is nothibg dignified about in the choice to let this kitten suffer another part of the oath you disregarded. Shame on you! read more

Wish I could give the place an absolute zero, I've been bringing my pets there since before the new owners took over, and honestly I haven't had one good experience since then. The front office is run by very rude and disrespectful individuals the man is the worst. He has horrible customer service and they all don't know how to hold animals correctly. My dog is a very loving but she is absolutely terrified of the place. Which is strange because she is fine everywhere else I have taken her. Makes me believe that they are just going through the motions of animal care with no heart behind it. I've left her there twice for boarding and I will NEVER do it again. She didn't eat for 5 days and they didn't do anything to help her. She was teeny tiny from stress and hunger. I'm disgusted that they didn't call me to tell me that anything was wrong with her and when I picked her up I was horrified. read more

I was having a hard time making the decision to put my cat to sleep. True Blue did an amazing job with this hard decision. They were compassionate, caring, and very accommodating. I cannot express what a great experience this place left me with. They took great care of my fur baby, put me at ease and saw us right away. My poor doggy got what turned out to be a few brown recluse bites on his neck (yuck and ouch) which led to a long process of drainage, meds, cleaning and recovery all of which they made happen with ease. My baby is better than ever thanks to the wonderful people working here! They really do care and everyone there seems like they have that WANT to be there attitude unlike other places. Brought my fearful dog in for a procedure this week and was impressed by the staff. When I explained to the tech my dog is terrified of strangers, she went up to my large dog and laid down next to him to help him feel less threatened. Have used them for years and appreciate the special attention the showed for my dogs situation. I dropped off my dog 8 AM for a simple neuter. He was the second dog dropped off for the day. I expressed my desire to pickup my dog that same day to the check in staff (Steven). My dog just left surgery at 3PM, since he was moved to the an afternoon surgery spot, meaning I can not get my dog today. I've been coming to true blue before the name change. I've never had as many issues as I have with the front office. The old front office was great and had great customer service. The new lady I think her name is Kathy is horrible. She has failed to put my dog in grooming schedule three times and never apologized about it makes up off the wall lies to cover her but. Like they got my dogs mixed up or computer system erased all grooming apts. Very disappointed in them. Also same lady told me once, they keep Friday apts for regulars. How dare her tell me that, when I've been going to place longer than she has worked at place. Wish they changed front office staff. I hate having to deal with them. After taking my dog to several places in our location (and being very disappointed with the way they treated my dog) we decided to go with G Bar N.... Took my baby in last year for a mastectomy, I was a wreck! Dr. Cassiday was awesome and took the time to answer all of my questions before, during and after the whole process... About a month later my dog was back to normal and better than ever! The whole staff is amazing! Now its time for a yearly check up and its definitely worth the drive. read more

This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. From the front desk down to the Dr that works here. I've brought my dog here in change of her other vet because it was too far and this place is only a few blocks away. BIG mistake changing. No one greeted my dog on her first time coming and she was terrified and had a horrible first experience and now hates coming every time. When her shots are being given no one gets to her level and greets themselves they just walk in and grab her expecting her to be okay with it. I had to hold her down since 2 people didn't want to do it and giving her shots were horribly done as well. Today I took her in for grooming and since they have her file they knew who she was and she's a barker towards anyone new. As soon as we get there someone approaches her and then backs down saying "sorry we can't take her if she's like this" I have never been to a vet except this one where the workers don't get down to dog level and present a treat or even let her sniff them first. UNPROFESSIONAL and I've had it with this place. read more

When my big dog attacked my little dog at 11:30 pm I called them first. They didn't try to pressure me to bring him in immediately and incur the hefty after hours emergency fee. When we brought him in the next day they were gentle and very kind. Great office, fantastic staff! read more
