I called Apricot and I got an appointment the next day , he got tested for ear infection, and ear mite even if he he's only indoor cat they still at risk. He only have an ear infection while he was there, he got his rabies shot and they clean his ears. It was funny because he's the more wild of my cat in the latest told me that he was the sweetest cat ever how that possible lol he got a prescription for ear drops and he has been doing really good. Since then I want to ask one of the ladies if they want to come to give him a pet because the cat that he was there is not the same the one that I have home.

Just had our newly adopted rescue dog groomed by the wonderful family that operates Tails and…read moreNails. Our rescue is a senior chihuahua mix and her nails obviously had not been trimmed in a long time. One of the local pet rescues recommended Tails and Nails and they did a terrific job - they were able to safely remove more of the overgrown nail surface than we expected, which was great. She also received a bath to remove shedding hair and a conditioner to keep her comfortable during this dry weather. Our dog was happy and comfortable with all the staff and enjoyed exploring the fenced yard area after her grooming session. We were so pleased that we will be bringing in our senior Labrador for grooming as well. The prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of street parking right in front. Thanks, Tails and Nails!

Unfortunately the result was one of our dogs got a puncture wound on her front leg. We took her to Canal Vet for treatment. After an X-ray and wound care, our dog was given antibiotics and pain medicine to take at home. From the moment we arrived, Faith, a team member, met us with so much genuine kindness and compassion. She took such good care of our boy, but she also took care of us. Every time she was on shift, she took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, check in on Bear, and genuinely listen to our concerns. You could tell this wasn't just a job to her she truly cared about him and about what we were going through. In some of the hardest moments we've experienced, having someone like Faith there meant more than I can put into words. I also want to give a special thank you to Stephanie, another team member who took time out of her day simply to sit and talk with us. And I absolutely do not want to leave out all of the other incredible team member and doctors who were part of Bear's care. We may not remember every name, but we remember the kindness. Every person who came into his room, checked on him, cared for him, answered another one of our questions, helped keep him comfortable, or simply showed us patience and compassion made a difference. We saw how many people were working behind the scenes for our boy, and none of that went unnoticed. To every doctor who cared for Bear, thank you for being honest with us while still being compassionate.Thank you for treating him with dignity, gentleness, and love. Thank you for answering our questions, being patient with us, and giving us the time and space we needed to make the hardest decision we have ever had to make for our boy. Following a minor miscommunication regarding pricing from other staff members, an older employee became confrontational and began calling my husband names being racist to him!!. She even went as far as making inappropriate comments about our family and children. Regardless of any misunderstanding, there is never an excuse for staff to speak to clients in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.

I've never had to leave him longer than an hour and a half . After 4 hours I had to call asking about when he would be done. After another hour i went to pick him up. They said he urinated on himself and they have to clean him all over again. He has NEVER done that previously and I personally let him go before I took him inside. They had him for 5 hours and didn't think to see if he had to pee? As I'm trying to pay, my poor guy is dragging me toward the door. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. When we got home I noticed he had multiple lesions on his back and stomach. He was so itchy and red, this also had never happened before this. I don't know what they did to my dog but I don't recommend FAFO
