He only have an ear infection while he was there, he got his rabies shot and they clean his ears. It was funny because he's the more wild of my cat in the latest told me that he was the sweetest cat ever how that possible lol he got a prescription for ear drops and he has been doing really good. Since then I want to ask one of the ladies if they want to come to give him a pet because the cat that he was there is not the same the one that I have home.

I have two special needs pups and well as rescuing any cats in need. I had used them previously in a couple emergency situations for feral cats and had positive experiences. I have taken two of my three dogs in for issues, took two emergencies in with feral kittens and have had a couple of repeat dog visits. I have seen 4 of the Vets that practice here and have had positive experiences with all of them. The vet techs and front desk staff have also been great. They are helpful and make us comfortable as soon as we hit the door. I appreciate their service and will continue to use Apricot as our primary vets!

Called this morning to schedule an appointment and Dr. was booked but still made time for my baby the same day. My doggy was licking her paw and crying the night before. She had difficulty walking on it. I was concerned of infection and wanted to have her seen as soon as possible. As soon as I arrived, I called to inform front desk I was there. She provided me with a time frame before they could see my doggy because Dr. was finishing up surgery. About 5 minutes later my doggy was seen. Roughly 10 minutes later, Dr. came out and thoroughly explained next steps. My big fur baby (Rotty) loves her. Dr. is very patient and answered all of the questions I had. Also suggested I bring my baby in monthly to weigh her to monitor her weight (she's a full figure kinda gal ) and she's a little overweight. The vet techs are great and very pleasant. I am very thankful to have a Dr. like Suzy to medically care for my baby. Thank you!

She is kind, compassionate, caring and soo gentle with the animals. She always tries to find a solution to the animals' sickness. She goes above and beyond at the appointment and is so thorough with her examinations and explanations. I spent almost 1 1/2 hours at her clinic today with my cat. She called a specialist to consult with because she said she could not find anything wrong with the cat. Both of them decided we need more test for the cat, but I think she felt bad by looking at all the test and they were basically normal, so what do we do now? She gave me some advice, gave him some injections and we will see what happens. I was so glad it was not a serious issue and look forward to the next step with my cat. He is in such good hands She is my vet for life, and the prices are very reasonable, another big plus.

They treated my dog and I professional and were very caring. I made an emergency appt because my dog hurt his front paws while camping. I was able to be seen right away and I was charged a reasonable price, much lower than expected. My Bella, my rescue terrier, now 14 years old developed a left eye infection. I have had a…read moreprevious outstanding experience with Dr Singh's unbelievable surgical talent . He once put back together our cat, Sissy, she got run over. The x-rays were just heartbreaking. She had 13 fractures most of which needed hardware fixation. I could not believe it could be done, but very amazingly, he put her all back together. Sissy was up and and returned to her normal sassy self . She was running around again in 2-3 weeks. Last week he got a foxtail out of my Bella ( 14 years old Terrier), just with local anesthesia. He even did a fluorescence exam of her eye to make sure there was no corneal ulcer. Dr Singh and staff explained all costs before taking Bella back. I know he could've opted to say she needed a general anesthesia and labs, but he wanted to put her through as little as possible given her age, not to mention the added cost that would be involved. The staff all loved on my Bella. Miss Bella, instead of wanting to go back to the car outside, was pulling me back to the surgical area, almost like she wanted to say bye and thank you to the entire team. Dr. Singh and everyone was so gentle. Knowing Bella's sweet nature, and everybody's compassion, i'm not surprised , because at this age, she usually never wants to leave my side. I work in healthcare and after 30 years, believe me I can instantly "smell" the difference between humane and ethical care versus profit as the more important interest. Through the life cycles of five different pets, I am eternally greatful to Dr. Singh and his staff for being that " Diamond in the rough," especially at a time when a profit mentality is taking over both the human and animal healthcare industry. In summary, he is a fantastic doctor with a fantastic team.

Our rescue is a senior chihuahua mix and her nails obviously had not been trimmed in a long time. One of the local pet rescues recommended Tails and Nails and they did a terrific job - they were able to safely remove more of the overgrown nail surface than we expected, which was great. She also received a bath to remove shedding hair and a conditioner to keep her comfortable during this dry weather. Our dog was happy and comfortable with all the staff and enjoyed exploring the fenced yard area after her grooming session. We were so pleased that we will be bringing in our senior Labrador for grooming as well. The prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of street parking right in front. Thanks, Tails and Nails!

Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

Following a minor miscommunication regarding pricing from other staff members, an older employee became confrontational and began calling my husband names being racist to him!!. She even went as far as making inappropriate comments about our family and children. Regardless of any misunderstanding, there is never an excuse for staff to speak to clients in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.

I've never had to leave him longer than an hour and a half . After 4 hours I had to call asking about when he would be done. After another hour i went to pick him up. They said he urinated on himself and they have to clean him all over again. He has NEVER done that previously and I personally let him go before I took him inside. They had him for 5 hours and didn't think to see if he had to pee? As I'm trying to pay, my poor guy is dragging me toward the door. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. When we got home I noticed he had multiple lesions on his back and stomach. He was so itchy and red, this also had never happened before this. I don't know what they did to my dog but I don't recommend FAFO
