Outstanding good! Love this restaurant as t caters to everyone healthy/gluten free/vegetarian/filling needs! We started with their roasted veggie appetizer and everyone was more than satisfied. Extras: -Location is central so parking is an issue -Cocktail list is extensive and delicious. Especially when visiting the center of the ever populated and industrial downtown. The comfortable authentic green leather booths are a nice touch as well. Enough about the decor their food is absolutely legit. Mostly organic ingredients- they follow the dirty dozen list. Plentiful GF options like the margarita pizza (YUMMM) and the very popular seasonal autumn salad. Unique libations with ORGANIC alcohol and kids drinks with pizzaz! My daughter and I love to go her and chat it up. She is the best lunch date and this place is one of or regular jams because of the fantastic food. Service is typically good as well. read more

I've been here a handful of times, each as good as the last. Some of my favorites? Chia pomegranate limeade, kale avocado dip, margherita pizza, spaghetti squash casserole, & flourless chocolate cake. The service here is great, and the food comes out very timely. Everything is always really fresh, and you feel healthy when you leave. If you happen to catch them during Denver Restaurant Week, you'll get an excellent deal! Price point is a bit higher than average, but it's in Cherry Creek, so that's to be expected. Nice atmosphere that allows you to make reservations. What's not to like?! Update: I've now tried their brunch a couple of times, & it definitely doesn't disappoint. They are super accommodating (if I need a vegetarian substitution for meat), and everything is tasty! I was so glad to find this place. They offered so many options for all diet types. I had a burger with a kale salad and it was amazing. Wanting to try this place out for a while and we weren't disappointed. A great location and this place is big inside and I imagine it gets really busy. The service from start to finish was on point and very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is extensive and it was hard to make a choice seeing all the great options. I started with a very refreshing watermelon lemonade and then onto the Wild caught albacore tataki and edamame dumplings. Personally I preferred the tataki as the flavours exploded in your mouth and was very tasty! The dumplings were great but after seeing all the rave reviews, I was expecting more (still good) For the main we had the cashew pad Thai bowl and the inside out quinoa burger. The pad Thai had a lot going for it and the taste was on point! Loads of greens, noodles and I added steak to beef it up. The quinoa burger was actually really good, I wasn't expecting it and was really impressed. We finished off with the flourless chocolate cake as who doesn't like chocolate cake...it was delicious and yes I will be back. read more

That was the best meal I've had in a looong time! I'm usually skeptical of these trendy, healthy, natural, organic, what have you places. But this place definitely widen my eyes to a whole new way of cooking and eating. I'm a pretty healthy eater but I also like taste! So often you can't find both in one. I've posted pictures of the food I tried and I was not disappointed! Everything on the menu sounded delicious and after tasting a fraction of them, I highly recommended trying something other than your usual quinoa, or kale salads. They also make great cocktails. I was so disappointed to receive my order of a salad, guacamole and pita chips in 4 different plastic containers. Please True Food, can you make a switch to compostable materials? I wouldn't be mad if I received my pita chips in a paper bag instead of a plastic container. Receiving this order made me feel like you all have no care at all actually towards our bodies and planet. I often struggle between deciding on somewhere to eat out that sounds delicious or somewhere I know I can eat something that's good for me. Fortunately True Food Kitchen satisfies both of those requirements! It's a great place for lunch (haven't been here for dinner), and you will leave feeling energized to check out the shops around the area. I started with a drink they serve called the natural. You can order it hot or cold but I ordered mine hot. It has ginger, agave and soda in it, and it's very good! If you like hot tea you should definitely try this, although it doesn't taste exactly like tea. For lunch, I had the winter ingredient salad that has roasted cauliflower, brussels sprouts, squash, mulberry, pomegranate, white bean & horseradish vinaigrette. This salad was very good and was the perfect portion as well. I also had the soup of the day which was a thai coconut soup. It tasted very similar to a thai soup you might have at a thai restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait for lunch here on a Friday but it's definitely worth it. They will take your phone number and send you a text when your table is almost ready, so you can walk around the area while waiting if you prefer. read more

This review was solely for the Melville Pinot Noir wine. I am not usually a red wine lover but this piece really impressed me. I love its creamy and nutty hazelnut front note. Also being exclusive just to the restaurant which makes it even more precious. I also had the winter ingredient salad with Goji berry and shirataki noodles again. I have to say I was quite impressed by this place. I went for brunch a few weeks back and found that they had only been open a month, yet the food and service was spot-on. This place is heaven for anyone trying to eat healthy in the new year. Their brunch menu starts with a long selection of freshly juiced elixers ranging from $4-6, which is not a bad deal for that much juiced-in-front-of-you fruits and veggies. Their starters and entrees have a lot of Asian influence (1/3 to 1/2 of the menu), however there is a lot of standard breakfast fare if you're not feeling adventurous at 10am! I had the shirataki noodles with green curry, cauliflower, oyster mushrooms, and cashew and it was to die for. Probably not what everyone wants at 10am, but it was perfect! The other great thing is that over half of the menu is fit for vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten free diet. It's not the cheapest place in the world, but it's well worth every dime! read more

SO glad places like this exist. I'm happy to support them. My husband and I have been educating ourselves on the differences between what we were eating and the benefits of organic/non-GMO foods. It's nice that there are eateries like True Food Kitchen that help us make better decisions. I had the Kale-Aid to drink. It's really good! I felt it nourishing me as I drank it. You can order any of their salads in either full or half sizes so, I ordered a half size strawberry chopped salad. It had walnuts, artichoke, goat cheese (i think), and beans in it. It was good, but I was tired of it before I could finish it. I'd probably try a different salad if I ever get a chance to go back. For my main meal I got the Spaghetti Squash Casserole. It was small, but surprisingly filling! It was tasty. Overall a great dining experience and I felt good after leaving there which is always a bonus. read more

My friends and I had a great overall experience here that left us dying to come back! We arrived earlier than our reservation, and they were able to seat us right away which was awesome. As a larger group with lots of needs and requests from our waiter, he did a great job with everything that we needed and asked for. A friend and I wanted to share our food, and they even went through the hassle of plating our sandwich halves on different plates to make it more convenient for us! Very good restaurant! The interior is nice and the kitchen area is wide open, allowing you to see food in preparation. It is fairly large and seats many, although we still had to wait 15-25 min (it was packed on Friday night at 7:30pm). Due to the number of people there, the place can be fairly loud. The menu is interesting and food/drinks consist of unusual combinations of ingredients. It is a great menu for the health-conscious, and I always come out of the restaurant feeling that I just had a wholesome meal. We had the Farmers' Salad was refreshing, although the kale was a little hard to chew. My favorites are the 'inside-out' quinoa burger (quinoa pressed into patties that serve as bun) and the house-made turkey lasagna (so delicious and not heavy at all)!! We had chia seed pudding for dessert, which was not as amazing as the waiter had described, although it was still very good. Despite serving a very healthy menu, the food is delicious here, and the flavors are quite unique. Prices are somewhat high at $14-15 for single entree lunch since they cater to heath food elites. We mainly chose it for the veggie choices. Discovered this restaurant while out shopping. I am from out of town and not familiar with the area. What a wonderful experience all around! I am vegan, and True Food had delicious offerings for me. My server, Blane, was new to the staff but very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly excited to work for the restaurant. My positive experience led me to bring my husband and two other family members for dinner the next night. They were all impressed. We had Mary as our server and she was just as impressive as Blane. We had cocktails and dessert as well, and everything was great. read more
